Magick Woods Elements BRISTOL VANITY 49191 User manual

1: Removing old vanity (if applicable): 1) Turn off the water supply and drain out. 2) Disconnect the supply lines from
the faucet. 3) Remove the old vanity top and vanity. If the new vanity is not installed immediately, temporarily stuff
a rag into the drain pipes.
2: Using a level, locate any uneven oor and/or wall areas where your vanity will be installed. Unevenness can cause
your vanity to become misaligned resulting in twisting of the cabinet. Repair any uneven areas by reducing high spots
or shimming low spots.
3: Provide sufcient protection on the oor to protect the vanity from damage. Tilt the vanity backwards and remove
the shipping feet from the bottom of the vanity base using a pair of pliers (A - not included). Figure 1.
4: 1) Place the vanity in the desired position taking into account the location of your plumbing. 2) Ensure the vanity
is level front to back and at both sides.
5: Secure the vanity to the wall by inserting (x 2) #8 x 2” screws (C - not included) through the back rail of the vanity.
Figure 2. It is recommended that the vanity be installed to at least one wall stud. If you are unable to locate wall
studs, it is recommended that you use wall anchors (D - not included) to secure the vanity.
6: Attach the (x 2) knobs by using (x 2) 1” screws. Figure 3.
7: 1) Place the sink upside down (provide sufcient protection on the oor to protect the sink from damage).
2) Sit the nylon bush (chamfer face down) and the gasket on the drainer body. Figure 4. 3) Insert the drainer
body through the sink drain hole with the bottom of the drainer body facing upward.
8: Fasten the jamb locknut onto the drainer body threads, turning counter-clockwise and
hand-tighten. Figure 5.
9: 1) Place the washer onto the drainer body over the jamb locknut. 2) Fasten the drain pipe coupler onto the
drainer body threads (overtop of the washer), turning counter-clockwise and hand-tighten. Figure 6.
10: Fasten the tail piece onto the drain pipe coupler threads, turning counter-clockwise and hand-tighten.
Figure 7.
11: Return the sink facing upward and place the sink centered on the vanity base. Figure 8. For additional
stability, clear silicone (E - not included) may be used to secure the sink onto the vanity base (optional).
12: Sit the strainer into the strainer hole located on the top of the sink. Figure 9.
13: Connect the faucet and the remainder of the plumbing components as per the instruction sheets provided
with those items and ensure that there is no leakage. If required, clear silicone (E - not included) can be applied.
