FRESH COFFEE
M1 COFFEE MACHINE – CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
DAILY CLEANING Each cleaning cycle will take 25 minutes. Cleaning must be carried out at least
once a day. TOTAL CLEANING TIME: 25 mins
YOU WILL NEED:

•Cim ali Ecojetsan
•Cleaning rushes
•2 jugs or suita le containers

Slide open ta let inlet and insert one
Ecocleaner Ta let
CLOSE THE TABLET INLET
Unlock the front flap and lift up to
display cleaning uttons. Press and
hold the coffee cleaning utton for
3-4 seconds until ‘Group Washing’
appears on the display

Warning: water will e very hot!
Hot cleaning fluid will flow from the
dispense head. Wash cycle takes
a out 8 minutes. Wait until it finishes

Press and hold the milk cleaning
utton for 3-4 seconds until ‘Milk
Washing’ appears on the display
IMPORTANT:
Ensure cleaning sign is
displayed on coffee machine
The machine should not e
left unattended at any time
during the cleaning process as
this could cause a safety
hazard.
Gloves should e worn at all
times.
Coffee cannot e served once
the cleaning cycle has started .
It CANNOT e stopped, even if
the machine is switched off.
Cleaning should e carried out
at least once a day.
MILK HEADS
Prepare a jug of cleaning solution.
Mix 1 dose (50ml) of Ecojetsan in 1
litre of cold water
Fill another jug with clean, cold
water, immerse end of the milk tu es
and repeat steps 7 and 8
Remove milk from the milk chiller
and place all 3 pipes in the jug of
solution

Remove milk head y pulling directly
towards you.
Remove coffee and chocolate head y
pulling directly towards you

Cleaning
Button Milk cleaner will flow from the
dispense head. Wash cycle takes
a out 30 seconds . Wait until it
finishes. Save remaining solution for
step 14
Warning: water will e very hot!
When the coffee & milk flushing is
complete the display will return to
normal SWITCH OFF POWER &
remove dispense head cover. NB. You
will find the switch underneath the
drip tray

Using remainder of cleaning liquid
from step 1, immerse all parts.
Soak for 10 minutes
MILK HEADS

CHOCOLATE + INSTANT COFFEE
Using Cim ali rush, thoroughly clean
all the connection holes where the
heads attach to machine
1. Unclip top of coffee head
2. Remove top cap of milk head y
twisting it anticlockwise pulling
off lid

Use Cim ali rush to vigorously clean
all holes in all parts of milk and coffee
heads

Unclip top of coffee head

Rinse all parts in clean, cold water.
Follow steps 10-13 in reverse to refit
all parts, pushing all parts firmly onto
the machine. Make sure all heads are
fully in place.
SWITCH OFF THE MACHINE
Open and remove the left front
machine cover
Remove drip tray & com ined
grounds tray. Wash trays & grille
under running water. DRY
THOROUGHLY and replace
After completing a full machine clean
always restock supplies of crockery,
fresh coffee, instant coffee, chocolate
powder, and milk. Thoroughly clean
the surrounding area.

CHOCOLATE + INSTANT COFFEE
Replace the cover and turn the power
ack on
Lift off and remove oth the
chocolate and instant coffee mixing
owls. Wash and rinse in warm water

Dry ALL PARTS thoroughly ( Tip: Use
hand dryer to dry parts) and follow
steps 22-23 in reverse to reassem le
the mixing owls, replace front cover
and switch machine ack on.
Wipe and clean the exterior of
machine with a clean damp cloth

Press and hold the coffee

together for 3-4 seconds
