For the sake of children’s safety, please read the manual carefully and follow its guidelines for the safe
use of the product. The person assembling the product has to be an adult and they have to use all com-
ponents of the product in accordance with the user manual and their intended use, to prevent injuries.
PLEASE KEEP THIS MANUAL FOR FUTURE USE.
WARNING
Always remove and dispose of all of the parts of the packaging such as lm, cardboard, plastic, and other
components that are not part of the product itself and are not approved for use for a child. A child cannot
have any access to the elements of the packing since it may lead to choking or asphyxiation. The manual
should be kept for future use in case of emergency or to look up details on the maintenance of the product.
REMEMBER
The pictures in the manual show the general use of the product and are for reference only. The actual
appearance of the product and its components may slightly differ from the actual condition.
SAFETY MANUAL
Please read the manual carefully in order to keep your child safe. Many easily preventable injuries are
caused by improper use of the bicycle. Keep this manual for future reference.
• MoMi TEDI is a bike that complies with EN71-1, EN71-2, EN71-3 norms and it is intended for children
from 12 months. The maximum capacity of the bike is 25 kg.
• The product has to be used under adult supervision. The child should be kept within sight of an adult.
• The product has to be assembled by an adult. Keep all the parts of the product away from children
while assembling the product. Keep the manual for future reference.
• Before assembling, the packaging and the product have small parts and plastic elements (such as
bags and plastic wrap), which can be dangerous for small children. Please keep themout of reach of
children. Plastic bags and other elements of the packaging should be disposed of. A child should be
instructed on how to use the product properly. Please make sure that the child is physically capable
of controlling the bike and knows how to slow down and stop.
• The bike has to be used with caution since riding a bike requires certain abilities that will prevent falls
and collisions that may harm the user or third parties.
•The bike should be checked and maintained regularly. Before each use make sure that the bike is
intact and that there are no loose parts or missing elements.
• Before using make sure that all bolts are securely tightened and that all components are securely installed.
• If any elements are missing or broken do not use the bike. Only use original parts for the bicycle.
• Do not use in trafc.
• The bike is to be used only on at and dry surfaces without any obstacles. Do not use on climbs and
slopes, around trafc, on wet or gravel surfaces.
• Do not use around any body of water (rivers, pools, etc.) and other obstacles.

• Do not use it in the dark and in bad weather. Do not use the bike around stairs and steps.
• Do not drag the bike around from a bumper of a car or other vehicle.

• It is crucial to make sure that while riding the bike child do not take their hands off the handles. Riding
a bike with no handlebars can cause serious injuries for the child.
• Do not use the bike in wet, extremely cold, or hot places.

CORRECT ASSEMBLY OF THE PRODUCT
Read the instruction carefully before you use the product. To avoid injuries, please follow the manual.
The bike can be used for children up to 25 kg. The bicycle seat has to be suited to the child’s height so
that they reach the oor with both legs while sitting.
ASSEMBLY OF THE PRODUCT
1. Place the front fork with a wheel in the hole of the frame of the bike. Place the rear wheels in the
frame of the bike.
2. Next, place the handlebar in the hole of the frame of the bike.
3. Make sure that all of the elements are installed securely and that there are no missing parts left
before using the bike.
4. To disassemble the bike, press the button on top of the handlebar and detach the handlebar and
front wheel. In order to detach the rear wheel from the frame, place a at screwdriver in a slot on the
outside of the bike’s wheels and unhook it on both wheels. Next, place hex keys in the screws on both
sides – hold one screw with a hex key and simultaneously turn the other and take out the wheels. To
detach the cap on the frame, press two silver buttons on the inside of the cap simultaneously.
MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT
The condition of the bike should be checked regularly. Cleaning and maintaining the bike have to be
done by an adult. The product should be cleaned with a damp cloth or a sponge. Protect the product
from dust, moisture, extremely high and low temperatures, fall, etc.

Only grease the moving parts of the bike with a silicon-based product. Excess of the grease should be
wiped away using a clean cloth. The bicycle’s screws and bolts should be checked regularly. Exchange
and repair parts only when needed. Keep in a dry place. Keeping the bike in direct sunlight may cause
the plastic parts to bend. Before each use check the bike for any damage make sure that all screws se-
curing the individual elements of the bike are properly tightened. Worn or damaged elements should
be replaced with new ones at an authorized service centre.
PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT
When you cease the use of the MoMi TEDI please dispose of it at an appropriate facility in accordance
with local laws.

