ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
415-877 Vernon Hills Rectangular Dining Table
To Assemble Table:
1. Place table top upside-down on flat, clean, non-marring surface.
2. Insert (1) Leg into corner block of table top. NOTE: There is a filler block in the corner of the table top
to ensure proper leg orientation. The leg is beveled on that side to align with the filler block. The metal
T-nuts in the leg face the outside of the table as shown above in the “Top View of Corner Block & Leg.”
3. Use wrench (D) to attach (1) Leg to Top with (2) of each: Flat Washers (C), Lock Washers (B),
and Bolts (A). Fully tighten both bolts. Repeat steps 2-3 for other (3) Legs.
4. Return assembled table to its upright position and place in desired location.
To Attach Leaf:
1. Open table locks on underside of table, located between half-tops on each side.
2. Pull on one end of table to separate half-tops. Open table enough to insert leaf.
3. Place table leaf between half-tops so that pins on leaves align with holes on half-tops.
4. Push table on each end until fully closed.
5. Close table locks on underside of table between each leaf and half-top.
