Attach the frontstabiliser (#20) with Allen screw (#4), lock washer (#33), and curved washer (#3) to the
main frame (#1).

Attach the rear stabiliser (#2) with Allen screw (#4), locked washer (#33) and curved washer (#3) to the
main frame (#1).

STEP 3
1. Pull up the ring (#102) and the cover for the front post (#22) and connect the upper console wire (#54)
to lower console wire (#52).
2. Tighten the front post (#32) with curved washer (#3) lock washer (#33) and Allen screw (#24).

Connect the upper console wire (#54) and hand pulse wire middle (#107) to the computer (#46) and
attach the computer to the front post with screw for console (#45).
The screws are pre-assembled onthe computer.

1. Insert the stationary grip(#40) through the rear stationary handle bar cover (#105) and connect hand
pulse wire (#58) and middle hand pulse wire (#107), tighten with flat washer (#17) and hex head
screw (#31).
2. Secure the front stationary handlebar cover (#104) with Phillip screw (#41) and self-tapping screw
(#106) to the rear stationary handle bar cover (#105) and front post.

1. Put the flat washer (#16) into the run disk, and tighten the left pedal tube (#8) with spindle washer
(#9), flat washer (#10), end cap for pedal tube (#11) and Allenscrew (#12).


1. Install the left pedal tube (#8) to the left bottom handlebar (#26).
2. Put hex bolt (#15) into the sleeve (#14), then tighten with flat washer (#17) and aircraft nut (#18).

1. Put the flat washer (#16) into the run disk and tighten the right pedal tube (#51) with spindle washer
(#9),flat washer (#10), end cap for pedal tube (#11) and Allenscrew (#12).

1. Install the right pedal tube (#51) to the right bottom handlebar (#49).
2. Put hex bolt (#15) into the sleeve (#14), then tighten with flat washer (#17) and aircraft nut (#18).

Attach the cover for pedal tube (29 L)/(29R) to left bottom handlebar (#64) and tighten with self-tapping
screws (#64).

Attach the cover for pedal tube (29 L)/(29R) to right bottom handlebar (#49) and tighten with self-tapping
screws (#64).

1. Attach the right handlebar (#47) to right bottom handlebar, tighten with carriage bolt (#34) and Allen
bolt (#35).
2. Attach the left handlebar (#36) to leftbottom handlebar,tighten with carriagebolt (#34) and Allen bolt
(#35).

1. Tighten the leftpedal (#7) with hex bolt (#6), lock knob (#13) and sleeve for pedal (#23).
2. Tighten the right pedal (#50) with hex bolt (#6), lock knob (#13) and sleeve for pedal (#23).
