 Read all supplied documentation carefully before preparing this portable
USB-C monitor for use.
 To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this portable
USB-C monitor to rain or moisture.
 Do not attempt to disassemble the cover of this portable USB-C monitor.
 Before using this portable USB-C monitor, make sure that all cables
are connected properly.
 Avoid extremely dusty environments, changes in temperature and
humidity. Do not place the portable USB-C monitor in areas where there
is arisk of moisture/splashing.
 Do not allow objects or liquids to enter the holes / cutouts on the cover
of the portable USB-C monitor.
 In the event of technical problems with the portable USB-C monitor,
contact aqualified service technician or dealer.
 Do not dispose of this product in afire.
 Do not use this monitor near heating devices or in places subject
to high temperatures.
 Keep this monitor away from sharp objects.

Power On / Off:
Hold power button for 3 seconds to turn on and off.
Return / Exit:
Click power button while menu open to return or exit menu.
Show Menu / Settings:
Short press wheel button.
Select Menu Option:
Click wheel button while menu open to confirm / select
highlighted option. While on menu status, short press
to confrm and save your setting.
Open Volume Settings:
Toggle wheel button up and press wheel button.
Open Brightness Settings:
Toggle wheel button down and press wheel button.
Open Input Source:
Short press wheel button and enter Source switch mode.

How can be used USB-C connector on left and right side:
Blue Color: ON / Searching for Input Source
Red Color: No source / Standby status.
Dark: OFF.

Please note that not all PC, laptop, or mobile phone USB-C ports output
display or video signal. Please see the FAQ for more information.
Power and charging
Plug the Supplied AC Adaptor (or USB 3.0 Port From Other Device)
to the Power Port of the Monitor to Get Power Supply.

Connect via USB-C Port: Touch signal can only be processed via USB-C
connection.

NOTICE: Check if the USB-C of your laptop/phone is afull featured USB-C port. Your device
should support Thunderbolt 3.0 or USB 3.1 Gen2, USB-C DP ALT-MODE. If it is just aUSB-C for
charging, it will not be available.

NOTE:
•Touchscreen function is only enabled when connecting to your device via
USB-C as the HDMI connection does not output touch signal.
•Not all mobile devices output video signal and may not work with external
devices like the monitor.

NOTE:
•If the monitor is no external power supply, the mobile phone / laptop will
supply power to the display, please ensure that the devices has enough
power supply, if there is no signal, please plug in the external power supply
(5V/3.0A); For HDMl connection, please use USB-C to USB-Acable to power
up the monitor.
• When connecting to amobile phone, only some apps support landscape
mode.
• Your device should support thunderbolt 3.0 or USB 3.1
USB C DP ALT-MODE, which supports multiple connect ways to your
laptops, PC, Phones, Macbooks, PS5/PS4, Xbox, and Switch. (iphone / ipad
need prepare extra Lightning to HDMI adapter. ) For more USB-C port
functions please contact your laptop / PC etc official website.

SPECIFICATION

1. Why the monitor without display or flash?
There’smaybe because of power shortage, please power the monitor with
the AC adaptor.
2. Why the monitor turn off after aboot screen?
There’sbecause the monitor haven’t get valid source, please check if the
HDMI or USB-C cable is connected properly, ensure that the device connect
to the monitor is running normally; check if you have choose aright input
sources on OSD or you could set it on auto status.
3. Why there’sno display after aUSB C connector is connected?
Make sure that your model is on the list of supported mobile phones, ensure
the USB-C of your device is afull-featured USB-C port, if it only with function
of charging, then it is not available for video transfer connect the portable
USB monitor with system.
5. Power LED is not ON.
•Press the button to check if the monitor is in the ON mode.
•Check if the USB-C port connected to source of signal.
•Check if the signal source is ON.
6. The Power LED light is blue and there is no screen image.
•Check if the monitor and the computer are in the ON mode.
•Make sure the USB USB-C cable is properly connected between
the portable USB monitor and the computer.
•Inspect the signal cable and make sure none of the pins are bent.
•Connect the computer with another available monitor to check if the
computer is properly working.
7. Screen image is too light or dark.
•Adjust the brightness settings via the button.
8. Screen image bounces or awave pattern is present in the image.
•Make sure the USB-C cable is properly connected between the portable
USB monitor and the computer.
•Move electrical devices that may cause electrical interference.
