ASSEMBLE AND APPLY
LABELS
DEMOLITION DERBY is part
of the HotWheels@Track
System. It is completely
modular and works with other
TrackSystem components.
Connect one end of straight track
section to each end of Turbo
Curves. Insert track to curve
transitions as pictured below.
Apply label to each curve
transition as shown.
Attach each completed loop to criss cross intersection
at connector locations as indicated.

CAUTION:
Press in at tab on battery
doorandpullupward to open
cover of controllerand insert
two fresh "0" size batteries
as shown. For best
performance, use alkaline
batteries. Close cover.
If battery door comes off,
reattach it by twisting to
fit the side posts into
holes in battery box.
Speed Controller is variable.
SlideswitchfromOFF position
and adjust speed from LOW to
HIGH as necessary.
1. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
2. Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before they are charged.
3. If removable rechargeable batteries are used, they are only to be charged under adult supervision.
4. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
5. Do not mix old batteries and new batteries.
6. Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
7. Be sure to insert batteries with the correct polarities and always follow the toy and battery
manufacturers' instructions.
8. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product.
9. The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
10. Dispose of batteries safely.

TO OPERATE:
1VEHICLE - Place a vehicle onto
curve transition adjacent to battery
box and feed it between two foam
booster wheels (inthe directionthat
will accelerate it).Adjust the power
level (Speed Controller) as
necessary to keepthe vehicle
running as fast as possible, without
going off the track.
MULTIPLEVEHICLES - Place
vehicles in a row,then push the rear
vehicle such that all are fed between
the foam booster wheels. Adjust
power level (Speed Controller) as
necessary.
Try different cars. Find your fastest
car.Youwill find some will perform
better than others. Some
recommended vehicles: Ferrari 308,
Ferrari 348, Ferrari F40, Porsche
959, Jaguar XJ220.
