STAINLESS STEEL SETTLER WITH WATER
JACKET 100-200KG.
Prior to operating the device please refer to the manual and
act according to the guidelines contained therein. The
manufacturer cannot be held accountable for the damages
cause by misusing the device or its improper handling.
1. GENERAL SAFETY OPERATIONAL
PRINCIPLES
1.1. ELECTRICAL SAFETY
a) The device must be connected to the socket with earthing ,
having the voltage specified on the product nominal plate.
b) Electric installation must be equipped with RCD having
the nominal activation current below 30 mA. The
operation of the over-current circuit breaker must be
checked periodically .
c) Regularly check the supply cable. If a supply cable gets
damaged, they must be replaced. In order to avoid the
threat, it must be performed by a guarantor or by a
specialised servicing centre or by an authorised person.
Do not operate the device when a supply cable is
damaged .
d) In case of damage and in order to avoid the threat, the
repairs must be performed by a guarantor or by a
specialised servicing centre or by an authorised person.
e) It is forbidden to pull the supply cable. The supply cable
must be kept away from heat sources, sharp edges and it
god technical state must be taken care of .
1.2. SAFETY OF OPERATION
a) The following equipment is not intended to be used by
persons with limited physical, sensory or mental
capabilities (including children) or persons inexperienced
or unfamiliar with that type of equipment unless the usage
occurs under supervision or in line with the equipment
operating manual provided by safety supervising persons.
b) The floor on which the device has been placed must be
dry!
c) The device lid must be closed during the device operation!
d) Do not displace the device under operation.
e) Protect the heater against humidity (also during the
storage]
f) Do not operate the device in the vicinity of flammable
materials.
g) It is forbidden to make any maintenance works while
device is under operation.
h) The device may be activated indoors only. It has not been
adjusted to be operated outdoors.
2. DEVICE CHARACTERISTICS
The device with a water jacket is intended to solve crystallized
honey. The proper design allows to heat honey equally over
the entire surface.

2.2. TECHNICAL PARAMETERS OF THE DEVICE:

•Temperature regulation from 0 to 75ºC
•Discharge valve 5/4” (4)
•Built-in thermometer (5)
ATTENTION!!!
Regularly check the water level in the
water jacket (vent „3”)
3. TEMPERATURE REGULATOR
The device is equipped with a heater with the temperature
regulation ranging between 0 and 75ºC, power 2000W.
ATTENTION!!!
The device gets strongly heated outside during
operation (outer jacket).
Recommended
crystallization temperature is
40ºC
3.1. Setting the temperature
1. Prior to connecting the device to the mains, make sure the
heater is switched off.
2. The knob on the heater panel shall be in the minimum
position on the scale (switched off).
3. Once the device has been connected to the mains, turn
the knob on the heater panel to the half of the
temperature scale range and observe the temperature on
the thermometer. (5)
4. If needed, correct the knob position depending on the
demanded temperature.
4. Device storage
Once the operation terminates, the device must be cleaned
and dries thoroughly.
Prior to the device start-up, in case when it has been
transferred from a room with a lower ambient temperature to a
room with a higher one , one must wait until the device has
reached the ambient temperature.
The device is to be stored in dry rooms with the temperature
above 0º C.
Prior to every season, an additional technical check-up
must be performed and if any defects have been detected,
contact the service centre.
5. Cleaning and maintenance
IMPORTANT!
Prior to starting the maintenance, the plug must be taken
out!
Prior to the first usage, device must be cleaned and dried
thoroughly.
The device is to be washed with hot water with the agents
admissible to come into contact with the equipment used in
food processing added.
The device is to be washed with soft fabrics, make sure to
protect electric components.
After washing, rinse with clean water and dry. The device is to
be stored in a dry room.
The device components must not be protected with chemical
agents.
6. Recycling
Worn-out product must be removed as waste only within
selective waste collection organised by the Network of
Communal Electric and Electronic Waste Collecting Points. A
customer is entitled to return the used equipment to the
electrical equipment distributor network, at least free of charge
and directly, if the device to be returned is of proper type and
serves the same purpose as the newly purchased device
7. Guarantee
Products purchased from “Łysoń’ company are encompassed
by the manufacturer’s guarantee.
The guarantee duration equals 24 months
A receipt or a VAT invoice is issued for each product
purchased
