INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on your purchase of the Marmitek
BoomBoom150/152. This Bluetooth speaker allows you to play
music from a sound source that is equipped with Bluetooth
technology without having to connect the source using cables.
This could involve a PC or a laptop that has a Bluetooth USB
dongle, a mobile telephone that supports Bluetooth, an
Android telephone, an Android Tablet, an iPhone an iPad or a
Mac.
The BoomBoom150/152 has a range of about 10 metres,
allowing you to organise your music in the same or in an
adjoining room.
SET CONTENTS
1 x BoomBoom150/152, universal Bluetooth wireless stereo
speaker
1 x mini USB cable
1 x Mini Jack to Mini Jack converter cable
1 x set of instructions in English, German, French, Spanish,
Italian, Dutch.
FIRST USE
The BoomBoom150/152 has a built-in rechargeable battery.
We recommend completely charging the battery before using
for the first time. Connect the supplied USB cable to the
BoomBoom150/152 and a PC, Mac or USB power adapter. The
red LED will light up.
The first charge may take up to about 3 hours. Once the
BoomBoom150/152 battery is completely charged, the red LED
will go off.

INITIAL SETUP VIA BLUETOOTH
1. Turn on the BoomBoom150/152 by pressing the POWER
button.
2. Wait for approximately 20 seconds. The speaker will go
into pairing mode and will produce a “beep” tone. The
red & blue lights will then flash alternately.
3. Turn on a device that supports Bluetooth, such as an iPod,
iPhone, Android or mp3 device and go to: Settings >
General > Bluetooth. Click ON the Bluetooth.
BoomBoom150/152 will then appear on the device. Click
ON the BoomBoom150/152. The device is now connected
and paired with the speaker. If the device prompts for a
pair code, enter:”0000”
4. If the pairing failed within 150 seconds, the system will
search for the last paired device and the blue LED will
flash slowly. To restart the pairing process, turn off the
speaker and repeat step 1. If the initial setup connection
is successful, the next time the speaker is turned on, the
speaker will automatically pair to the last device it was
connected with.
! You can link to up to 8 devices however only 1 device can be
connected to the BoomBoom150/152 at one time.
VOLUME CONTROL
1. Tap VOLUME+ for 1 second increments to increase the
volume. When maximum volume has been reached, a
tone indicator will sound.
2. Tap VOLUME- for 1 second increments to decrease the
volume. When minimal volume has been reached, a tone
indicator will sound.
3. Press VOLUME+ for 2 seconds to listen to the next song.
(NOTE:THIS FEATURE MAY NOT WORK WITH SOME BLUETOOTH DEVICES)
4. Tap VOLUME- for 2 seconds to listen to the previous song.

TURNING OFF
Depress the POWER button and the BoomBoom150/152 will go
off.
TURNING ON
Depress the POWER button. The BoomBoom150/152 will
produce a “beep” tone. The blue LED lights start blinking fast.
The BoomBoom150/152 will then automatically link to the last
device it was connected to. When connected, the blue LED
lights go blinking at a slow rate. Only 1 device can be
connected at once with the BoomBoom150/152. If your device
does not connect automatically, go to the device's Bluetooth
settings and select the BoomBoom150/152. A connection will
then be made.
Turn off the Bluetooth speaker in order to pair the device with
another Bluetooth device.
STANDBY
If the BoomBoom150/152 is in connecting mode (blue LED
blinks fast) and no connection is made within 20 seconds, the
BoomBoom150/152 will switch to pairing mode ( The red &
blue LEDs will then flash alternately). After 150 seconds, the
BoomBoom150/152 will switch to standby setting (blue LED
blinks slow).

