Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Lindy USB-C Laptop Mini Docking Station DST-Mini XT 810. This product
has been designed to provide trouble free, reliable operation. It benefits from both a LINDY 2 year warranty
and free lifetime technical support. To ensure correct use, please read this manual carefully and retain it
for future reference.
The DST-Mini XT 810 is a high performance, multifunctional solution for connecting laptops, tablets or
mobile phones to a range of interfaces including an 8K 30Hz DisplayPort or HDMI display or two displays
simultaneously at 4K 60Hz*, using a single cable. It also supports video resolutions of 4K 120Hz, making
it the ideal tool for high resolution video editing or game streaming.
This docking station delivers a whole host of capable ports to connect your devices into your workflow.
With SuperSpeed USB and Ethernet, you can expect to have a blazing fast experience and improve your
productivity whilst the Card Readers (SD & Micro-SD) allow you to expand your storage capacity beyond
that of your device. Through a single USB-C cable, connect to multiple SuperSpeed 10Gbps USB Type A
or Type C ports, a 3.5mm combined headphone jack, Gigabit Ethernet, (Micro-) SD card slots, DisplayPort
and HDMI.
The Docking Station also supports Power Delivery 3.0 up to 100W for charging the connected laptop. A
power supply is not included. The dock can be used with the power supply supplied with the laptop or a
power supply can be purchased separately.
This USB-C Laptop Mini Docking Station is compatible with computers featuring the USB Type C port with
support for DisplayPort 1.4 Alternate Mode, i.e. USB4 or USB 3.2 as well as Thunderbolt 3 or TB4 host
devices. DST-Mini XT 801 comes in a stylish aluminium case and is optimally designed to place the laptop
on it with rubber feet at the top and bottom to ensure a secure hold.
*Please note that macOS does not support MST.

Overview & Installation
Plug the USB Type C cable of the Docking Station into a free USB port of the laptop.
Please Note: The Type C source connected must support DisplayPort Alternate mode. If the host
computer supports USB Power Delivery, it can also be powered/charged through a connected power
supply with up to 85W (the Docking Station needs 15W for its operation).
•Audio: 3.5mm stereo input/output to connect a headphone, speakers or a microphone
•LAN: Connect to a network LAN using a Cat.5e (or above) cable.
•SD/MicroSD: Card reader for SD and microSD cards
•5Gbps: Connect USB Type C devices (support up to 5Gbps)
•10Gbps: Connect USB Type C or Type A devices (support up to 10Gbps)
•HDMI: Connect an HDMI monitor using an HDMI Male to Male cable.
•DP: Connect a DisplayPort monitor using a DisplayPort Male to Male cable.
•PD 3.0: Connect a Type C PD power supply (i.e. of your laptop or tablet) to provide power to your
host computer.
Next connect the display(s) using HDMI and/or DisplayPort cables as required. For multi-monitor
installations we strongly recommend using identical monitors to ensure the best compatibility and
performance.
Additional devices and peripherals can then be connected to the Docking Station as required.
This Docking Station also supports USB Power Delivery 3.0 up to 100W for charging the connected
laptop. A USB Type C power supply is not included. The dock can be used with the power supply
supplied with the laptop or a power supply can be purchased separately.
To use the "MAC address pass-through" feature, the setting must be enabled in the BIOS. The location of
the setting varies for each manufacturer. Change the setting to Enabled, then exit the BIOS while saving
changes to the BIOS setting.

Übersicht & Installation
Stecken Sie das USB-Typ-C-Kabel der Dockingstation in einen freien USB-Anschluss des Laptops.
Bitte beachten Sie: Die angeschlossene Typ-C-Quelle muss den DisplayPort Alternate-Modus
unterstützen. Wenn der Host-Computer USB Power Delivery unterstützt, kann er auch über ein
angeschlossenes Netzteil mit bis zu 85W betrieben/aufgeladen werden (die Docking Station benötigt
15W für ihren Betrieb).
•AUDIO: 3.5mm Stereo-Ein-/Ausgang zum Anschluss von Kopfhörer, Lautsprecher oder Mikrofon
•LAN: Anschluss an ein Netzwerk über ein Cat.5e-Kabel (oder höher)
•SD/MicroSD: Kartenleser für SD- und microSD-Karten
•5Gbps: Schließen Sie ein USB-Typ-C-Gerät an (Datenraten bis max. 5Gbit/s).

Weitere Peripheriegeräte können dann nach Bedarf an die Docking Station angeschlossen werden.
Diese Docking Station unterstützt auch USB Power Delivery 3.0 bis zu 100W zum Laden des
angeschlossenen Laptops. Ein USB-Typ-C-Netzteil ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten. Die
Dockingstation kann mit dem Netzteil verwendet werden, das mit dem Laptop geliefert wird, oder ein
Netzteil kann separat erworben werden.

Um die Funktion "MAC address Pass-through" zu nutzen, muss die Einstellung im BIOS aktiviert werden.
Aktivieren Sie die Einstellung und verlassen Sie anschließend das BIOS, während Sie die Änderungen
der vorher vorgenommenen BIOS-Einstellungen speichern.

La DST-Mini XT 810 est une solution multifonctionnelle haute performance pour connecter des ordinateurs

Branchez le câble USB de type C de la station d'accueil sur un port USB libre de l'ordinateur portable.

