MacnaughtPtyLtd(“Macnaught”)warrantsthatallProductsmanufacturedbyMacnaughtand
purchasedafter 1st of July 1999 willbefree from any defectscaused by faulty materialsor
workmanshipforaperiodof(5)yearsfromthe date of purchaseoftheproduct,providedthat
duringtheWarrantyperiod:
1) Macnaughtreceives notice settingout full detailsof any defect in any product and
detailsofthetimeandplaceofpurchase.
2) ThePurchaser,attheirowncostreturnstheproducttothenearestauthorized Macnaught
servicecenter.
Forcomponentrycontainedinthe product, (such as o’rings, seals, springsandhoses)
whicharesubjecttowear,thewarrantyperiodwillbe(12)monthsfromthedateof
purchaseoftheproduct.
Macnaughtshall,atitsoptionrepairorreplaceanyproductfounddefectiveby its inspection.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverfailureofpartsorcomponentswhich,inthejudgmentofMacnaught,
arisesfrommisuse,abrasioncorrosion, negligence, accident,substitutionofnon-Macnaught
parts,faultyinstallationortampering.
IfMacnaughtinspectiondisclosesnodefectinmaterialorworkmanship,repairorreplacement
andreturnwillbemadeatcustomarycharges.
Macnaught’sliabilityandthepurchaser’srightsunderthis Warranty shall be limited to such
repairor replacement and in particular, shall not extend to any direct, special,indirect or
consequentialdamageorlossesofanynature.
Theforegoingwarrantysupersedes,voidsandisinlieu of all or any other warranties.
“Note:Thiswarrantydoesnotformpartof,nordoesitconstitute,acontractbetweenMacnaught
andtheend-userorpurchaser.Itisadditionaltoanywarrantygivenbytheselleroftheproducts.
Thiswarrantydoesnotexclude, limit, restrictormodifythenon-excludablerightsorremedies
