*1: Serious injury means injury with aftereffects such as loss of sight, injury, burns (high
temperature, low temperature or chemical), electric shock, bone fracture or poisoning and
injury which requires hospitalization or long-term hospital visits for medical treatment.
*2: Slight injury means injury, burns, or electric shock, etc., which does not require hospitalization
or long-term hospital visits for medical treatment.
*3: Damage to property means consequential damage related to house, household goods and
livestock or pets.
Indicates “the degree of danger in which incorrect handling
may result in death or serious injury*1to a user.”
Indicates “the degree of danger in which incorrect handling
may result in death or serious injury*1to a user and which
is imminent.”
Indicates “the degree of danger or the state of damage in
which incorrect handling may result in slight injury*2to a
user or damage to property*3.”
Make sure to observe the following in order to use the product safely.
Preparation
1. Prepare an AC adaptor for USB output.

This product can charge Qi compatible devices.
* Output is Max. 15W. Adjust the output according to the device to be charged.
* This product may not be used or may not charge completely depending on the
type of device to be charged.
* Qi is a registered trademark of the Wireless Power Consortium.
* An AC adaptor is not included with the product.
Prepare an AC adaptor (2A or more) for USB output.
* If output exceeding 5W is required, prepare an AC adaptor for USB output
compatible with Quick ChargeTM 2.0 or a higher version.
* Quick Charge is a registered trademark of Qualcomm Incorporated.
Take power only from the USB port.
When using the product, use the USB output AC adaptor.
Use of any other power exceeding the rated power may result in heat
generation, ignition, failure, electric shock or injury.
Do not place the product in an unstable location.
Otherwise, you may drop or step on the product, resulting in injury.

Keep dry.
Dot not wet the product with water. Otherwise, fire or electric shock
may occur.
Do not touch the product with wet hands.
Otherwise, fire or electric shock may occur.
Use only the included power cable.
Otherwise, fire or electric shock may occur.
Do not repair, alter or disassemble the product.
Otherwise, fire, electric shock or injury may occur.
Disconnect the USB plug when an abnormal condition occurs.
When smoke, abnormal odor or noise emits from the product, or
when water or a foreign substance has entered inside the product,
or when the product is dropped, immediately disconnect the USB plug.
Use of the product as it is may result in fire or electric shock.
Do not attach any seal or tape to the product or the device to be charged.
Otherwise, fire, electric shock or burns may occur.
Do not cover the product with a cloth or wrap the product in a cloth.
Otherwise, heat may be trapped, resulting in fire or burns.
A person using a cardiac pacemaker should consult a doctor before
using the product.
The product may affect your cardiac pacemaker.
Use the product in a temperature range from 0 to 35°C.
Otherwise, burns or failure may occur.
When using or storing the product, keep it out of the reach of children.
Otherwise, electric shock or injury may occur.
Read the Instruction Manual of the device to be charged before using
the product.
Otherwise, burns or injury may occur.
It may also cause failure to the device to be charged.
Do not use a damaged power cable.
Do not pull forcibly, bend, damage, bind or place a heavy object on
the power cable or lay the power cable under any object.
Otherwise, flaw or disconnection of the cable may result in fire or
electric shock.
Do not place the product in direct sunlight or in a place with
abnormally high temperatures.
Do not place the product in a vehicle, in direct sunlight or near a
heating appliance. Otherwise, fire may occur.
Do not place anything other than Qi compatible devices on the product.
Otherwise, fire, electric shock or burns may occur. In particular, metallic
items may generate heat, resulting in fire or burns.
Do not sandwich any metal between the product and the device to be
charged.
Do not sandwich any metallic piece such as a clip or coin between the
product and the device to be charged.
The metallic piece may generate heat, resulting in fire or burns.
Make sure to insert the USB plug completely.
Use of the product with the USB plug incompletely inserted may result
in fire or electric shock due to contact failure.


Protective sheet
This sheet prevents abrasions on the surface of the main body and also serves as
a non-slip sheet for the device to be charged.
Attach this sheet to the main body if necessary.
Do not use the product in a vehicle.
Otherwise, use of the product may affect devices such as a vehicle
antitheft system.
Do not bring the product close to any object vulnerable to magnetism.
Otherwise, an IC card, credit card or cash card, etc., may be affected
by magnetism and heat, resulting in permanent damage to such cards.
Remove a card inserted into the cover before using the product.
Disconnect the USB plug if the product will not be used for a long time.
Otherwise, failure may occur.
2. Connect the USB cable.
Connect the USB Micro-B terminal on the main body and the AC adaptor with the
included power cable. When they are connected, the indication lamp lights up green.
* Use only the included power cable.
* Confirm the direction of the terminal before inserting the power cable.
Inserting the terminal in the incorrect direction may result in breakage of the
terminal.

- Use an AC adaptor for USB output.
- Check connection between this machine and the
cable, and connection between the cable and the
AC adaptor.
- Insert the connector completely.
- Confirm that the device to be charged is compatible
with Qi.
- Confirm the Instruction Manual of the device to be
charged.

Adjust the position to place the device to be charged.
- Remove the case of the device to be charged.
- Confirm that the device to be charged is not
completely charged.
Charging is stopped in
the process.

- Remove the case of the device to be charged.
- Remove a foreign substance between the main
body and the device to be charged.
- Cool down the main body and the device to be
charged and start charging again.

* When the indication lamp flashes green/red or orange/red, there is an error with
the input power. Change the USB output AC adaptor connected.
* When the indication lamp lights up red, the charging part has heated up and
stops charging. Move the product to a low temperature place or leave the product
as it is for a while in order to cool down the charging part.
* When the indication lamp flashes red, a metallic foreign substance is detected
between the device to be charged and the main body. Remove any foreign
substance such as a coin or clip. If the device to be charged is not compatible
with Qi, it may be regarded as a foreign substance.
* Even after charging is completed, the indication lamp on the main body may not
change to green depending on the type of device to be charged. Check the
indication on the device to be charged for its charging state.
* Even after charging is completed, some devices to be charged may not indicate
that the battery power is 100%.
* When the indication lamp lights up green, the product is in a standby state. The
standby power is consumed even in a standby state, therefore, disconnect the
cable if the product will not be used for a long time.
1. Place the device to be charged on the center of the main body.
2. When the device is placed on the center of the main body, the indication lamp
on the main body changes from green to orange and starts charging.
At the time it starts charging, also confirm the indication on the device to be
charged.
* If the indication lamp does not change to orange, or charge indication on the
device does not appear, adjust the position of the device.
3. When charging is completed, the indication lamp on the main body changes
from orange to green. Confirm the indication also on the device to be charged.
When charging is completed, remove the device to be charged from the main
body.
