1. Read all the instructions
2. This appliance is for household use only. Do not use out-
doors.
3. This appliance is not intended for use by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
4. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children;
5. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance;
6. This appliance is intended to be used in household and
similar applications such as:
-Staff kitchen areas in shops, office and other working envi-

10.The pressure regulator allowing the escape of steam
should be checked regularly to ensure that they are not
blocked.
11.The container must not be opened until the pressure has
decreased sufficiently.

care. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use the handles and

18.Do not let children near the pressure cooker when in use.
19.Do not use the pressure cooker for a purpose other than
the one for which it is intended.
20.This appliance cooks under pressure. Scalds may result
from inappropriate use of the pressure cooker. Make sure
that the cooker is property closed before applying heat, see
“instructions for use”.
21.Never force open the pressure cooker. Do not open before
making sure that its internal pressure has completely
dropped. See the “instructions for use”.
22.Never use your pressure cooker without adding water or
food, this would seriously damage it.
23.Do not fill the cooker beyond 2/3 of its capacity. When
cooking foodstuffs which expand during cooking, such as
rice or dehydrate vegetables, do not fill the cooker to more
than half of its capacity.
24.Use the appropriate heat source(s) according to the
instructions for use.
25.After cooking meat with a skin (e.g. ox tongue) which may
swell under the effect of pressure, do not prick the meat
which the skin is swollen; you might be scalded.
26.When cooking doughy food, gently shake the cooker
before opening the lid to avoid food ejection.

28.Never use the pressure cooker in its pressurized mode for
deep or shallow frying of food.

the relevant model. In particular, use a body and a lid from
the same manufacturer indicated as being compatible.

Product Structure
Instructions Before Use
1. Confirm that the float valve, block proof cover and seal ring are correctly
installed before use each time;
2. Before putting the inner pot into the cooker each time, please remove the dirt
and water from the external side of the inner pot and internal side of the
external pot;
3. Please move the product with the handle of the cooker body;
4. Please remove the water from the housing cover with cloth.
Tips:
When use for the first time, please take out all accessories from the cooker
body, read the User Manual carefully, particularly for the usage and cautions for
avoiding property loss or physical injury for you.
①Exhaust valve: Pull out the exhaust valve from the lid. Clean the internal side
of the exhaust valve and the exhaust valve and float valve of the lid with
brush and cloth at least once a month.
②Sealing gate: Please remove oil and dirt from the sealing gate with detergent
and brush. The remained oil and dirt in it may appear in yellowish. After
washing, it may recover to the original color as stainless steel. It is
suggested to clean the sealing gate once every 2 months.
③Water box: After cooking, the steam may stay in the water box of the external
pot as water. Water in the box should be removed for avoiding bad odor,
please clean it with clean cloth.

Instructions Before Use
Use and maintain the stainless inner pot
The bright inner pot has smooth and polished surface before use. After using
for a long period, the surface will become unclear with signs after it is washed
with hard object. It is normal and won't influence the function of the product.
(User shall read this function selectively according to the product
model and configuration.)
Tips:
Prepare For Cooking
1 Opening the lid correctly
• Hold the handle of upper cover, turn it
anticlockwise for about 30°till the “ ” mark on
the edge of the upper cover aiming at the“ ”
mark on the edge of the housing cover, and
then lift the upper cover.
2 Check if the parts and accessories of lid
are well installed
• Check if the floater valve and exhaust valve
are jammed, confirm if the sealing ring and
block proof cover are well installed.
1. Do not empty
It may cause yellowish and spotted inner pot or distorted bottom if it is empty for
a long time.
2. Do not use it to store the acid, alkali and preserved foods for a long
period
Although the inner pot has excellent anti-corrosion performance, it may cause
corrosion of certain degree, the suggested time of keep warm shall not exceed
2h.
3. Keep it clean to prolong the service life
Do not immerse it in water for a long period.
Clean the inner pot with soap, mild detergent or warm water to remove dust,
oil and dirt.

Do not use a metal shovel or other hard tool, otherwise it will damage the
inner surface of pot.