CONNECTING WITH AN AUDIO CABLE
The Bluetooth connection can be switched to a wired
connection by plugging in the 3.5mm audio jack. The volume
key function will be disabled in the wired connection mode.
Simply unplug the 3.5mm audio jack to revert back to the
Bluetooth connection.
BATTERY LIFE AND STANDBY TIME
Once the battery has been fully charged it will last for about 4
hours via BlueTooth, or 5-6 hors via audio cable. You can also
use the BoomBoom150/152 with the mini USB cable connected
to a PC, Mac or USB power adapter. The battery then remains
charged.
BATTERY ALMOST EMPTY
When the BoomBoom150/152’s battery is almost empty, the
red LED will blink once every 20 seconds. Follow the steps
given earlier to charge the battery.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I can’t connect my BoomBoom150/152.
Check the following:
1. Ensure that the power adapter is connected and/or that
the battery is fully charged.
2. Ensure that the Bluetooth function on your mobile
telephone is on (check your phone's manual for
reference).
3. Ensure that the distance between your mobile phone and
the BoomBoom150/152 is no greater than 10 metres and
that there are no large obstacles in the way.
Can I link numerous devices to my BoomBoom150/152?
You can link up to 8 devices to your BoomBoom150/152. If the
BoomBoom150/152 is switched on, it will automatically
connect to the last connected device.

EINFÜHRUNG
Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Erwerb des Marmitek
BoomBoom150/152! Mit diesem Bluetooth Lautsprecher
können Sie über eine Bluetooth fähige Tonquelle Musik
abspielen, ohne die Quelle mit Kabeln verbinden zu müssen.
Das kann beispielsweise ein mit einem Bluetooth USB Dongle
versehener PC oder Laptop sein, ein Bluetooth fähiges
Mobiltelefon, Android Telefon, Android Tablet, iPhone, iPad
oder Mac.
Die Reichweite des BoomBoom150/152 beträgt zirka 10 Meter,
sodass Sie Ihre Musik im gleichen oder angrenzenden Raum
regeln können.

ERSTE VERWENDUNG
Der BoomBoom150/152 ist mit einem eingebauten Akku
versehen.
Wir empfehlen, den Akku vor erstmaligem Gebrauch
vollständig zu laden. Schließen Sie das enthaltene USB Kabel
an den BoomBoom150/152 und einen PC, Mac oder USB
Speisungsadapter an. Die rote LED leuchtet auf.
Der erste Ladevorgang kann max. 3 Stunden in Anspruch
nehmen. Die rote LED erlischt, wenn der Akku des
BoomBoom150/152 vollständig aufgeladen ist.

ERSTES SETUP ÜBER BLUETOOTH
1. Schalten Sie den BoomBoom150/152 ein, indem Sie die
POWER Taste drücken.
2. Warten Sie etwa 20 Sekunden. Der Lautsprecher geht nun
in den Pairing Modus und wird einen “Biep“ Ton
produzieren. Die roten & blauen LED werden
abwechselnd aufleuchten.
3. Schalten Sie ein Gerät das Bluetooth unterstützt ein, wie
iPod, iPhone, Android oder MP3-Gerät und gehen Sie zu
den: Einstellungen > Allgemein > Bluetooth. Klicken Sie
Bluetooth EIN. BoomBoom150/152 erscheint nun auf dem
Gerät. Klicken Sie Bluetooth150/152 EIN. Das Gerät ist nun
verbunden und an Ihren BoomBoom150/152 Lautsprecher
gekoppelt. Geben Sie ”0000” ein, wenn das Gerät einen
Pairing Code benötigt.
4. Ist innerhalb von 150 Sekunden keine Verbindung
zustande gekommen, dann sucht das System das zuletzt
verbundene Gerät und beginnt die blaue LED langsam zu
blinken. Schalten Sie den Lautsprecher aus und
wiederholen Sie Schritt 1, um den Pairing Prozess erneut
zu starten. Ist die erste Setup Verbindung gelungen, dann
wird der Lautsprecher beim nächsten Einschalten
automatisch an das zuletzt verbundene Gerät gekoppelt
werden.
! Sie können maximal 8 Geräte verbinden; Es kann jedoch nur
1 Gerät gleichzeitig mit dem BoomBoom150/152 verbunden
werden.