PRAWIDŁOWY MONTAŻ PRODUKTU
Przeczytaj uważnie instrukcję, zanim użyjesz produktu. Aby uniknąć poważnych urazów, proszę po-
stępować zgodnie z instrukcją. Rowerek jest przeznaczony dla dzieci do 25 kg wagi. Siodełko powinno

MONTAŻ
1. Wsuń nasadkę z kołem przednim w otwór ramy rowerka. Wsuń nasadkę z tylnymi kołami w ramę
rowerka.
2. Następnie umieść kierownicę w górnym otworze ramy rowerka.
3. Upewnij się, że wszystkie elementy są poprawnie złożone przed użyciem rowerka i nie brakuje
żadnej części.

RICHTIGE MONTAGE DES PRODUKTS

MONTAGE
1. Schieben Sie die Schutzkappe mit dem Vorderrad in das Loch im Fahrradrahmen. Schieben Sie die
Schutzkappe mit den Hinterrädern in den Fahrradrahmen.
2. Stecken Sie dann den Lenker in das obere Loch des Fahrradrahmens.
3. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Elemente ordnungsgemäß zusammengebaut sind, bevor Sie das
Fahrrad benutzen, und dass keine Teile fehlen.
4. Um das Fahrrad aufzuklappen, drücken Sie den Knopf in der Mitte des Lenkers und trennen Sie den
Lenker und das Vorderrad. Um die Hinterräder vom Fahrradrahmen zu trennen, führen Sie einen a-
chen Schraubendreher in den Schlitz an der Außenseite des Fahrradrads ein und trennen Sie diesen
Teil an beiden Rädern. Stecken Sie dann die Inbusschlüssel in die Schrauben auf beiden Seiten – hal-
ten Sie die Schraube auf einer Seite mit einem Inbusschlüssel fest und auf der anderen Seite lösen
Sie die Schraube und schieben Sie die Räder heraus. Um die Schutzkappe abzunehmen, drücken Sie
gleichzeitig auf die beiden silbernen Knöpfe in der Mitte der Schutzkappe.
PRODUKTWARTUNG
• Das Produkt muss regelmäßig kontrolliert werden.
• Die Reinigung und Wartung des Laufrads darf ausschließlich nur durch einen Erwachsenen vorge-
nommen werden.
• Die beweglichen Teile sollten nur mit einem Fett auf Silikonbasis geschmiert werden.
• Schmierstoffreste sollten mit einem sauberen Putzlappen entfernt werden. Prüfen Sie zeitweise,
ob alle Schrauben und alle Teile fest und richtig angezogen sind . Die Laufradteile dürfen nur au-
sschließlich bei Bedarf repariert bzw. umgetauscht werden. Verwenden Sie nur Originalersatzteile.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle beweglichen Plastikteile des Laufrads sauber vom Staub, Schmutz
oder Sand sind, damit keine Reibung entsteht. Dauerhafte direkte Sonneneinstrahlung kann zum
Verbiegen von Kunststoffteilen führen.
• Vergewissern Sie sich vor jeder Benutzung des Fahrrads, dass das Fahrrad nicht beschädigt ist und
dass alle Schrauben, mit denen die einzelnen Fahrradkomponenten befestigt sind, fest angezogen
sind. Abgenutzte oder beschädigte Komponenten sollten in einem autorisierten Servicecenter durch
neue ersetzt werden.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
Veuillez lire attentivement ce manuel pour assurer la sécurité de votre enfant. De nombreuses blessu-
res évitables sont dues à une utilisation incorrecte du vélo. Gardez le manuel pour toute référence
ultérieure.
• Le MoMi TEDI est un vélo conforme aux normes EN71-1, EN71-2, EN71-3 et peut être utilisé dès l’âge
de 12 mois. Le poids maximal de l’utilisateur est de 25 kg.
• À n’utiliser que sous la surveillance d’un adulte. Toujours gardez l’enfant sous le regard d’un adulte.
• Le vélo ne doit être installé que par un adulte. Gardez toutes les pièces hors de portée des enfants
pendant l’installation. Gardez le manuel an de pouvoir l’utiliser si besoin.
• L’emballage et le vélo avant pliage contiennent de petites pièces et des éléments en plastique (y com-
pris des sacs, des feuilles) qui peuvent être dangereux pour les enfants. Gardez-les à l’écart. Mettez
au rebut et triez des sacs en plastique et autres matériaux d’emballage. Votre enfant doit recevoir
des instructions sur la manière d’utiliser correctement le vélo. Assurez-vous que votre enfant est
physiquement capable de contrôler le vélo et qu’il comprend et peut ralentir et s’arrêter.
• Le vélo doit être utilisé avec précaution. Cela exige des compétences appropriées an d’éviter les
chutes ou les collisions causant des blessures à l’utilisateur ou à des tiers.

