IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS / WARNING
• When using electrical appliances, basic precauons should always be followed to reduce the
risk of re, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following: Arrange cord away
from trac area”aer need to follow, and where it will not be tripped over.”
• This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If
provided, use handles when moving this heater. Keep combusble materials, such as furniture,
pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, blankets, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from around the
heater.
• Connect to properly grounded outlets only.
• To disconnect heater, turn controls to o, then remove plug from outlet.
• Always unplug heater when not in use
• To prevent a possible re, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use
on so surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked. (2),(4),(5)
• Do not use under a table with a tablecloth that extends more than 5 cm over the table edge.
• Do not place bags or other objects in such a way that they block the grid. (2)
• Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any venlaon or exhaus opening as this
may cause an electric shock or re, or damage the heater. (2),(4)
• Connect the product only to outlets with ground.
• Extreme cauon is necessary when heater is used by or near children or invalids and
whenever the heater is le operang and unaended.
• This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor
locaons. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
• Do not operate heater with a damaged cord or plug or aer the heater malfuncons, has
been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard heater, or return to authorized service
facility for examinaon and/or repair
• Do not run cord under carpeng. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runner, or similar
covering. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from trac areas.
• A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where
gasoline, paint, or ammable liquids are used or stored.
• Always plug heater directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension
cord or re locatable power tab (outlet/power strip)
• This heater includes a visual alarm to warn that parts of the heater are geng
excessively hot. If the alarm ashes, immediately turn the heater o and inspect for any
objects on or adjacent to the heater that may cause high temperatures.
DO NOT OPERATE THE HEATER WITH ALARM FLASHING.
• Always take the product inside aer use, and let the product cool o before packing it
away (if applicable).
• Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by
manufacturer may cause re, electric shock, or injury to persons.

Imus is designed to heat two persons sing on either side of a table. The opmum heat is
achieved by placing Imus at the middle below the table. It will take about 1 minute from the
me you switch on Imus unl you feel the heat. To get the most out of Imus, you should posi-
on yourself in such a way that you get heat on the inside of both of your legs so that your
body gets opmal ulisaon of the heat. Press the On/O switch (1) to turn o the product if
you do not require further heat.

Grounding instrucons
This heater is for use on 110 volts. The cord has a plug as shown at A in Figure 1. An adapter as
shown at C is available for connecng three-blade grounding-type plugs to two-slot receptacles. The
green grounding lug extending from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground such as
a properly grounded outlet box. The adapter should not be used if a three-slot grounded receptacle
is available.
The on/o switch light will be on when connected to power and o when disconneted. Figure 1

Maintenance and cleaning
• Disconnect the plug from the socket before cleaning or when the product is not in use for
prolonged periods of me.
• Do not clean the product unl 60 minutes aer it is turned o.
• When cleaning, do not spray cleaners or water directly into the product.
• Apply the cleaner on a cloth and wipe the product.
• For cleaning of reector plate, please remove the grills. Clean the reector plate with a
rag with glass cleaner, please DO NOT TOUCH the lamp with ngers or the cloth.
• For cleaning of the grills, please remove the grills. Clean the grills with a cloth with glass
cleaner.
• Regular maintenance of the product is recommended, as this will prolong the product’s
service life and appearance (in coastal areas, the product should cleaned more
frequently, due to atmospheric salinity).
• Regularly check the cord for damages and ensure that the plug is clean.
• If the power cord, lamp or other electrical parts needs replacing, this must be done only
by a qualied professional.
Troubleshoong
Follow the troubleshoong steps listed below:
• Make sure the power cord is connected correctly.
• Check the cable for any ruptures.
• Make sure the On/ O switch has been pressed.
• Check whether the bulb has blown.
• If the product is turned o due to overheang caused by improper use (overheat
sensor), the product must be disconnected from the socket outlet and cool o.
Check the product for defects aer 30 minutes of cooling. If there are no visible
defects, try to reconnect the product again.

Disposal
The product should not be disposed of along with household waste. Instead, the
product must be disposed of along electronic waste by dropping it o at collec-
on points for recycling of electronic waste. To learn more about where you can
drop o your electronic waste for recycling, contact your local authority or your
local waste management authority.
Warranty
The product warranty is pursuant to the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The warranty period starts on the day the product was purchased.
Small defects and minor cosmec aws that do not aect use of the product or
decrease the value of the product are not covered by the warranty. The warranty
must be proved by presenng an original receipt showing the purchase date and
product name.
Warranty management
A defecve product must be returned to the place of purchase along with a
valid receipt. If the product becomes defecve during the warranty period, the
product must be returned to the place of purchase. Here, warranty-related
repairs will be carried outon the product, if the defect pertains to the product or
the producon faults. Defects in the product will be tried reced by repair or
replacement of parts. In case of exchange of the product, the may occur dier-
ences in hue or model design compared to the purchased product.
Warranty disclaimer
Damage or defects resulng from neglect or improper use of the product is not
covered by the warranty. Damage or defects resulng from the use of unoriginal
replacement parts or unoriginal enhancements is not covered by warranty. The
warranty does not cover force majeure such as lightning, ood, re or damage
occurred during transport. The warranty will be void if the product’s serial
number has been changed or if there modicaons in any way are made to the
product, or if the product is sought repaired by an outside third party.