Questa docking station DST-Mini XT 810 è una soluzione ad alte prestazioni e multifunzionale per
collegare laptop, tablet o telefoni cellulari a una serie di interfacce, tra cui un display DisplayPort o HDMI
8K 30Hz o due display contemporaneamente a 4K 60Hz*, utilizzando un unico cavo. Supporta anche

Overview e Installazione
Inserire il cavo USB di tipo C della Docking Station in una porta USB libera del portatile.

Esta docking station DST-Mini XT 810 es una solución multifuncional de alto rendimiento para conectar
portátiles, tabletas o teléfonos móviles a una gama de interfaces que incluyen una pantalla DisplayPort o

Resumen y Instalación
Conecte el cable USB de tipo C de la base de conexión a un puerto USB libre del ordenador portátil.

In 2006 the European Union introduced regulations (WEEE) for the collection and recycling of all
waste electrical and electronic equipment. It is no longer allowable to simply throw away electrical and
electronic equipment. Instead, these products must enter the recycling process. Each individual EU
member state, as well as the UK, has implemented the WEEE regulations into national law in slightly
different ways. Please follow your national law when you want to dispose of any electrical or electronic
products. More details can be obtained from your national WEEE recycling agency.
Germany / Deutschland Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte
Informationen für private Haushalte sowie gewerbliche Endverbraucher
Hersteller-Informationen gemäß § 18 Abs. 4 ElektroG (Deutschland)
Das Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz (ElektroG) enthält eine Vielzahl von Anforderungen an den
Umgang mit Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten. Die wichtigsten sind hier zusammengestellt.
1. Bedeutung des Symbols „durchgestrichene Mülltonne“
Das auf Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten regelmäßig abgebildete Symbol einer durchgestrichenen
Mülltonne weist darauf hin, dass das jeweilige Gerät am Ende seiner Lebensdauer getrennt vom
unsortierten Siedlungsabfall zu erfassen ist.
2. Getrennte Erfassung von Altgeräten
Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte, die zu Abfall geworden sind, werden als Altgeräte bezeichnet. Besitzer von
Altgeräten haben diese einer vom unsortierten Siedlungsabfall getrennten Erfassung zuzuführen.
Altgeräte gehören insbesondere nicht in den Hausmüll, sondern in spezielle Sammel- und
Rückgabesysteme.
3. Batterien und Akkus sowie Lampen
Besitzer von Altgeräten haben Altbatterien und Altakkumulatoren, die nicht vom Altgerät umschlossen
sind, sowie Lampen, die zerstörungsfrei aus dem Altgerät entnommen werden können, im Regelfall vor
der Abgabe an einer Erfassungsstelle vom Altgerät zu trennen. Dies gilt nicht, soweit Altgeräte einer
Vorbereitung zur Wiederverwendung unter Beteiligung eines öffentlich-rechtlichen Entsorgungsträgers
zugeführt werden.
4. Möglichkeiten der Rückgabe von Altgeräten
Besitzer von Altgeräten aus privaten Haushalten können diese bei den Sammelstellen der öffentlich-
rechtlichen Entsorgungsträger oder bei den von Herstellern oder Vertreibern im Sinne des ElektroG
eingerichteten Rücknahmestellen unentgeltlich abgeben.
Rücknahmepflichtig sind Geschäfte mit einer Verkaufsfläche von mindestens 400 m² für Elektro- und
Elektronikgeräte sowie diejenigen Lebensmittelgeschäfte mit einer Gesamtverkaufsfläche von mindestens
800 m², die mehrmals pro Jahr oder dauerhaft Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte anbieten und auf dem Markt
bereitstellen. Dies gilt auch bei Vertrieb unter Verwendung von Fernkommunikationsmitteln, wenn die
Lager- und Versandflächen für Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte mindestens 400 m² betragen oder die
gesamten Lager- und Versandflächen mindestens 800 m² betragen. Vertreiber haben die Rücknahme
grundsätzlich durch geeignete Rückgabemöglichkeiten in zumutbarer Entfernung zum jeweiligen
Endnutzer zu gewährleisten.
Die Möglichkeit der unentgeltlichen Rückgabe eines Altgerätes besteht bei rücknahmepflichtigen
Vertreibern unter anderem dann, wenn ein neues gleichartiges Gerät, das im Wesentlichen die gleichen
Funktionen erfüllt, an einen Endnutzer abgegeben wird. Wenn ein neues Gerät an einen privaten Haushalt
ausgeliefert wird, kann das gleichartige Altgerät auch dort zur unentgeltlichen Abholung übergeben
werden; dies gilt bei einem Vertrieb unter Verwendung von Fernkommunikationsmitteln für Geräte der
Kategorien 1, 2 oder 4 gemäß § 2 Abs. 1 ElektroG, nämlich „Wärmeüberträger“, „Bildschirmgeräte“ oder
„Großgeräte“ (letztere mit mindestens einer äußeren Abmessung über 50 Zentimeter). Zu einer
entsprechenden Rückgabe-Absicht werden Endnutzer beim Abschluss eines Kaufvertrages befragt.
Außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit der unentgeltlichen Rückgabe bei Sammelstellen der Vertreiber
unabhängig vom Kauf eines neuen Gerätes für solche Altgeräte, die in keiner äußeren Abmessung größer
als 25 Zentimeter sind, und zwar beschränkt auf drei Altgeräte pro Geräteart.
