CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION :
·Le collier anti-aboiement ne doit en aucun cas être placé autour du cou d’un être
humain.
·N’employer le collier qu’avec un chien en bonne santé et de plus de 6 mois.
·Si votre chien est agressif, consulter un vétérinaire comportementaliste.
·Ne jamais jouer avec le chien s’il porte le collier anti-aboiement (suite à l’excitation, il
pourrait aboyer et donc recevoir une stimulation).
·Ne jamais laisser votre chien sans surveillance lorsqu’il porte le collier.
·Ne jamais laisser le collier autour du cou de l’animal durant plus de 8 heures
consécutives.
·Veiller quotidiennement à ce que le chien ne présente pas d’irritation dans la zone
du cou en contact avec les électrodes. En cas d’irritation, retirer le collier et attendre
quelques jours que la peau redevienne saine avant de replacer le collier (avec un ser-
rage plus lâche que celui qui a provoqué l’irritation de la peau). Si l’état de la peau ne
s’améliore pas, consulter un vétérinaire.
·Chaque semaine, laver et désinfecter le cou du chien ainsi que les électrodes du col-
lier avec une éponge ou une serviette humide (utiliser des détergents neutres).
·Si le collier anti-aboiement Martin System n’est pas utilisé pendant une longue période,
il est conseillé de retirer la pile.

Martin System vous conseille d’utiliser votre collier anti-aboiement dans un premier
temps seulement avec les bips sans stimulation puis, après quelques heures, d’adapter
le niveau de stimulation selon la réactivité de l’animal.
DESCRIPTION :
Le collier anti-aboiement est destiné aux chiens dont la propension à aboyer est trop
marquée. Lors des aboiements, l’appareil émet des impulsions électrostatiques précé-
dées d’un avertissement sonore.
Le collier anti-aboiement Martin System est doté d’un système de détection à double
technologie.
En effet, pour détecter les aboiements, la plupart des appareils se réfèrent soit au son,
soit aux vibrations émises par l’animal en aboyant. L’utilisation de ces technologies a
pour inconvénient majeur de ne pas être sélective. Dans le cas de la détection sonore,
un chien aboyant à proximité de celui portant le collier pourrait déclencher des impul-
sions non méritées. L’utilisation d’un détecteur de vibrations ne permet aucune garantie
quant à la distinction d’un choc, d’un frottement ou d’un aboiement.
Le collier anti-aboiement Martin System utilise une technologie tout à fait inédite
dans le domaine. En effet, deux capteurs sont utilisés an de discerner les aboiements
d’un chien parmi divers parasites tels que des frottements sur le boîtier ou l’aboiement
d’un autre chien.
Un des capteurs mesure, via les électrodes, les vibrations émises sur le cou du chien
et l’autre capteur mesure les vibrations sonores émises lors d’un aboiement. Seule
la combinaison de la détection des deux capteurs peut autoriser une stimulation.

MISE EN ROUTE DU COLLIER ANTI-ABOIEMENT :
Après avoir introduit la pile dans le collier, celui-ci émet une succession de trois bips
pour signaler sa mise en route.
Pour introduire la pile (3V lithium type CR2), dévisser le bouchon, l’insérer en respectant
les polarités (côté «+» de la pile vers l’extérieur du boîtier) et revisser le bouchon à l’aide
d’une pièce de monnaie de 2 euros. Veiller à comprimer le joint périphérique.
MODE DE FONCTIONNEMENT :
·Après la mise en route de l’appareil (signalée par trois bips), l’appareil est prêt à
fonctionner.
· Pour modier le mode de fonctionnement de l’appareil, approcher l’aimant (fourni dans
l’emballage sous forme d’un porte-clés) du point rond gravé sur la face avant du boîtier
(côté pile). Le collier entre alors dans un mode de conguration dont la modication
des paramètres est signalée par une émission de bips. Le passage d’un mode à l’autre
se fait en maintenant la partie aimantée du porte-clés en place.
LES MODES DISPONIBLES SONT LES SUIVANTS :
·Mélodie ascendante: mode progressif.
·1 bip: le collier émettra des impulsions électrostatiques de niveau 1.
·2 bips: le collier émettra des impulsions électrostatiques de niveau 2.
·3 bips: le collier émettra des impulsions électrostatiques de niveau 3.
·4 bips: le collier émettra des impulsions électrostatiques de niveau 4.
·5 bips: le collier émettra des impulsions électrostatiques de niveau 5.
·6 bips: le collier émettra des impulsions électrostatiques de niveau 6.
·7 bips: le collier émettra des impulsions électrostatiques de niveau 7.
·8 bips: le collier émettra des impulsions électrostatiques de niveau 8.
La conguration choisie restera mémorisée lors du changement de pile.