3. Take out the inner pot, put the foods and
water into the inner pot
• The total amount of foods and water shall not
exceed the Max marked on the inner pot.
• The max rice and water amount when
cooking shall not exceed the Max on the inner
pot.
4 Put the inner pot into the cooker
• Wipe to clean the external surface of inner
pot, foreign object and water are not allowed
on the inner surface of electric pressure
cooker;
• Turn the inner pot to left and right to ensure
good contact with the heating plate.
5 Safely close the lid
• Before closing the lid, check if the sealing ring
is well installed.
• Hold the handle of upper cover, aim the “ ”
mark on the edge of the upper cover aiming
at the “ ”mark on the edge of the housing
cover, put the top cover horizontally on the
cooker body, turn the upper cover clockwise
for about 30°to the lock place, and aim the
“ ” mark on the edge of the housing cover at
the “ ” mark on the lid.
6 Put the exhaust valve well
• When working, please turn the exhaust valve
to the sealing place, which means the electric
pressure cooker keeps at sealing state;
• For manual exhaust, please turn the exhaust
valve handle to the exhaust place, the electric
pressure cooker keeps at the exhaust state;
when exhausting, do not keep the hands or
face above the exhaust opening;
• Check if the floater valve drops down before
working (before heating, the floater valve is
down).

Function Selection
1. Prepare for cooking according to the method listed on Page 8.
2. Switch on If the buttons are inactive when use, please confirm if the lid is closed
at the right place, the buttons are inactive if the lid is not closed correctly for
product of this series.
3. Select the required function under the standby state, press the function button
to select function, press the “+”/“-” button to Adjust the cooking time; Different
function requires different cooking time, the more the foods, the longer the
cooking time.
4. Press one function button,10s later the electric pressure cooker starts to select
the program of corresponding function.10s after selecting the function, the
electric pressure cooker starts working.
When the cooker is working, press the “Cancel” button to cancel the current
work state and return standby state.
5. After cooking, the cooker may automatically enter into the keep warm state.
After cooking, the indicator of corresponding function lights off, the cooker
makes sound and enters into the keep warm state.
Under the standby state, press the “Keep Warm” button, the cooker enters into
the keep warm state.
General Function
Under any state, press the “Cancel” button to cancel the current work state
and return standby state.
When the cooker is working, it is normal that it makes “cluck” sound, please
set your heart at relax when use.
To cook a small amount of foods, the inner pot may possibly be lifted when
opening the lid, please shake the lid to drop the inner pot in the cooker body
and then remove the lid.

1. Cut off power supply or remove the power plug
2. Exhaust method
A. Quickly open the lid
Turn the exhaust valve to the exhaust place for exhausting, till the float valve
drops down. (For non-fluid foods)
B. Generally open the lid
Keep the electric pressure cooker cool naturally till the float valve drops down.
3. Open the lid
Turn the upper cover anticlockwise with the left hand, turn it to the cover open
limit place, lift the upper cover with the right hand to open the lid.
Do not open the lid before the pressure in the pot has been completely
released, do not open the lid fiercely if it is difficult to open.
Do not pull out the exhaust valve when turning the exhaust valve.
After cooking fluid foods (porridge and soup), do not turn the exhaust valve,
please cut off power supply to make it cool naturally till the float drops before
opening the lid.
After cooking a large amount of foods, please do not immediately exhaust, it is
suggested to keep warm for a certain moment before opening the lid.

Soup
The “Keep Warm/Cancel” is the most important key. When is being
programmed or any program is in effect, press this key will cancel
the program and take the cooker to standby state.
When the cooker is in standby state, pressing this key activates the
keep warm program.
Operation Guidelines
The “Soup” key is for making various soups and broth. You can
use the “Adjust” key to select a shorter or longer cooking dura-
tion, depending on the intended cooking result. controls the
pressure and temperature to a level that the liquid never goes
into the heavy boiling state. For example, making chicken broth
with the “Soup” function, the broth is clear and the chicken
remains intact after cooking. lf you need the food content to be
fully broken down, please stir and mix the soup before serving.

Operation Guidelines
The “Bean/Chili” key is spectifically for cooking beans and
making Chili. lf you want the beans well cooked, please use the
“Adjust” key to select “More” for a longer duration.
The “Sauté” key is used fou open lid sautéing, browning or
simmering inside the inner pot. “Adjust” can be used to change
the operating temperature in 3 modes. Please see the “sautéing”
section for details.
The “Slow Cook” key allows you to use your as a common slow
cooker. The user can change the cooking duration by pressing
the “+” or “-” key between 0.5 and 20 hours. The “Adjust” key
allows you to adjust the level of heating as in traditional slow
cookers. Please see the “Slow Cooking” section for its usage.
The “Meat/Stew” key is for cooking meat and stew. The “Adjust”
key can be used to change the cooking time to achieve the
desired texture of the meat. ln general, “More” duration is for
bone-stripping effect on meat.

