1.0 Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the LINDY RS-422/485 Controller. This PCI serial
card enables your computer to support serial RS-422/485 ports with 256Kbyte
FIFO.
2.0 Packing List
Please check if the following items are present and in good condition upon
opening the packaging. Contact your vendor if any items are damaged or
missing.

4.0 Mode Change
Select between point-to-point mode and multi drop mode during the installation
of the device driver.
The default is point-to-point mode.
Port 1 –
JP3 – When this port set us as “Host” or “last devices” please set up jump as
pin1, and 2. Other set up as pin 3 and 4.
JP4 – pin 1 and pin 2 – RS-422 p2p, RS-422 multi drop, and RS-485 4 wire
pin 3 and pin 4 – RS-485 2 wire
JP1 – pin 1 and pin 2 – RS-422 p2p
pin 3 and pin 4 – RS-422 multi drop, RS-485 4 wire, and RS-485 2 wire
Port 2 –
JP5 – when this port set us as “Host” or “last devices” please set up jump as
pin 1, and 2. other set up as pin 3 and 4
JP6 – pin 1 and pin 2 – RS-422 p2p, RS-422 multi drop, and RS-485 4 wire
pin 3 and pin 4 – RS-485 2 wire
JP2 – pin 1 and pin 2 – RS-422 p2p
pin 3 and pin 4 – RS-422 multi drop, RS-485 4 wire, and RS-485 2 wire