DÉTAILS CONCERNANT LE FONCTIONNEMENT DU COLLIER
ANTI-ABOIEMENT :
Suite à l’insertion de la pile ou à la conguration du collier, celui-ci n’émettra aucune
stimulation pendant 1 minute. Il laissera le temps à l’utilisateur de positionner le collier
au cou du chien sans craindre de stimulation non volontaire en cas d’aboiement lors de
sa mise en place.
Lors du premier aboiement, le collier émet un avertissement.
En cas de récidive dans les deux minutes, le chien reçoit une stimulation. Pour évi-
ter d’iniger des sanctions inappropriées à l’animal, la durée minimale entre deux
aboiements successifs est de une dizaine de secondes, le nombre de stimulations
successives est limité à 8. Ensuite, le collier entre dans un mode de sécurité pendant
minimum 4 minutes.
Si le chien n’aboie plus pendant 2 minutes, le collier repasse en mode avertissement.
PLACEMENT DU COLLIER SUR VOTRE CHIEN :
Après avoir conguré le collier (voir Mode de fonctionnement), le placer autour du cou
de l’animal de façon à ce que les électrodes métalliques soient en contact avec sa
gorge. An d’éviter toute gêne, veiller à pouvoir passer un doigt entre les électrodes du
collier et le cou du chien. Si le collier n’est pas assez serré, la détection des aboiements
peut être compromise. Pour les chiens à poils longs, il peut être nécessaire de raser
la région du pelage se trouvant sous les électrodes de façon à assurer un bon contact
avec la peau.
Pour éviter de blesser le chien, ne pas utiliser le collier anti-aboiement avec une laisse.
An d’optimiser la détection des cordes vocales, veiller à ce que l’appareil soit toujours
situé dans le bas du cou de l’animal.

GEBRUIK CONDITIE :
·De anti blaf halsband mag in geen geval om de hals van mensen geplaatst worden.
·Gebruik de anti blaf halsband alleen met een gezond hond die meer dans zes maan-
den oud is.
·Als uw hond agressief is, pleeg raad bij een behaviorist dierenarts.
·Nooit met de hond spelen wanneer hij de anti blaf halsband draagt (hij zou uit opwin-
ding tijdens het spel kunnen blaffen en dus onterecht gestraft worden).
·Laat uw hond nooit onbewaken wanneer hij de halsband draagt.
·Laat de anti blaf halsband nooit meer dan 8 uur aandoen.
·Kijk dagelijks na of uw hond geen irritatie heeft in de contactzone met de elektrodes.
In het geval van irritatie, doet uit de halsband en wacht een paar dagen dat het huid
gezond terug is voor de halsband opnieuw te plaatsen (doe hem minder strak aan).
Vraag raad aan uw dierenarts indien de toestand van de huid niet verbetert.
·Was en ontsmet wekelijks de huid van uw hond en de elektrodes met een spons of een
vochtige handdoek (gebruik neutrale reinigingsmiddel).
·Als u tijdens een lange tijd gebruik niet de Martin System anti blaf halsband, raden we
u om de batterij uit te trekken.
·Martin System is niet verantwoordelijk voor de schade die van een onkundig gebruik
veroorzaakt of van een productpech.

Martin System raad u om u anti blaf halsband te gebruiken in het allereerste alleen met
de toon zonder stimulatie en dan, na een paar uren, past aan de stimulatie niveau naar
aanleiding van de reactie van het dier.
BESCHIRIJVING :
De anti blaf halsband is bestemd voor honden met neiging tot overdreven blaffen.
Wanneer de hond blaft, geeft het apparaat een elektrostatisch impuls na een eerste
geluidsverwittiging.
Uw Martin System anti blaf halsband is voorzien van een dubbel detectiesysteem. De
meeste apparaten detecteren ofwel het geluid, ofwel de trillingen die de hond teweeg-
brengt door te blaffen. Het grootste nadeel van dit soort machines is dat ze niet selectief
zijn. Bij geluidsdetectie, zou het blaffen van een andere hond de drager van de band
een onverdiende straf kunnen bezorgen. Bij trillingsdetectie kan er geen onderscheid
gemaakt worden tussen trillingen veroorzaakt door schokken, schuren, of effectief
blaffen.
De Martin System anti blaf halsband gebruikt een volledig nieuwe technologie in
dit gebied. Twee receptoren zijn inderdaad gebruikt om het blaffen van een hond onder
andere parasieten te onderscheiden zoals wrijvingen over de halsband of het blaffen
van een andere hond.
Wanneer de hond blaft, meet één van de receptoren, via elektrodes, de trillingen van
de keel terwijl de andere de geluidstrillingen van de stembanden waarneemt. De
stimulatie gebeurt alleen als beide receptoren detecteren iets.
AANZETTEN VAN DE ANTI BLAF HALSBAND :
Na het inbrengen van de batterij in de halsband, hoort u een opvolging van drie tonen
om zijn aanzetten te signaleren.
Om de batterij (3V lithium type CR2) te plaatsen, schroeft het deksel uit, plaatst de bat-
terij volgens de aangeduide polariteit («+» naar omhoog) en schroef het deksel weer
vast met behulp van een 2€ munt. Let op om op de afdichtingring druk uit te oefenen.

