Curved Corner Shower Tray

Ensure that the location of the shower tray is firm, level,
and clean.

ON FLOOR INSTALLATION

Remove protective plastic film from the areas near the
waste and those sides of the tray which will be against a
wall.

Using a 5:1 sand / cement mix, or tile adhesive, prepare &
comb a 15mm bed over the whole tray area.
(Apply suitable primer to floor & tray underside if water
based adhesives are used).

Fit the shower tray waste.

Tile & seal tray edges to walls with anti fungal silicone
sealant & allow to cure.

ON FLOOR INSTALLATION

Place shower tray in position with tray edges upto &
parallel to walls.
Apply gentle pressure with the palms of the hands & small
side to side motions to ensure tray is fully supported on it's
bed.
Seal tray edges to walls with anti fungal silicone sealant &
allow to cure.
Level the tray and allow to set.
When shower tray is set remove the remainder of the
protective plastic film and connect the waste pipe.

Spray some water, check for leakage and water drainage.

Assemble the panel fixing rods to the feet.

Screw feet to underside of tray & fit fixing rods to suit the
number & position of panels being used.
a: Ensure the panel fixing rod is located at 90° to the
edge of the tray as shown above.
b: Ensure the face of the panel fixing rod is lined up with
outside edge of the tray as shown above.

Turn the tray over and use the cardboard packaging as a
protective mat. Note the circles that have been marked to
indicate feet position. The symbol indicates where you
should fix the feet with the panel fixing rod.
When all of the feet have been fitted, the feet in the
corner positions should be adjusted to 100mm.
Reinforced Area :
Holes in this area
drill Ø3.5 x 13/18mm deep.
Leg fixing hole (non reinforced):
Drill Ø3.5 x 5mm MAX deep.

Turn tray over & fit waste. Place in position, edges upto &
parallel to walls.
Adjust legs at rim & level tray in both directions; maintain
100mm nominal panel gap & ensure ALL legs are in firm
contact with floor & tray underside. After levelling, bond
legs to floor with silicone sealant or 'No Nails' type
adhesive.
Seal tray edges to walls with anti fungal silicone sealant
& allow to cure. Tile & seal tray edges to walls with anti fungal silicone
sealant & allow to cure.
After Installation

When shower tray is set remove the remainder of the
protective plastic film and connect the waste pipe and
check for leakage and water drainage.
Remove the protective cover from the adhesive tape.
Fix the panel pushing it firmly on to the adhesive pads.

Care & Maintenance
Providing this shower tray has been installed correctly, difficulties should not be
encountered.
If however, maintenance is required it should be carried out by a suitably qualified
person.
Cleaning :
It is advised that the shower tray be cleaned regularly to reduce build up of deposits
(limescale etc). Wash with warm soapy water, rinse & wipe down with a soft cloth.
Under no circumstances should abrasive or caustic products be used as this may
degrade surface finishes.
Wear & Tear :
Should minor scratches occur with use, these can be removed with metal polishes
('t cut' or similar), but it is strongly advised to test results on a discreet area of the
tray before working on visible surfaces.
Care & Maintance
Providing the shower tray has been correctly installed,
difficulties should not be encountered. If any maintenance
is required then it must be carried out by a qualified
Plumber or Engineer.
It is advised that the shower tray is cleaned regularly,
to remove any insoluble products. Hot soapy water
should be used and then the tray should be wiped.
Cleaners of gritty or abrasive nature should never be used.
The surface of this shower tray has good resistance
properties to acids but should not come into contact with
alkalis or organic solvents, such as caustic soda, dry
cleaning agents and paint strippers.
Minor scratch marks can be removed with metal polishes.