LAUTSTÄRKEREGELUNG
1. Tippen Sie im Sekundentakt auf VOLUME+ , um die
Lautstärke zu erhöhen. Nach Erreichen der maximalen
Lautstärke erklingt ein Tonsignal.
2. Tippen Sie im Sekundentakt auf VOLUME- , um die
Lautstärke zu verringern. Nach Erreichen der
Mindestlautstärke erklingt ein Tonsignal.
3. Drücken Sie 2 Sekunden lang auf VOLUME+, um den
nächsten Song zu hören.
NB: DIESE FUNKTION KANN BEI MANCHEN BLUETOOTH-GERÄTEN
MÖGLICHERWEISE NICHT AUSGEFÜHRT WERDEN).
4. Drücken Sie 2 Sekunden lang auf VOLUME-, um den
vorigen Song zu hören.

AUSSCHALTEN
Drücken Sie die POWER Taste, um den BoomBoom150/152
auszuschalten.
EINSCHALTEN
Drücken Sie die POWER Taste. Der BoomBoom150/152 erzeugt
nun einen “Biep“ Ton. Die blaue LED Beleuchtung beginnt
nun schnell zu blinken. Nun wird der BoomBoom150/152
automatisch Verbindung zum zuletzt verwendeten Gerät an
das er gekoppelt war, aufnehmen. Sobald diese Verbindung
hergestellt ist, wird die blaue LED langsam blinken. Sie können
nur 1 Gerät zugleich mit dem BoomBoom150/152 verbinden.
Gehen Sie zu den Bluetooth Einstellungen des Geräts, wenn
die automatische Verbindung mit Ihrem Gerät misslingt und
rufen Sie den BoomBoom150/152 auf. Nun wird eine
Verbindung hergestellt werden.
Schalten Sie den Bluetooth Lautsprecher aus, um das Gerät an
ein anderes Bluetooth Gerät zu koppeln.

STANDBY
Der BoomBoom schaltet in den Pairing Modus (rote & blaue
LED werden abwechselnd blinken), wenn er sich im
Verbindungsmodus befindet (blaue LED blinkt schnell) und
innerhalb von 20 Sekunden keine Verbindung hergestellt wird.
Nach 3 Minuten schaltet der BoomBoom150/152 auf Standby
(blaue LED blinkt langsam).
VERBINDEN ÜBER EIN AUDIOKABEL
Anstelle einer Bluetooth Verbindung kann über einen
Anschluss an den 3,5mm Audioanschluss eine Kabelverbindung
hergestellt werden. Die Lautstärke-Tastenfunktion wird im
verkabelten Verbindungsmodus ausgeschaltet. Entkoppeln Sie
einfach den 3,5mm Audioanschluss, um zur Bluetooth
Verbindung zurückzukehren.
AKKUBETRIEB UND STANDBY ZEIT
Nachdem der Akku völlig aufgeladen ist, hält dieser ca. 4
Stunden oder 5-6 Stunden über einen Audiokabelanschluss. Sie
können den BoomBoom150/152 auch mit dem Mini USB Kabel
an einen PC, Mac oder USB Speisungsadapter verbinden. Der
Akku bleibt dann aufgeladen.
AKKU FAST LEER
Die rote LED wird alle 20 Sekunden kurz blinken, wenn der
Akku des BoomBoom150/152 fast leer ist. Laden Sie den Akku
dann gemäß obiger Beschreibung erneut auf.

HÄUFIG GESTELLTE FRAGEN
Ich kann meinen BoomBoom150/152 nicht verbinden.
Achten Sie auf Nachfolgendes:
1. Überprüfen Sie, ob das Netzteil angeschlossen und/oder
der Akku geladen ist.

2. Überprüfen Sie, ob die Bluetooth Funktion auf Ihrem
Mobiltelefon eingeschaltet ist. (ziehen Sie die
Gebrauchsanleitung Ihres Mobiltelefons zurate).
3. Halten Sie einen Abstand von weniger als 10 Metern
zwischen Mobiltelefon und BoomBoom150/152 ohne
große, im Weg stehende Hindernisse ein.
Kann ich mehrere Geräte mit meinem
BoomBoom150/152 verbinden?
Es können bis zu 8 Geräte mit Ihrem BoomBoom150/152
verbunden werden. Wenn der BoomBoom150/152
eingeschaltet wird, wird er automatisch die zuletzt
verwendete Gegenstelle verbinden.
