INTRODUCTION:
Please read the manual carefully before using the device.
• This product is a nebulizer for the inhalation of medical
aerosols to treat asthma, bronchitis and other respiratory
tract disorders. This nebulizer is suitable for all commonly
used solutions. Use only the type and amount of medicine
approved by your doctor.
• This product is intended for aerosol therapy only.
Any other use is not recommended.
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS:
• This device is not waterproof or water resistant. Do
not allow this device to become submerged in water.
• The device should not be touched with wet hands.
• Do not use the device in the presence of flammable
anesthetic substances.
• Unplug the device before cleaning.
• Unplug the unit when it is not in use.
• Do not untwist the nebulizer cup during operation.
• Do not leave solution in the nebulizer cup and always
empty when it is not in use.
• Do not pour more than 10 mL of solution into nebulizer cup.
• Place the device on a flat surface.
• This product is meant for intermittent use. Do not
operate for longer than 30 minutes continuously.
• In order to prevent the risk of cross contamination, the
accessories should not be shared by different people.
• Children may only use the device under adult supervision.
• This device can only be repaired by the local dealer’s
authorized service agents.
NOTE: This device carries a thermal limiter which will shut off
the unit to avoid overheating.

USER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove unit from packaging. Open the nebulizer cup (Fig. A)
and pour the medication taking into account that the maximum
capacity is 10 mL (Fig. B). Twist both pieces and close it (Fig. C).
2. Connect one end of the tubing to the nebulizer cup and the
other end to the nebulizer outlet (Fig. D).
3. If using the mouthpiece, connect it to the reservoir tubing.
4.Connect the mask or the mouthpiece to nebulizer cup (Fig. E).
5. Plug in unit and flip ON switch to start treatment.
6. Turn the unit off and unplug it once the treatment has finished.
7. Clean the nebulizer and the accessories as indicated in
“Cleaning” section.

AIR FILTER CHANGE
CAUTION: The nebulizer may get damaged if a dirty or torn filter
is used or if it is replaced by another material such as cotton. Do
not operate without a filter.
CLEANING
It is recommended that the nebulizer, mouthpiece and mask are
thoroughly cleaned with hot water after each use and cleaned
with a mild detergent after the last treatment of the day.
If your physician or respiratory therapist specifies a different
cleaning procedure, follow their instructions.
Rinsing (after each treatment):
1. Disconnect the oxygen tube, nebulizer cup,
mouthpiece and mask from the compressor.
2. Gently twist the nebulizer cup to open it.
3. Rinse the nebulizer cup, mouthpiece and mask
with warm tap water.
4.Let air dry on an absorbent piece of paper.
Do not dry them with a towel.
5. Reassemble the nebulizer when completely dry
and put these parts in a dry, sealed container.
Disinfecting:
Follow these steps to disinfect your nebulizer cup, unless
otherwise specified by your physician. It is suggested that the
unit is disinfected after the last treatment of the day.
1. Mix 1 part of white vinegar with 3 parts of hot water in a
clean container.
2. Completely submerge the nebulizer, mouthpiece, and mask in
the solution for 30 minutes.
3. Remove the accessories from the solution and rinse with
warm water.
4. Allow to air dry.

Cleaning the Compressor:
WARNING! Unplug the power cord before cleaning. Never
submerge the compressor in water or get liquid into the
compressor.
Wipe daily with a damp cloth. Do not use any volatile fluid, such
as alcohol or benzene, which may damage the finish.
Filter Change:
• Replace only with filters sold as replacements for this unit.
• Do not wash or clean the filter.
• Do not operate the compressor without a filter.
• Change the filter every 30 days or sooner if the filter turns gray.
Changing Procedure:
1. Remove the filter cover.
2. Replace the used filter with a new one, discard the old filter.
3. Replace the filter cover.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE:
If a problem occurs during operation, please check and correct
the following points:
When switching
it on, it does not

5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Medline Industries, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser
that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship
for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty
does not cover failures resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration of
the Medline Nebulizer System, improper component use or failure
to comply with the operating instructions. This warranty does
not include the Nebulizer System tubing or accessories. Normal
maintenance items and disposable products are not covered
under warranty. For non-warranty repairs, the customer will be
charged the current repair rate at the time of receipt of unit, and
all shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Medline Industries, Inc. will either repair or at its option, replace
free of charge any parts necessary to correct defects in material
or workmanship covered by this limited warranty. Warranty
registration cards must be returned within ten (10) days of
purchase for this warranty to be effective.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT FOR THOSE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW WHICH
ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 5 YEAR TERM OF THIS
WARRANTY. MEDLINE INDUSTRIES, INC.’S LIABILITY, WHETHER
BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, OR
ANY OTHER THEORY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE

OR OTHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
