The first use of this product, the user confirms their free will, that this manual properly studied,
understood all requirements and met all the risks associated with its use.

WARNING
This device is intended only for lifting. The jack can be used only on a firm, level surface. Always
lock the wheels and apply the parking brake. Use additive supports for supporting the vehicle before
making repairs and other work under the car. Don´t overload the lift over its rated capacity. Before
lifting any vehicle, be sure the jack is in good condition. Do not set the pressure relief valve.
LIFTING THE VEHICLE:
1. Make sure that the jack and the vehicle is on a firm, level surface.
2. Always apply the parking brake and block the wheels.
3. According to the car owner's manual to determine the lifting space intended to accommodate
the jack and place jack below this point.
4. Turn the drain valve clockwise to the closed position. DON´T PULL!
5. To lifting the vehicle to the desired position, insert the adapter into the control rod and pump
up and down.
6. Place supports under the chassis to designated places by the vehicle manufacturer. Don´t be
under vehicle, if not on the supports. Jacks are not designed for long-term lifting heavy loads.
7. SLOWLY turn the drain valve counterclockwise to start vehicle on supports.
LOWERING THE VEHICLE:
1. Turn clockwise to close the drain valve.
2. Lift the vehicle from the supports by pumping
3. Remove the bracket. Don´t get under the vehicle while starting the vehicle.
4. Release SLOWLY turning counterclockwise drain valve to launch vehicle floor.
CHECKING:
The product should be kept according to this manual. On this product should not make any
adjustments.
1. Before each use should be visually inspected state, such as cracked welds, damaged, bending,
if missing or if they are damaged in some parts.
2. The checking should be carried out according to the instructions in this manual.
3. Check if cracked or broken some discord, if not present extensive corrosion if not allowed,
damaged or missing certain parts. Please note that some repairs may only be carried out with
special accessories and knowledge.
(see the point No. 4 in section Maintenance)
MAINTENANCE:
It is best to monthly adjustment. The lubrication is very important for the jacks, because they
carry a heavy load. Any dirt such as dust, dirt etc. can cause slower movement or very
severely damage internal components. The following procedure is designed for the correct
operation of the lift.
1. Lubricate the lift cylinder, threads and pumping mechanism with light oil.
2. Visually check if there are cracked welds, bending, damage or loss of parts or oil
leaks.
3. The product should be immediately checked if it was subjected to excessive load or
impact.
4. Once any hydraulic jack works abnormally, you should worry out of operation until
repaired by an authorized service agent.
5. Keep all surfaces clean, labels and warnings.
6. Check the oil level.
7. Check the cylinder every three months if not found extensive corrosion. Clean it if
needed and wipe with a damp cloth with oil. When the jack is not in use should always
be lowered.

Always store your jack in the fully lowered position. This protects important parts against corrosion.
Don´t use brake fluid, gear oil or regular motor oil - could be damaged. Always use products designed
for use in hydraulic jacks.
SERVICE:
In any case where it appears to be damaged lifter is worn or operates abnormally it should be
taken out of service until repaired by an authorized service center. To apply only spare parts
authorized by the manufacturer. Call the Customer Service Department. Once a year, it is
recommended to check the manufacturer or the professional services to ensure optimal state
of your jack and also check the safety labels and signs intended by the manufacturer.
CHECKING THE OIL LEVEL:
1. Turn the drain valve counterclockwise to start the lift cylinder to the bottom position. This
may require a pushing force.
2. The jack on a flat surface, remove the filler cap. Place the jack in a vertical position with an
extension for the rod in the lower position. The oil should be level with the lower part of the
filling opening. If not, add oil (HRD ST15). Do not overfill. Always fill the new clean
hydraulic oil for lifters.
3. Replace the filler cap and the control plate.
4. Check the operation of the lift.
5. If necessary, bleed the air from the hydraulic system.

any changes or modifications should be carried out on the product, without the written permission of
the manufacturer or supplier.

Rollers need not be enclosed or had a foreign
body. Start a lifting section down manually lift

valve as quickly as possible and push the lifting
part down.

GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The importer of the product LEVIOR Ltd. provides for its products under the Commercial / Civil
Code guarantee 6/24 months from the date of purchase.
1. The warranty covers defects and malfunctions that during the 6/24 month warranty period
incurred material defect. These faults will be repaired free of charge within 31 days from the
date of receipt of the product from the store. Date of purchase is necessary to establish a
properly completed guarantee certificate, invoice, receipt) . Other requirements relating to
damage of any type, direct or indirect, against persons or property are excluded.
2. Warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, overloading, failure to comply with
the instructions provided in the manual or the use of incorrect accessories inadequate working
tools, stroken unauthorized persons, natural wear and tear or damage during transport. It also
does not include accessories and parts that need regular replacement.
3. If no fault is found to be subject to the warranty , all costs associated with the performance
technician according to the valid price list and shipping the product back to the owner of the
product.
4. When making a claim for warranty repair must be submitted to the warranty card, which is
valid only if it is dated production and sales, stamp and signature of sales seller or proof of
purchase receipt.
5. A complaint shall be made at the dealer where you purchased the product. The seller is
required to fill warranty card (date of sale, vendor stamp and signature). All these data must be
completed immediately after the sale.
6. The products should be sent for repair only with a detailed description of the problem, the
included warranty, preferably in its original packaging, which for these purposes should be
kept.
7. Products pass on to the service net of impurities. Otherwise hygiene reasons can´t be accepted,
or it is necessary to charge a fee for cleaning.
