ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
LifeGear Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in
material and workmanship when used for the purpose intended, under the conditions that it
has been installed and operated in accordance with LifeGear's Owner's Manual. LifeGear's
obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, free of charge, any parts
which may prove to be defective under normal home use. This warranty does not include
any damage caused by improper operation, misuse or commercial application.
From the date of purchase, the frame is warranted to be free from defects for 1 (one) year.
This warranty is extended only to the original owner and is not transferable.
When ordering replacement parts please have the following information ready:

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following safety
instructions when using this magnetic treadmill: Read all instructions before using
this magnetic treadmill.
1. Check every part of the equipment before exercise. If there is any defective
component, replace it immediately; keep the equipment out of use until repair.
2. Make sure all parts, bolts and nuts are well assembled and locked before exercise.
3. Never insert any object into any opening.
4. Never operate this magnetic treadmill if it is not working properly. If it has been
dropped or damaged, or been exposed to water, return the appliance to a service center
for examination and repair.
5. Do not attempt any maintenance or adjustments other than those described in this
manual. Should any problems arise, discontinue use and consult an Authorized
Service Representative.
6. Wear comfortable and suitable clothing when using the treadmill. Do not use the
treadmill barefoot, in only socks or in sandals, always wear athletic shoes. Never wear
loose clothing because it could run the risk of getting caught in the treadmill.
7. Keep children and pets away from the equipment while in use.
8. Do not use the treadmill outdoors. This magnetic treadmill is for household use only.
9. Only one person should be on the treadmill while in use.
10. Keep the magnetic treadmill on a solid, level surface with the minimum safety area
clearance of 2000mm x 1000mm of the magnetic treadmill. Be sure the area around
the treadmill remains clear during use and has adequate clearance.
11. Hold the handlebar with your hands when starting or stopping exercise and increasing
or decreasing the speed.
12. If feeling chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or short of breath, you should stop exercising
immediately and consult your physician before continuing.
13. The maximum weight capacity for this product is 110kgs.
WARNING:Before beginning any exercise program consult your physician.
This is especially important for the persons who are over 35 years old or who have
pre-existing health problems. Read all instructions before using any fitness
equipment.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Attach the Connection Support Frame (4) onto the Left/Right Handlebar Support Frames
(2, 3) with four M8x40 Bolts (35), four Ø8x1.5 Washers (36), and four M8 Nylon Nuts (37).
Tighten bolts and nuts with one 6mmAllen Wrench and one Multi Hex Tool with Phillips
Screwdriver provided.
Attach the Main Frame (1) onto the Left/Right Handlebar Support Frames (2, 3) with two
M12x50 Hex Head Bolts (31) and two Ø12xØ24x2.5 Big Washers (33). Tighten bolts with
the Multi Hex Tool provided.
Connect the Sensor Wire (57) from the Main Frame (1) to the Sensor Wire I (50) from the
Left Handlebar Support Frame (2).
NOTE: It is recommended that you always use the aid of a second person when
assembling the treadmill.
DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN HARDWARE IN STEP 1 UNTIL STEP 4 IS COMPLETED.

Step 2
Remove one Ø8x1.5 Washer (36), one M8 Nylon Nut (37), and one M8x35 Bolt (38) from
the Main Frame (1).
Attach the Safety Tube B (6) onto the Main Frame (21) with one Ø8x1.5 Washer (36), one
M8 Nylon Nut (37), and one M8x35 Bolt (38) that were removed. Tighten the bolt and
nylon nut with one 6mm Allen Wrench and one Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver
provided.
Attach the Safety Tube A(5) onto the Left Handlebar Support Frame (2) with one Ø8x1.5
Washer (36), one M8 Nylon Nut (37), one M8x80 Bolt (59), and two M8 Nuts (62). Tighten
bolt and nylon nut with one 6mm Allen Wrench and one Multi Hex Tool with Phillips
Screwdriver provided.
NOTE: DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN HARDWARE IN STEP 2 UNTIL STEP 4 IS
COMPLETED.

Step 3
Remove four M6x15 Bolts (61) from both Handlebar Support Tubes (8).
Connect the Sensor Wire I (50) from the Handlebar Support Tube (8) to the other Sensor
Wire I (50) from the Left Handlebar Support Frame (2). Then install the Handlebar Support
Tube (8) to the Left Handlebar Support Frame (2) by inserting the Handlebar Support Tube
(8) into the Left Handlebar Support Frame (2), using two M6x15 Bolts (61) that were
removed. Tighten bolts with one 6mm Allen Wrench.
Install the other Handlebar Support Tube (8) to the Right Handlebar Support Frame (3) by
inserting the Handlebar Support Tube (8) into the Right Handlebar Support Frame (3), using
two M6x15 Bolts (61) that were removed. Tighten bolts with one 6mm Allen Wrench.
IMPORTANT: While sliding the Handlebar Support Tube (8) into the Left Handlebar Support
Frame (2), make sure the wires are installed inside the Left Handlebar Support Frame (2)
and pay attention not to pinch the wires.
NOTE: DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN HARDWARE IN STEP 3 UNTIL STEP 4 IS
COMPLETED.

Step 4
Connect the Hand Pulse Sensor Wire (17) from the Handlebar Support Tube (8) to the
Sensor Wire II (44) from the Handlebar (16).
Connect the Hand Pulse Sensor Wire (17) and Sensor Wire I (50) from the Handlebar
Support Tube (8) to the Sensor Wires II (44) from the Handlebar (16).
Install the Handlebar (16) to the Handlebar Support Tubes (8) by inserting the Handlebar (16)
into the Handlebar Support Tubes (8), using two M8x40 Bolts (35), two Ø8 Curve Washers
(51), and two M6x15 Bolts (61). Tighten bolts with one 6mm Allen Wrench.
Remove four M5x12 Bolts (56) from the Computer (55). Connect the Sensor Wires II (44)
from the Handlebar (16) to the wires that come from the Computer (55).
Attach the Computer (55) onto the plate of the Handlebar (16) with four M5x12 Bolts (56)
that were removed. Tighten bolts with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
IMPORTANT: While sliding the Handlebar (16) into the Handlebar Support Tubes (8), make
sure the wires are installed inside the Handlebar (16) and pay attention not to pinch the
wires.
NOTE: PLEASE FULLY TIGHTEN ALL HARDWARE INSTALLED IN STEP 1 THROUGH
STEP 4 WITH THE TOOLS PROVIDED.