• Vériez et entretenez le vélo régulièrement. Avant chaque utilisation, assurez-vous que le vélo n’est
pas endommagé et qu’aucune pièce n’est manquante ou desserrée.
• Avant chaque utilisation du vélo, assurez-vous que toutes les vis sont bien serrées et que les compo-
sants sont correctement xés.
• N’utilisez pas votre vélo si des pièces sont manquantes ou endommagées. N’utilisez que des pièces
de rechange originales.
• Il est inderit d’utiliser le véhicule dans la circulation.
• Le vélo est destiné à être utilisé uniquement sur une surface plane et sèche, sans obstacles. Il ne doit
pas être utilisé sur des pentes ascendantes ou descendantes, ni à proximité de la circulation automo-
bile, ni sur des surfaces humides ou en gravier.
• Ne pas utiliser le véhicule à proximité de plans d’eau (rivières, piscines, etc.) ou d’autres obstacles.
• Ne pas utiliser le vélo dans l’obscurité ou par mauvais temps. Ne pas utiliser le vélo à proximité d’esca-
liers ou de marches.
• Il est interdit de tirer le vélo derrière une voiture ou un autre véhicule.
• Le vélo est conçu pour une seule personne. Un seul enfant peut utiliser le vélo à la fois.
• Veillez à ce que l’enfant porte des chaussures correctes et porte un casque bien ajusté et d’autres
équipements de protection (coudières, genouillères, gants, etc.). Assurez-vous que vos chaussures
sont correctement portées et qu’elles ne comportent pas de pièces détachées (par exemple, des
lacets) qui pourraient s’accrocher aux composants du vélo.
• Il est recommandé d’utiliser des réecteurs pour la sécurité.
• Veillez à ce que votre enfant ne retire pas ses mains du volant pendant la conduite. Rouler sans tenir
le volant peut provoquer un accident et présente des risques sérieux pour la santé et la vie de votre
enfant.
• Protégez le vélo contre l’humidité et des températures extrêmes.
• Tenez le produit à l’écart des sources de feu.
EXCLUSIONS ET LIMITATIONS DE GARANTIE
Nous sommes responsables de la qualité de nos produits. Notre garantie ne couvre pas les défauts et
les dommages dus à une utilisation inappropriée du produit ou à des dommages mécaniques.

INSTALLATION CORRECTE DU PRODUIT
Lisez attentivement le manuel avant d’utiliser le produit. Pour éviter toute blessure grave, veuillez
suivre le manuel. Le vélo est conçu pour les enfants pesant jusqu’à 25 kg. La selle doit être réglée en
fonction de la taille de l’enfant. La position correcte est celle dans laquelle les deux pieds de l’enfant
assis sur la selle reposent confortablement sur le sol.

L’INSTALLATION
1. Faites glisser la douille avec roue avant dans le trou du cadre de vélo. Faites glisser la douille avec
roues arrières dans le cadre de vélo.
2. Ensuite placez le guidon dans l’ouverture supérieure du cadre de vélo.
3. Veillez à ce que tous les composants du produit sont correctement assemblés et qu’il ne manque
aucune pièce.
4. Pour déplier le vélo, appuyez sur le bouton situé au milieu du guidon du vélo et détachez le guidon
et la roue avant. Pour détacher les roues arrières du cadre du vélo, insérez un tournevis plat dans
la fente située à l’extérieur de la roue du vélo et détachez cette partie dans les deux roues. Insérez
ensuite les clés Allen dans les boulons des deux côtés – tenez le boulon avec une clé Allen d’un côté,
dévissez le boulon de l’autre côté et faites glisser les roues. Pour détacher le capuchon, appuyez en
même temps sur les deux boutons argentés situés à l’intérieur du capuchon.
ENTRETIEN DU PRODUIT
Vériez régulièrement l’état du vélo.
Le nettoyage et l’entretien du vélo ne doivent être effectués que par un adulte.
Nettoyez le produit avec un chiffon ou une éponge humide. Protégez le vélo contre la poussière, l’hu-
midité, l’eau, les températures élevées et très basses et les chutes, etc. Ne lubriez les pièces mobiles
qu’en cas de besoin avec une graisse à base de silicone. Enlevez l’excès de graisse avec un chiffon
propre. Vériez périodiquement le serrage des boulons et des autres pièces. Remplacez ou réparez les
pièces uniquement si nécessaire. N’utilisez que des pièces de rechange certiées. Ranger le vélo dans
un endroit sec. Une exposition prolongée à la lumière directe du soleil peut provoquer la déformation
des pièces en plastique.
Avant chaque utilisation, vériez soigneusement que le vélo n’est pas endommagé et que toutes les
vis xant les composants du vélo sont correctement serrées. Les composants usés ou endommagés
doivent être remplacés par des composants neufs dans un centre de service agréé.
N’utilisez que des pièces de rechange originales disponibles auprès du fabricant.
PRENEZ SOIN DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT
Lorsque vous cessez d’utiliser le vélo MoMi TEDI, veuillez le mettre au rebut dans une installation ap-
propriée, conformément à la législation locale.

