TEST INSTRUCTIONS FOR GFCI
1. Turnonpower-PowerlightgoesON.
2. Presstestbutton-PowerlightmustgoOFF.
3. Pressresetbuttonandrelease-PowerlightmustgoONforuse.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE THIS DEVICE IF ABOVE TEST FAILS.
TEST UNIT BEFORE EACH USE.
DO NOT TEST THIS UNIT WITH THE CONNECTED LOAD
IN THE "ON" POSITION.
TO INSTALL
1. MountGFCIPanelsecurelywithscrewsandnutsprovided,torqueeachscrew
17in-lbs. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
2. ConnectwiresperWiring Diagramasfollows:
a) BLACKleadtoLINE(Hot);WHITEleadtoLINE(Neutral).Twiststrandsofeachlead
tightlyand,withcircuitconductors,pushrmlyintotheappropriatewireconnector.
Screwconnectoronclockwisemakingsurethatnobarewireshowsbelowthe
connector.
b)Ifconnectingtocircuitbreaker, securelyconnectLineBlackwire(Hot)to
designatedcircuitbreaker,connectLineWhitewire(Neutral)tobusbar.
3. Followwiringinstructionsforreceptacletosecurelyterminate“Load”Whitewireto
Neutralscreworleadofreceptacle.
4. Followwiringinstructionsforreceptacletosecurelyterminate“Load”Blackwireto
Phase/Hotscrewofreceptacle.
5. Restorepoweratcircuitbreakerorfuse.
6. SeeLEDcolorchartbelowforstatus.

Leviton warrants to the original consumer purchaser and not for the benet of anyone else that this product at the time of its sale by Leviton is free of defects in materials and workmanship under
normal and proper use for 2 years from the purchase date. Leviton’s only obligation is to correct such defects by repair or replacement, at its option, if within such two years period the product is

liabilityforlaborforremovalofthisproductorreinstallation.Thiswarrantyisvoidif this product is installed improperlyorinanimproperenvironment,overloaded, misused, opened, abused,oralteredin
any manner, or is not used under normal operating conditions or not in accordance with any labels or instructions. There are no other or implied warranties of any kind, including merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose,butifanyimpliedwarrantyisrequiredby the applicablejurisdiction,thedurationofanysuchimplied warranty,includingmerchantabilityandtness foraparticular
purpose, is limited to twoyears. Leviton is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damage to, or loss of use of, any equipment, lost