INSTELLINGEN :
·Wanneer het apparaat in werk gesteld is (door drie geluidsbips aangegeven), is het
gebruiksklaar.
·Om van instelling te wijzigen, brengt u het magnetisch deel van de sleutelhanger (met
het apparaat geleverd), naar het in het omhulsel gegraveerde punt aan de voorkant
van het omhulsel (aan de batterijkant). De halsband staat nu in instellingsmodus.
De wijziging van de parameters wordt aangegeven door geluidsbips. Om verder van
instelling te veranderen, houdt u het magnetisch deel van de sleutelhanger opnieuw
tegen het omhulsel.
DE BESTAANDE INSTELLINGEN ZIJN :
·Stijgende melodie: progressieve modus.
·1 bip: de halsband geeft alleen niveau één elektrostatische impulsen.
·2 bips: de halsband geeft alleen niveau twee elektrostatische impulsen.
·3 bips: de halsband geeft alleen niveau drie elektrostatische impulsen.
·4 bips: de halsband geeft alleen niveau vier elektrostatische impulsen.
·5 bips: de halsband geeft alleen niveau vijf elektrostatische impulsen.
·6 bips: de halsband geeft alleen niveau zes elektrostatische impulsen.
·7 bips: de halsband geeft alleen niveau zeven elektrostatische impulsen.
·8 bips: de halsband geeft alleen niveau acht elektrostatische impulsen.
De gekozen instellingen blijft van kracht indien de batterij vervangen wordt.
NADERE INFORMATIE OVER HET GEBRUIK VAN DE ANTI
BLAF HALSBAND :
Na het inbrengen van de batterij of het veranderen van instelling, staat de halsband
automatisch in stand-by positie gedurende één minuut tijdens die er geen impuls moge-
lijk is. Deze functie laat de gebruiker de tijd om de halsband om de nek van zijn hond
aan te brengen zonder risico op een ongewilde straf.
Op het eerste blaffen, geeft de halsband een verwittigsignaal.

Als de hond binnen de twee minuten opnieuw blaft, wordt hij gestraft door een impuls.
Om overdreven straffen te vermijden, is de minimale duur tussen twee impulsen om een
tiental seconden, en het maximaal aantal opeenvolgende impulsen acht. Hierna treedt
de halsband in stand-by positie voor een minimale duur van vier minuten.
Als de hond gedurende twee minuten niet meer blaft, treedt de halsband automatisch
opnieuw in de geprogrammeerde modus.
AANBRENGEN VAN DE HALSBAND OM DE NEK VAN UW HOND :
Na de halsband ingesteld te hebben (zie Instellingen), plaatst de halsband om de nek
van uw hond, zodanig dat de elektrodes in contact zijn met de huid. Verzeker ervan dat
u een vinger tussen de hals en de elektrodes kan steken om eventuele hinder bij de
hond te vermijden.
Let erop dat het niet genoeg aanspannen van de halsband de detectie van het blaffen
zou kunnen verhinderen.
Voor langharige honden, kan het nodig zijn de haren in de contactzone met de
elektrodes ietwat te scheren, om een goed contact te verzekeren.
Gebruik de anti blaf halsband nooit met een leiband, u zou uw hond kunnen verwonden.
Om een beter detectie van de geluidstrillingen van de stembanden, let op dat het toestel
altijd naar beneden van de hals van de hond gedraaid is