Operation Guidelines
The “Rice” key is s fully automated smart program for cooking
regular rice or parboiled rice. The cooking duration is adjusted
automatically depending on the amount of food content. To cook
2 cups of rice, it takes about 10 minute pressure keeping time;
for 3~5 cups of rice, it takes ablut 12 minute pressure keeping
time; more cups will take longer time accordingly. Total cooking
time is not displayed, whereas the pressure keeping time will be
shown when working pressure is reached. The “Adjust” key has
no effect on this program. Please note: You can cook as little as
one cup of rice with the correct ratio of water.
The “Multigrain” key is a program to cook mixed grains of wild
rice, hard brown rice, mung beans, etc. There are three “Adjust”
options for multigrain rice cooking. The “Normal” setting has 40
minutes of pressure cooking tim. The “Less” setting has 20
minutes of pressure cooking time. The “More” setting has 45
minutes of warm water soaking time and 60 minutes of pressure
cooking time. The “More” setting is suitable for harder grains
such as dry split corn.

Operation Guidelines
The “Porridge” key is to make porridge of various grains. You can
use the “Adjust” key to select a cooking duration. The “Normal”
duration is for rice porridge. For a mixture of various grains and
beans, please choose the “More” duration. stir the porridge
before serving. Please note, after the “Porridge” program is
finished, do not put steam release handle in the venting position.
otherwise the porridge will splatter through the steam release.
Please use Natural Release.
The “Steam” key is designed for steaming purposes. You can
steam vegetables, seafood or reheating with the enclosed steam
rack. When steaming vegetables and seafood, please note that
using the “Natural Release” method for releasing the steam will
likely overcook the food. You will need to release the steam as
soon as the cooking time has expired using the “Quick Release”
method.
Using 1~2 cups(160ml) of water is sufficient for steaming fresh or
frozen vegetables, with 1~2 minute pressure keeping time.
Please use “+” or “-” keys to change the steaming time. Please
note that unlike other pressure cooking functions, the “Steam”
function heats at full power continuously. This may burn food in
direct contact with the bottom of the inner pot. Please use the
trivet provided to elevate the food above the water. Use a metal
basket or (oven safe) glass/ceramic container that fits into the
inner pot to contain the food.

Operation Guidelines
The “Manual” key allows manual setting of cooking time. The
time set in this mode is pressure cooking time which will begin to
count down when working pressure is reached. The maximum
pressure cooking time is 240 minutes.
The “Timer” key is for delayed cooking. To start delayed cooking,
first select the desired cooking function (all program functions
except “Sauté”) , and then press the “Timer” key. Use “+” and
“-” to set the edlayed hours. Press “Timer” key again to change
the minutes. The time you are setting is the delayed time before
the program starts. Please allow sufficient cooking time and
cooling down time before serving. The time delay can be adjust-
ed with “+” or “-” keys for up to 24 hours. Please see the
“Delayed Cooking with Timer” section for details.

Keep Warm Function
Daily Check And Maintenance
1. After cooking, the electric pressure cooker automatical-
ly enters into the keep warm state;
2. Under standby state, you may also press the “Keep
Warm” button to keep warm;
3. Keep warm temperature is 140°F~176°F;
For use the product safely with a longer service life, please carefully check and
maintain it.
If followings occur Solutions
• Power cord and plug is expanded, deformation,
damaged and it color is changed.
• One part of the power cord and plug are hotter.
• Power cord is flexible with discontinuous power
supply.
• The electric pressure cooker has abnormal
heating and generates bad odor.
• There's abnormal noise or vibration when supply
power.

Warning on Opening the lid
• When the electric pressure cooker is not working, there isn't pressure
in the pot, the float valve is down;
• When the electric pressure cooker is working, pressure in the cooker
rises, float valve ascends; do not fiercely open the lid before the
pressure has been completely released;
• If it is difficult to open the lid, please do not open it fiercely, otherwise, it
may cause scalding or physical injury.
