MadStad R1200GSA Support Brace Instructions
Remove the factory
screws that hold
this aluminum arm
to the windshield
brackets.
Remove the windshield
and the front cover
plastic that attaches
here over the
headlights.

Use longer MadStad
screws and factory nuts
to fasten the zig-zag
brace here. Slot should
be facing in and up.
Longest MadStad screw with
washer goes through shield
bracket and aluminum arm as
seen here. Fasten with washer
and nut on the other side.

Once the braces are in on both sides and all fasteners are
tightened, the factory height-adjust mechanism won't work
anymore.
Install the MadStad brackets to the factory windshield brackets
withscrewsnutsasshownbelow(andpertheMadStadinstruction
manual). Then install the windshield and use the MadStad brackets
for height and angle adjustment.
