Správné adynamické sezení má pozitivní vliv

and use ofthe chair
Proper and dynamic sitting has apositive eect
on Creativity, Productivity, Motivation and Health.
Itprevents unilateral pressure, and constantly
activates and maintains the body’snatural
processes. Even anexcellent chair can provide its
full benefits only if it isproperly adjusted and used.
1. Use the full depth of the seating surface.
2. Set your proper seating height. The entire surface
ofyour feet should rest lightly on the floor, the
thighs and calves should be approximately at 90°.
3. Adjust the correct height of the armrests. Thearms
and forearms should be approximately at a90° angle,
and your hands should lie comfortably on the desk top.
4. The backrest should permanently support your
spine. Therefore, set asuitable tilt tension by
adjusting the tilt mechanism according to your
weight. Thesynchronous mechanism supports
dynamic seating and provides constant contact
ofthe back with the ergonomically shaped
backrest, thus significantly reducing pressure
onthe intervertebral discs.

Richtiges und dynamisches Sitzen wirkt sich

Gesundheit aus. Es verhindert einseitige Belastung
und aktiviert die natürlichen Prozesse des Körpers.
Selbst ein ausgezeichneter Stuhl kann nur dann den
vollen Nutzen bringen, wenn er richtig eingestellt
und angewendet wird.
1. Nutzen Sie die gesamte Tiefe der Sitzfläche.
2. Stellen Sie die richtige Sitzhöhe ein. Die Füße sollte
leicht auf dem Boden ruhen, dieOberschenkel
undWaden sollten ungefähr 90° betragen.
3. Stellen Sie die richtige Höhe der Armlehnen ein.
DieArme und Unterarme sollten sich in einem
Winkel von ungefähr 90° befinden und die Hände
sollten bequem auf der Tischplatte liegen.

2. Levý přední ovladač vysuňte
směrem od sedáku. Nyní je
opěrák zaaretován vkolmé
poloze.
3. Postupným zasouváním
tohotoovladače se
vjednotlivých krocích zvětšuje
možnost náklonu opěráku zad.

The backrest tilt has four
adjustment positions. It can only
be locked in the upright position.
The other positions only increase
the reclining angle of the backrest
when the user’sback leans
against it.
1. Do not put any pressure
on the backrest.
2. Slide the front left control
away from the seat. Now
thebackrest is locked in
itsupright position.
3. Slide in the control gradually in
individual steps to increase the
possible extent of backrest tilt.

Sie kann nur in der geraden

beim Zurücklehnen erhöht.
1. Lassen Sie den Druck
auf die Rückenlehne los.
2. Schieben Sie das linke
vordere Bedienelement vom
Sitz weg. Die Rückenlehne
ist nun in einer geraden
Position arretiert.
3. Durch schrittweises
Zurückziehen dieses
Bedienelements wird
die Neigung der
Rückenlehne erhöht.

4. Po nastavení požadovaného
odporu kličku pootočte do
horizontální polohy azasuňte
zpět do mechanismu.

1. Pull the handle in the front part
of the mechanism forwards.
2. Rotate the handle counter-
clockwise to increase tilt
tension. Rotate the handle
clockwise to decrease tilt
tension.
3. Aproperly adjusted backrest
tension should adequately
support the back while
respecting the seating position.
4. After the desired tension has
been set, turn the handle into
horizontal position and slide it
back into the mechanism.

Drehung nach rechts verringert
sich der Gegendruck des
Synchronmechanismus.
3. Ein richtig eingestellter
Gegendruck der Rückenlehne
sollte den Rücken angemessen
stützen, aber die Sitzposition
respektieren.
4. Nach Einstellung des
gewünschten Gegendrucks
drehen Sie die Drehkurbel in
die horizontale Position und
schieben ihn wieder in den
Mechanismus ein.

Užívání židle
Tato židle smí být užívána pouze sodpovídající
pozorností apéčí ke svému účelu. Dbejte, aby
jednotlivé části židle nenarážely na nábytek ato
jakpři sezení, tak ipři jakémkoliv jiném pohybu židle.
Mohlo by dojít kjejich poškození. Užívání této židle
kjiným účelům (sezení na opěradle apod.) je velmi
nebezpečné amůže způsobit úraz.
Pro posouvání židle shlavovou opěrkou nepoužívejte
ktomuto úkonu držák hlavové opěrky. Posouvání
židle provádějte např. uchopením za opěrák.
Údržba ačištění
Pro běžné čištění aúdržbu pravidelně vysávejte
potahové látky vysavačem. Vpřípadě potřeby
čistěte šetrným prostředkem CLEANEE (ekologický
acertifikovaný přípravek na čištění potahů židlí
asedacích souprav).
Čištění plastových částí provádějte pouze jemnými
čistícími prostředky. Nepoužívejte agresivní
chemické čističe.
Servisní opravy
Všechny opravy spojené svýměnou součástí
azvedacího pístu by měl vždy provádět školený
pracovník!

Using the chair
This chair may only be used for its intended purpose
with due attention and care. Make sure that the
individual parts of the chair do not hit furniture,
both while sitting and when the chair is moving.
The chair could get damaged. Using the chair for
other purposes (sitting on the backrest, etc.) is very
dangerous and can cause injury.
Do not use the headrest holder to move achair with
aheadrest. Instead, hold the chair, for example, by
the backrest.
Maintenance and cleaning
For routine cleaning and maintenance, vacuum the
upholstery fabrics regularly. If necessary, clean with
gentle agent CLEANEE (an environmentally certified
product for cleaning chair and sofa covers).
Clean the plastic parts with mild detergents only.
Donot use aggressive chemical cleaners.
Service repairs
All repairs that require the replacement
ofcomponents and the lifting piston should
alwaysbecarried out by atrained specialist!
