Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the LINDY Electronic Video Switch.
This switch allows you to connect the video output of 2/4
computers to a single monitor. The unit uses electronic switching
technology rather than mechanical switching, for maximum
reliability and durability.

1 x VGA, SVGA, XGA or Multisync compatible monitor, with
a standard 15 pin HD Male connector
1 x 15 Way HD Male to 15 Way HD Male video cable for
each connected computer (not included - see recommended
cables below)

Front
1. Port Selection Switch
Press this button to switch between the connected computers

The numbers correspond to the video ports on the back panel.

Installation
Installation is simply a matter of plugging in the cables. Please
refer to the diagram and follow the step by step directions:
1. Plug the monitor cable into the unit’s monitor port.
2. Plug one end of the computer video cable into an available
port on the unit’s rear panel. Plug the other end of the
cable into the computer’s video output port.
3. Repeat Step 2 for each computer to be connected.
4. Plug the supplied power adapter into the mains wall
outlet.
5. Connect the adapter to the Video Switch’s power socket.
6. Power on all equipment.
Radio Frequency Energy, Certifications
Shielded cables must be used with this equipment to maintain
compliance with radio frequency energy emission regulations and ensure
a suitably high level of immunity to electromagnetic disturbances.
FCC Warning
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a
Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits
are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation.
This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy
and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may
cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is
no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If
this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television
reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on,
the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more
of the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna
Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that
to which the receiver is connected

operate the equipment.
