安全操作规程
1. 弄清楚工具铭牌上标明的使用电压。
2. 如果工具的护罩和螺丝缺损，切勿冒失使用 ；如果护罩的
位置有变动，要将护罩移到原位才能使用 ；保养好所有的
零件，使之处于良好的工作状况。
3. 为使工具安全工作，应双手紧握提起工具进行操作。
4. 使用时不要触摸砂轮及其他转动的零件。
5. 转动的部件与工作接触时，不要起动工具。
6. 当转动的部件未完全停止起，不要放下工具。
7. 附件使用 ：使用指定以外的附件和配件，可能发生危险。

在安装锯片前、务必将电源拔离。
AJ6500V
1. 用六角扳手 (8) 拧松六角窝头螺栓 (6)
2. 将锯片插入心轴隙缝中。
3. 拧紧六角窝头螺栓。
AJ6500VL
1. 在转动锯片安装配件杆的状态下，将锯片背部沿着滚筒
导轮的 V 槽，插入锯片安装配件槽直至到底为止。
2. 放开锯片安装配件 (16) 的杆，检查锯片背部和锯片安装
配件之间有无间隙。
注意！
检查锯片背部已插入滚筒导轮(7) 的槽口中。
轨道动作（图 2）
为了用于各种材料时都能得最佳锯切动作、可调节锯片的轨
道动作。本工具的机体侧面设有选择用杆 (10)。可选择０～
Ⅲ四个位置、０位置为直线往复动作、Ⅲ位置为最大轨道动作。
当锯切木材、塑料或其它软材料时、应选择大回标绕、即选
择Ⅰ、Ⅱ或Ⅲ位置。
锯切钢板等硬材料时、应选择０位置、不应利用大的锯切动作。
不过、如果软材料要求有清晰和精确的锯切面、他可利用０
位置。
这也可用于薄材料例如小刀或木锉。
开关（图 3）
推下和松开开关 (4) 使可起动和停止工具运转。连续运转时、
可先推下开关、然后按下锁定按钮 (5)。再按一下使可解除锁
定。
本工具的速度为 0 ～ 3,000min-1。在操作中、可利用速度调
节按钮 (3) 调节速度。
可在希望的速度下操作。
一般的锯片速度为 ：硬材料（钢板）利用低速、软材料（木材）
利用高速。
集尘（图 4）
如果使用平板罩 (17)( 另购件 )，则不易使装饰板、软材料的
表面损伤。
安装平板罩时，先将挂钩挂在平板的前面后，再抬高后部进
行安装。
为了减少作业中的尘埃，用集尘软管 (18)，将平板罩和集尘
器连接。
操作
千万不要堵塞排风孔、以免影响马达的冷却。
起始
进行正确的锯切、应将工具的座板水平稳贴工件表面、让锯
片与工件成直角。
弧形锯切（图 5）
用于作小圆或弧形锯切、要比直线锯切速度降低。
注意！
沿圆周锯切时、不得用力过猛、否则易损坏锯片。
锯切金属
操作者应戴用防护眼镜。
锯切钢材时、应在加工表面涂上切割用油或乳化液作润滑 ；
铝材则要用透平油作润滑。
中心孔锯切（图 6）
在木板中心锯圆孔、不必先钻开锯孔，只要将锯的底座前端
抵住工件，然后缓慢地将活动中的锯尖触及板面而切人。
除木材外，其它材料则应先钻个小孔，才能让锯片插入进行
锯切。
直线锯切（图 7）
利用导向围栏 (2) 可以精确地完成直线锯割。
圆周锯切（图 8任选件）
将导向销 (15) 钉插进向销围栏的洞孔作为圆心，推动工具沿
着导向围栏回转，即能达到精确的园周切割。
偏斜锯切（图 9）
先用六角扳手 (8) 键将工具底座板中部的六角沉头螺栓 (12)
拧松，然后把齿轮箱的底线与底座板上的倾斜角刻度线对成
直线后，再恢复拧紧那螺栓。通过这样的调整，可获得 0°
～ 45°理想的斜切效果。

2) 用電安全
a) 電動工具插頭必須與插座相配。切勿對插頭作任何改動。
對於接地的電動工具請勿使用任何分接插頭。原裝的插
頭和合適的插座將減少電擊的危險。
b) 避免身體接觸到接地的表面，例如管道、散熱裝置、爐
灶及冰箱，以免增大電擊的危險
c) 勿將電動工具暴露于雨水或潮濕的環境下。電動工具進
水將使電擊危險增大。
d) 不要濫用電源導線。切勿用電源導線吊持、牽拉工具或
拉扯導線以拔掉插頭切斷電源。保持電源導線離開熱源、
油類或運動部件。損壞或糾纏的導線會增大電擊的危險。
e) 在戶外使用電動工具時，必須使用戶外專用延長線。使
用正確的延長線可減低觸電的危險。
f) 如果不得不在潮濕的環境中使用電動工具，必須使用漏
電斷路器（RCD）保護的電源。使用 RCD 能夠減少電擊
的危險。
3) 個人安全
a) 保持警惕。在操作電動工具時應時刻保持警覺並運用常
識。在感到疲倦或吸食毒品及服用酒精飲料或藥物後，
切勿使用電動工具。一時的疏忽可能會導致嚴重的個人
傷害。
b) 使用人身防護工具。佩帶護眼用具。在合適的情況下使
用如防塵面具、防滑鞋、頭盔或聽覺保護器等防護裝備，
將可降低人身傷害機率。
c) 避免工具無意啟動。在插頭接入電源和 / 或電池組，拿

d) 啟動電動工具前拔掉調試鑰匙、拿開扳鉗。電動工具轉
動時，未拔下的調試鑰匙或扳鉗會造成人身傷害。
e) 操作時身體不要過於前傾，應腳下站穩並隨時保持平衡，
這有利於在非正常情況下拿穩電動工具。
f) 穿著合適的工作服。勿穿著寬鬆的衣服和佩帶首飾。頭
髮與衣物應遠離轉活動零件。鬆垮的衣物、首飾或長髮
會被絞入活轉動零件內。
g) 如有需要，請務必正確接好濾塵和收集設備。使用灰塵
收集設備以便減少灰塵造成的危險。
h) 請勿因工具常使用而自認為熟悉，並因此忽視了工具安
全守則。粗心的舉動一瞬間就會造成重大傷害。
4) 工具的使用和保養。
a) 使用正確的電動工具，勿強行使用不正確的工具。使用
正確的工具能更好、更安全地把工作做好。
b) 勿使用開關不靈的工具。不能使用開關不能控制的電動
工具是危險的，應馬上修理。
防锯屑模式（图 10）
在锯割容易出现毛刺、飞边的胶合板以及极薄材料等材料时，
在平板上装上刀口片，降低切速，可以减少加工时出现的毛刺、
飞边的现象。
安装刀口片 (11) 时，从平板里侧，将刀口片沿着平板轻轻按
下即可。
注意！
安装时，将刀口片中央槽的倒角面朝本体侧。
注意！
此时，不能进行倾斜锯割以及将平板向后转动的锯割。
维修保养
使用后检查工具确实仍处于良好状态，建议每年至少到规定
的维修中心清洁和加油一次。
当马达运转时，切勿作任何调整。
在需要更换损坏的零件（刀片、钻头、砂纸等）和在工具的
工作部分加油以前，要把油三原线插头从插座上拔下。

维修中心或质量可信的修理部进行。
