The appliance should be placed in a flat area and kept a minimum distance of 10cm away from the objects on
both side, and 20cm at the back (e.g. walls, windows, etc.).

It is prohibited to use high or middle pressure liquefied gas.

If you smell the gas, do not turn on the appliance, do not touch any electric button, and do not ignite the flame
in the room. You should cut the gas supply and open the window to let the air flow.
4.
Inspection, installation and maintenance must be assisted by the technicians. Ask the technician to change
the gas if you need to. Do not do it yourself.
5.
After connecting the gas to the appliance, test the clogged on pipe with the suds or checking equipment.
Attention: do not test it with match.

Inspect the gas pipe whether it connects tightly to make sure that there is no gas leak.

The oil level should be not less than burning tube (25cm) and not more than the surface of oil-tank.

Open the main gas valve to make the gas into the machine. Press the * key for about 8 seconds. Then turn it
counter-clockwise slowly until a noise come out, and let it run. Look into the hole to make sure it light up. Adjust
SIT valve to a suitable flame. There is a meter on the control panel, different temperature with corresponding
figure. You can set a right temperature for different food. When the temperature gets to the temperature you
set, the valve will cut off the gas supply and it can supply gas if the temperature is lower than the temperature
you set.

Rotate the button clockwise to restart, press * to make the fire go out and shut down the gas supply after
cooking.

When the temperature lowers down to be normal, place a container under the faucet to collect oil.

Clean the oil-tank to maintain the lifespan.
7.
The appliance has a temperature protected controller. When the temperature reaches 230°C, the controller will
cut off the gas immediately. Press reseated key to reset.

Clean and maintain the appliance after shut down the gas supply and cool it down.
2.
When cleaning the oil-tank, separate the cooked features. Place a container under the drain faucet and open
the valve. When the oil runs out, turn of the faucet and move the container. If the oil has solidified, liquate it
and wait for it to run out of the faucet. Clean it with damp cloth without corrosive cleanser. Do not spray the
water for cleaning. This appliance is not water-repellent.
