How to install
WARNING
A battery should be securely inserted as far as it will go. When the red
part in the upper section of the button is visible, it means that locking is
not complete. Insert a battery fully until the red part becomes invisible.
• Iftheinsertionisnotsufficient,thebatterymaycomeout,causingan
accidentorfailure.
Do not install the battery cartridge forcibly.
• Ifthecartridgedoesnotslideineasily,itisnotbeinginsertedcorrectly.
Hold the tool and the battery cartridge firmly when installing the battery
cartridge.
Insertabatterysecurelyalongthegrooveoftheroboticcleanerasfarasitwillgo.
Asthebatteryislockedcompletely,itclicks.

Wheninstallingabattery,becarefulnottogetyourfingerscaughtinbetweenthe

How to remove
WARNING
When you remove a battery, be sure that the power of the robotic cleaner
is off. Do not remove a battery when the robotic cleaner is in the stand-
by state. (See “Turning the power on/off” on page 15.)

Hold the tool and the battery cartridge firmly when removing the battery
cartridge.

Turning the power on/off
• Asthepoweristurnedon,theroboticcleanerentersthestandbystate.Inthe
standbystate,itispossibletodocleaning,changesettings,andestablish
connectiontotheapp.

Iftheroboticcleaner,remotecontrol,ortheapphavenotbeenoperatedfor
approximately30minutesinthestandbystate,thepowerwillshutoff.(Ifthe
smartphoneconnectionlampislitintheabovecase,thepowerwillnotshutoff.)
• Turnoffthepowerattheendofoperationandatthetimeofstorage.
• Whentheroboticcleanerisinthesleepstate,communicationfromtheappis
notpossible.
• Whenthepoweroftheroboticcleanerisoff,theroboticcleanercannotbe
operatedfromtheremotecontrolortheapp.
How to turn on the power
