COMPUTER OPERATION
DISTANCE - No preset distance target - Press the START button, distance starts counting from 0 with each 0.01km increment to
maximal 99.99kms.
To preset DISTANCE target in Manual mode when the Manual LED is on - Press the MODE button to select
DISTANCE mode when it is flash and then press UP or DOWN button to preset distance target. Each increment
or decrement is 0.1km. The preset distance range is from 0 to 99.9kms. Once you preset the distance target, press
the START button, distance starts counting down from preset distance to 0 per 0.01km backward. When the training
preset distance is finished, there will have 7 beep sound to remind you and the running belt will stop automatically.
CALORIES - No preset calories target - Press the START button, calorie starts counting from 0 with each 0.1 calorie increment to
maximal 999.9 calories.
To preset CALORIES target in Manual mode when the Manual LED is on - Press the MODE button to select
CALORIES mode when it is flash and then press UP or DOWN button to preset calories target. Each increment or
decrement is 1 calorie. The preset calorie range is from 0 to 999 calories. Once you preset the calories target, press
the START button, calories start counting down from preset calories to 0 per 0.1 calorie backward. When the
training preset calories are finished, there will have 7 beep sound to remind you and the running belt will stop
automatically.
(This data is a rough guide for comparison of different exercise sessions which can not be used in medical
treatment).
PULSE - The computer will show your current heart rate figures and a heart symbol in 5 seconds after you hold both two hands
on handlebar grip sensors during exercise. If you do not hold both two hands on handlebar grip sensors, the computer
will display P. To ensurethe pulse readout more precise, please always hold two hands instead of one hand only when
you try to test your heart rate figures.
CYCLE - After press the START button, the CYCLE starts counting down from 60 seconds to 0 per 1 second backward and then
the CYCLE will return to 60 seconds for a cycle. When the CYCLE counts down to 5 seconds, there is beep sound to
remind you that the CYCLE will be finished and start to the next cycle.
Training in Program:
There are 5 programs in the computer. Install the safety tether key on the computer and then turn on the Master Power, the Manual
LED is flash and then press the UP or DOWN button to select P1, P2, P3, P4, or P5.
P1-P5 Program: Select program function (P1-P5), the training time is preset for 20 minutes, the preset time can not be adjusted
by user. During exercise, speed can be adjusted by pressing the UP or DOWN button.
Once you select program mode, press the START button, time starts counting down from preset program time to 0:00 per 1
second backward. When the training program time is finished, there will have 7 beep sound to remind you and the running belt will
stop automatically.
