Setting up the protective shell with your iPad
Ensure that you fit the screen protector
onto your iPad first (see “Screen Protector
Setup Guide”).
Setting up your protective shell
1. Insert the top side of your iPad into
the protective shell:

the protective shell, starting clockwise
from the top-right corner:

Troubleshooting
I am having diculty inserting my iPad
into the protective shell.
• Make sure you insert the top side of
your iPad into the protective shell first.
• Use your thumbs to seal the protective
shell clockwise around your iPad
(see “Setting up the protective shell with
your iPad”).
The physical buttons on my iPad do
not perform as expected, and I cannot
connect Lightning cables or headphones
to my iPad.
• Make sure your iPad is inserted in
the iPad holder the right way.
When your iPad is inserted correctly,
the camera on your iPad should
line up with the camera and
microphone hole on the protective
shell (see “Know your product”).
In portrait orientation, the Home button
should be on the bottom side.

Ich habe Probleme, mein iPad
in die Schutzhülle einzusetzen.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie Ihr iPad mit
der Oberseite zuerst in die Schutzhülle
drücken.
• Drücken Sie die Schutzhülle mit
den Daumen im Uhrzeigersinn um
Ihr iPad (siehe "Einrichten der Schutzhülle
für Ihr iPad").
Die physischen Tasten auf meinem iPad
funktionieren nicht erwartungsgemäß.
Außerdem kann ich die Lightning-Kabel
oder Kopfhörer nicht mit meinem iPad
verbinden.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Ihr iPad
richtig herum in der Halterung sitzt.
Bei richtiger Befestigung passt
die Kamera Ihres iPads genau durch
die Kamera- und Mikrofonönung an
der Schutzhülle (siehe „Produkt auf
einen Blick“). Im Hochformat befindet
sich die Home-Taste am unteren Rand.

Je ne parviens pas à insérer mon iPad
dans la coque de protection.
• Veillez à insérer d'abord la partie
supérieure de votre iPad dans la coque.
• À l'aide de vos pouces, emboîtez votre
iPad dans la coque en opérant dans
le sens des aiguilles d'une montre
(voir "Installation de la coque de
protection sur votre iPad").
Les boutons physiques de mon iPad
ne fonctionnent pas correctement et
je ne peux pas connecter de câbles
Lightning ou d'écouteurs à mon iPad.
• Vérifiez que votre iPad est inséré dans
le support pour iPad dans le bon sens.
Lorsque votre iPad est correctement
inséré, l'appareil photo et le microphone
doivent être positionnés au niveau des
ouvertures correspondantes de la coque
de protection (consultez la section
"Présentation du produit"). En mode
portrait, le bouton Home doit se situer
en bas de l'iPad.

Risoluzione dei problemi
Ho qualche problema a inserire il mio iPad
nella custodia protettiva.
• Accertarsi di inserire per prima cosa
la parte superiore dell'iPad nella custodia
protettiva.
• Utilizzare le dita per applicare la custodia
protettiva all'iPad in senso orario
(vedere "Applicazione della custodia
protettiva all'iPad").
I pulsanti fisici del mio iPad non
funzionano come previsto e non riesco
a connettere i cavi di alimentazione
ole cue all'iPad.
• Verificare che l'iPad sia inserito nel senso
giusto nell'apposito supporto.
Se l'iPad è inserito correttamente,
la fotocamera del dispositivo è allineata
con il foro per fotocamera e microfono
della custodia (vedere "Panoramica del
prodotto"). Con l'orientamento verticale,
il pulsante Home deve trovarsi in basso.
