This manual gives a description of standard mount-
ing alternatives.
For use in hazardous locations please read these
mounting instructions together with the mounting
instructions of MRH 024 carefully. Failure to follow
the instructions in this manual will render the ATEX,
IECEx certifications, cULus Listing INVALID.
Only skilled/authorized persons are allowed to
install the product. Information on hazardous areas
and the manufacturer datasheets, as well as laws
or guidelines applying to the use or the intended
purpose, are to be followed.
For instructions regarding possible accessories as the
ADS Link, please refer to the corresponding mount-
ing instructions.
Dieses Handbuch enthält eine Beschreibung der
Standardoptionen für die Montage.
Für den Einsatz in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen
lesen lesen Sie bitte diese Montageanleitung zusam-
men mit der Montageanleitung für den MRH 024
sorgfältig durch. Die Nichteinhaltung der Anweisun-
gen in diesem Handbuch führt zur Unwirksamkeit

Important before mounting begins:
1.1 Switch off the power.
1.2 Make sure the machine is at a standstill. The
product is to be mounted on a rotating part that
can cause bodily injury when in motion.

The product is a precision measuring instrument. It
should be handled with care, by experienced person-
nel. The warnings below apply in the event of effects
outside the limit values stated in the product’s data
sheet.
The product may be damaged
2.1 by ESD discharges if the electronics are touched
2.2 if it is exposed to high mechanical forces
2.3 by moisture or chemical fluids (do not install
cable pointing upwards)
2.4 if it is exposed to extreme temperatures
2.5 if it is exposed to powerful vibrations or shock
2.6 by short-circuits or an excessively high supply
voltage
2.7 by impacts or knocks or other physical damage
2.8 if it is exposed to a close permanent magnet.
Dieses Produkt ist ein Präzisionsmessgerät. Es muss
daher von geschultem Personal mit Sorgfalt be-
handelt werden. Die nachfolgenden Warnhinweise
gelten für Einwirkungen, die außerhalb der im Pro-
duktdatenblatt angegebenen Grenzwerte liegen.
Schäden am Produkt können durch Folgendes verur-
sacht werden
2.1 durch elektrostatische Entladung bei Berühren
der Elektronik
2.2 durch zu starke mechanische Kräfte
2.3 durch Feuchtigkeit und chemische Flüssigkeiten
(keine nach oben gerichteten Kabel anbringen)
2.4 durch extreme Temperaturen
2.5 durch zu starke Vibrationen und Erschütterungen
2.6 durch einen Kurzschluss oder eine zu hohe
Betriebsspannung
2.7 durch Schläge, Stöße oder andere physische
Einwirkung
2.8 durch Nähe zu einem Dauermagneten.
