designedtocomplywithapplicablesafety
requirementsforexposuretoradiowaves.
Theserequirementsarebasedonscientific
guidelinesthatincludesafetymargins
designedtoassurethesafetyofallpersons,
regardlessofageandhealth.
•Theradiowaveexposureguidelines
employaunitofmeasurementknownas
theSpecificAbsorptionRate,orSAR.Tests
forSARareconductedusingstandardised
methodswiththephonetransmittingat
itshighestcertifiedpowerlevelinallused
frequencybands.
•Whiletheremaybedifferencesbetween
theSARlevelsofvariousLGphonemodels,
theyarealldesignedtomeettherelevant
guidelinesforexposuretoradiowaves.

•ThisdevicemeetsRFexposureguidelines
whenusedeitherinthenormaluse
positionagainsttheearorwhenpositioned

acarrycase,beltcliporholderisusedfor
body-wornoperation,itshouldnotcontain
metalandshouldpositiontheproduct
atleast1.5cmawayfromyourbody.In
ordertotransmitdatafilesormessages,
thisdevicerequiresaqualityconnectionto
thenetwork.Insomecases,transmission
ofdatafilesormessagesmaybedelayed
untilsuchaconnectionisavailable.Ensure
theaboveseparationdistanceinstructions
arefolloweduntilthetransmissionis
completed.
