IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. Read all instructions carefully before using.
2. Blades are sharp. Please handle them with care.
3. Do not use the product outdoors.
4. Verify that the voltage in your home corresponds to that of your appliance.
5. Do not operate any appliance with damaged cord or plug, or after appliance has been dropped or
damaged in any way. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination,
repair of electrical or mechanical adjustment.
6. To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not put cord, plug, base, or motor in water or other
liquid.
7. Always unplug from outlet when not in use, before removing food and before cleaning. To unplug,
grasp plug and pull from electrical outlet. Never pull cord.
8. Do not let cord hang over the edge of table or counter, or touch hot surface.
9. Keep hands, spatulas and other utensils away from moving blades or discs while processing food,
to prevent the possibility of severe personal injury or damage to food processor. A plastic scraper can be
used, but only when the food processor motor is stopped.
10. Make sure motor has completely stopped before removing cover.
11. Never store any blade or disc on motor shaft, to reduce the risk of injury. Store blades and discs out of
reach of children.
12. Make sure that the cover and feed tube are securely locked in a place before operating food processor.
13. The unauthorized use or not sold by NUC may cause re, electrical shock or damage to your food
processor.
14. Immediately unplug and contact authorized service facility, during operation, when you hear unusual
sound or when you smell unusual or when you see smoke.

HOW TO OPERATE
HOW TO CLEAN AND STORE
· Push “Low” button.
· Need Juicing Screen.
· Make natural juice with fruits, carrot,
cucumber and edible roots.
· Make potato pan fried cake or croquette or
tofu with Juicing Screen.
· Push “Turbo” button.
· Need Crush Blade.
· Make our with dried beans, parched adlay.

· Push “Turbo” button.
· Need Crush Blade.
· Make broid Juice with crushed broid
fruits, vegetables along with beverage.

· Need Chopping Blade.
· Shave Ice.

· Push “O” button.
· Need Chopping Blade.
· Garlic, onion, unripe hop pepper, dried
pepper, sh, and meat can be chopped.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE (JUICER)
Put Juicing Bowl on Base Body. Insert Round
Juicing Screen rmly as drawing.
Put Waste Container to the Juicer Cover
outlet direction as drawing.
Put button rst 3-5 seconds, and then put
materials.
Put Juicer Cover on Juicing Bowl and lock
rmly xing clamps with both hands till you
hear click as drawing.

Wash with warm water and neutral detergent and wipe with
a dishtowel. Do not use lua. Clean Round Juicing Screen
with supplied brush. (Be careful when you clean knives.)
Be careful not to be wet Main Body and Slice Bowl and wipe
with dried dishtowel. Water in motor can be caused mal-
function or electric shock.
When you wash the product, do not use chemical product.
If you use chemical product, the color of product can be
changed.
Do not put product in the direct ray of light or humid area.

How to use blade opener
HOW TO ASSEMBLE (MIXER)
Insert desired blade into spindle axle of
Work Bowl as drawing.
Put Work Bowl on Base Body, position the
side lockers of the Work Bowl to the xing
clamps of Base Body. And Lock xing
clamps with both hands till you hear click as
drawing.
Put materials in Work Bowl rst and
assemble Work Bowl Cover as drawing.
When the blade cannot be opened
with you nger, please use the blade
opener as drawing.