TERMS OF USE :
·Do not use this product on humans.
·Use the collar only with a healthy dog and older than 6 months.
·If your dog is aggressive, consult a behaviourist veterinary.
·Never play with your dog while he is wearing the no bark collar (he might bark of exci-
tement and so be unfairly stimulated).
·Never leave your dog unattended when he is wearing the collar.
·Never leave the collar on for longer than 8 consecutive hours.
·Check your dog’s neck daily to make sure the skin is not red, or broken. If you nd
either, discontinue use of the collar immediately. Make sure the skin is completely
healed before using the collar again (less tight than before). If the skin does not heal
properly, consult your veterinarian.
·Weekly, wash and disinfect the dog’s neck, and the collar’s electrode. Use a sponge or
a humid towel (use neutral detergent).
·If you do not use the Martin System anti bark collar during a long period, we advise you
to remove the battery.

Martin System advises you to use your no bark collar in the rst time with tone only
without stimulation and then, after few hours, to adapt the stimulation level according to
the pet’s reaction.
DESCRIPTION :
The no bark collar is destined to dogs with a tendency to exaggerated barking. The
instrument emits electrostatic impulses preceded by sound warning whenever the dog
starts barking.
Your Martin System no bark collar is equipped with a dual detection system while most of
the no bark collars detect barking by perceiving either sound or vibration. The latter have
the major inconvenient of not being selective. In case of exclusive sound detection, an
unmerited punishment might be caused to the wearer of the collar by a nearby barking
dog, whereas technology limited to vibration detection does not permit to differentiate
shocks or friction from vibration caused by barking
The Martin System no bark collar features advanced technology with its dual detec-
tion system. Indeed, two sensors are used to differentiate your dog’s barking from any
other vibration.
This new technology allows the unit to use both sound and vibration simultaneously
to trigger an automatic stimulation, as well as preventing false corrections occurring from
sources in your dog’s environment.
SWITCHING THE COLLAR-RECEIVER ON AND OFF :
When you introduce the battery in the collar-receiver, you will hear three beep tone to
indicate that it is switched.
To introduce the battery (3V lithium type CR2), unscrew with a two euro coin the battery
cover, insert the battery ensuring that you keep to the indicated polarities (+ towards the
outside) and screw the cover back on. Be sure to screw the battery cover back on tightly
to insure the unit stays waterproof.

OPERATING MODE :
·The collar-receiver is ready to work after the switching of the device (indicated by three
beep tone).
·To modify the operating mode, approach the magnet (the key ring supplied with the col-
lar) to the round point on the front side of the collar (battery side). The collar-receiver is
in the conguration mode, each modication of the parameters is indicated by a tone.
To go from one mode to another, let the magnetic part of the key ring in place.
AVAILABLE MODES :
·Ascendant melody: elevating mode.
·1 beep tone: the collar will emit level 1 impulse.
·2 beep tones: the collar will emit level 2 impulse.
·3 beep tones: the collar will emit level 3 impulse.
·4 beep tones: the collar will emit level 4 impulse.
·5 beep tones: the collar will emit level 5 impulse.
·6 beep tones: the collar will emit level 6 impulse.
·7 beep tones: the collar will emit level 7 impulse.
·8 beep tones: the collar will emit level 8 impulse.
The program chosen is retained even when the battery is removed and replaced.
DETAILS CONCERNING THE RUNNING OF THE ANTI BARK COLLAR :
After inserting the battery or during the collar conguration, the collar will emit no stimu-
lation during one minute. It leaves the time to the user to place the collar on the dog’s
neck without fear of unintentional stimulation in case of barking during the placement.
When it starts barking, the dog is warned by a sound.
If the dog continues to bark, he will receive stimulation. To avoid unfairly stimulation, the
maximum time between two successive barking is about ve seconds; the number of

successive stimulations is limited to eight. Then the collar will enter standby mode during
minimum four minutes.
If the dog does not bark for two minutes, the collar will be activated again.
FITTING THE COLLAR ON YOUR DOG :
When you have congured the collar-receiver (see operating mode), place it around the
pet’s neck in order that the probes make a skin contact. In order to avoid discomfort,
ensure that you can put a nger between the collar probes and the dog’s neck. If the
collar is not tight enough, the barking detection may be compromised. For the dogs with
long hair, it may be necessary to shave the area of the fur under the electrodes to ensure
a good contact with the skin.
To avoid hurting the dog, do not use the no bark collar with a lead.
In order to optimize the vocal cords detection, make sure that the device is always posi-
tioned at the bottom, under the dog’s neck.

sented without deletion. The warranty does not cover damage due to accident and/or
wrong use. Martin System provides an efcient and fast service (less than 48h in our
workshop).
