SADDLE STAY

UNMOUNTING GRAB RAIL
Unmount the Pillion Grab rail with appropriate Allen key.
STEP 1:

1 GRAB RAIL
2 SADDLE STAY
3 M8 SPACERS
4 50mm M8 BOLTS
5 40mm M8 BOLTS
6 M8 WWASHERS
MOUNTING SADDLE STAY RING.
To mount the saddle stay Ring (2), take the 8mm hole diameter spacers
(3) and mount the ring to grab rail (1) in configuration show in the
figure.
Use the 50mm M8 Bolt in front mounting hole and 40mm M8 Bolt in
the Rear mounting hole of grab rail. Also keep in check that there are
spacers on the both end of Grab rail holes.
(NOTE: If ADV TRIBE top rack is also used kindly use 60mm M8 Bolt
provided with the kit instead of 40mm M8 Bolts)

5 30mm M6 ALLEN BOLT
6 M6 WASHER
7 M6 SPACER
MOUNTING PEG BRACE
To mount the peg brace, use 20mm M6 bolts with washer to attach it to
saddle stay ring.
Now mount the other end of peg brace to the pillion footrest using a
M6 spacers and 30mm M6 Allen bolts and washer as shown in the con-
figuration above.

MOUNTING SADDLE STAY RING.
Now follow the same procedure as step 2 and step 3 to mount the
saddle stay ring on the other side of the motorcycle.
STEP 4:

MOUNTING CROSS BRACE
Once both side saddle stay ring and peg brace are mounted.
Mount the cross brace with left and right saddle stay using the 20mm
M6 Allen Bolt, M6 Washers and M6 Nylon Locknut provided with the kit.
Once Done Tighten the entire assembly with appropriate torque.
(Use of Loctite Recommended)
