1. General safety instructions
Before first use read the manual carefully and
follow the instructions contained therein. The
manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by
equipment used inappropriately or by incorrect
handling.
1.1. Electrical safety
1. The electrical supply system must be fitted with
a residual-current circuit breaker with rated
tripping current not higher than 30mA.
Performance of the circuit breaker should be
checked periodically.
2. Periodically check the condition of the power
cord. Replace the power cord if damaged.
Replacing the power cord can only be performed by
the manufacturer or by qualified personnel.
3. Do not use the device if the power cord is
damaged!
4. Connect the device to a socket with voltage
specified on the rating plate of the product.
5. Carefully connect the plug into the mains
socket. Make sure your hands and the floor
surface in the room are dry!
6. Do not pull the power cord.
Keep the power cord away from heat sources and
sharp edges to ensure its good condition.
1.2. Operation safety
1. The device is designed to decrystallize honey
2. The floor surface in the room are dry!
3. Dip the coil in honey before switching on.
4. The device is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with limited physical, sensory
or mental abilities, or by inexperienced users,
unless under supervision or with instructions given
by an accountable party
5. Children should not play with the coil.
The coil heats up and can cause burns.
6. In case of damage repairs can only be
performed by the manufacturer or by
qualified personnel.
7. Never carry out any maintenance or
repairs during operation
8. Do not plug the device in if it isn’t fully
covered with honey
9. For indoor use only. The device is not
suitable for outdoor use.
10. Do not use the coil to decrystallize honey in
plastic containers!
11. The unit needs to be carry only by grasping
the plastic handle.

2. Instructions for use:
While decrystallizing, the honey temperature should
be between 35º and 40ºC (it is important that honey
temperature does not exceed this temperature because,
like pollen, it loses its properties at temperatures above
40ºC).
Fresh honey is dense and transparent. After some time
it naturally crystallises.
Heating the crystallized honey to 40ºC causes it to go
back from crystallised to liquid state.
The conical design of the coil makes it perfect to
decrystallize the honey while filtering it. It works very well
with a conical sieve 3069 and conical sieve stand W3221.
Raising the honey temperature speeds up the filtration
process.

3. Cleaning and maintenance
Unplug the device from the power
supply outlet before performing any
maintenance!
Before first use and after finishing work the equipment must
be thoroughly cleaned and dried.
Wash the device with hot water with the addition of
detergents (approved for use in the food industry) using a
soft flannel cloth.
While cleaning ensure the safety of all electrical components
After washing, rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry.
Store the device in a dry room.
4. Waste disposal and environmental protection
The used product must be disposed in accordance with the
local regulations. Return the device to a collection point
from where it can be submitted for environmentally
compatible recycling.
The consumer has the right to return used equipment
directly to the manufacturer's distribution network, free of
charge, while replacing it with a new unit as long as the
used device is of the same kind and same application as the
newly purchased device.
5. Warranty
The product purchased from the Lyson Company is covered
by a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period is 24
months from the date of purchase.