GWARANCJA MoMi
1. W przypadku wady stwierdzonej po zakupie produktu marki MoMi Klient według swojego wyboru,
może dochodzić wobec sprzedawcy roszczeń z tytułu niezgodności towaru z umową (na podstawie
przepisów ustawy z dnia 23.04.1964 r. Kodeks Cywilny dot. rękojmi oraz – w przypadku zakupu doko-
nanego przez konsumenta w sklepie internetowym – ustawy z dnia 30.05.2014 r. o prawach konsu-
menta) lub skorzystać z gwarancji udzielonej przez TelForceOne S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu.
2. Niniejsze warunki dotyczą świadczenia usług gwarancyjnych przez Gwaranta – TelForceOne S.A. sp.
z o.o. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu („Gwarant”).
3. Gwarant zapewnia, że oferowane przez niego produkty marki MoMi są wolne od wad konstrukcyj-
nych i materiałowych, które mogłyby naruszyć jego funkcjonalność, o ile przestrzegana była instrukcja
obsługi dostarczona przy zawarciu umowy, a produkt był używany zgodnie z przeznaczeniem.
4. Gwarancja obowiązuje tylko i wyłącznie na terytorium Polski oraz dotyczy tylko i wyłącznie produk-
tów marki MoMi.
5. Okres gwarancji na Produkty MoMi wynosi 24 miesiące, licząc od daty sprzedaży. Okres gwarancji na
akcesoria dołączone do urządzenia (baterie, ładowarki, akcesoria dodatkowe lub zapasowe) wynosi
6 miesięcy od daty sprzedaży, z wyłączeniem uszkodzeń mechanicznych.
6. Aby dokonać reklamacji Produktu marki MoMi kupujący musi dostarczyć dowód zakupu z wskaza-
niem daty zakupu.
7. Na podstawie niniejszej gwarancji Gwarant bezpłatnie usunie stwierdzoną wadę Produktu, objętą
niniejszą gwarancją, poprzez naprawę , wymianę uszkodzonej części (wedle możliwości technicz-
nych Gwaranta), zgodnie z postanowieniami niniejszej gwarancji.
8. Jeśli naprawa Produktu nie będzie możliwa podczas uzasadnionej i zaakceptowanej reklamacji
zgłoszonej przez Kupującego, wówczas Gwarant zaproponuje nową metodę likwidacji usterki.
9. Klient zobowiązany jest zgłosić usterkę poprzez:
a) Formularz reklamacyjny dostępny na stronie www.momi.store w zakładce: Wsparcie MoMi.
b) Odesłanie Produktu oklejonego numerem reklamacji
10. Sposób oraz koszt dostawy opisany jest w sekcji „Usługa Door-To-Door”. W przypadku samodzielnej
wysyłki Produktu do Gwaranta, Gwarant pokrywa koszt najtańszego sposobu wysyłki.
11. Wady ujawnione w okresie gwarancji będą usuwane bezpłatnie, w możliwie najkrótszym terminie,
nieprzekraczającym 14 dni od przyjęcia produktu do serwisu.
12. Termin usunięcia wady (omówiony w pkt 11.) może zostać wydłużony o czas niezbędny do importu
koniecznych części zamiennych, w każdym razie nie dłuższy niż 30 dni roboczych. W przypadku ewen-
tualnego wydłużenia realizacji zlecenia reklamacyjnego, Gwarant każdorazowo powiadamia Klienta
o tym fakcie, podając nowy termin usunięcia wady.

13. Gwarant może wstrzymać się od dotrzymania terminowości usługi gwarancyjnej, jeżeli zaistnieją nie-
przewidziane okoliczności o charakterze siły wyższej np.: klęska żywiołowa, niepokoje społeczne itp.
14. W przypadku zgłoszenia usterki nieobjętej gwarancją, Gwarant obciąża Klienta kosztami naprawy
reklamowanego Produktu zgodnie z stawką godzinową (70 pln netto za 1h). W takim przypadku, przed
rozpoczęciem naprawy, Gwarant powiadamia Klienta o wysokości kosztów naprawy sprzętu i podejmie
się naprawy po uprzednim uzyskaniu zgody Klienta.
15. Klient zobowiązany jest dostarczyć Produkt w oryginalnym lub zastępczym opakowaniu, wraz ze
wszystkimi akcesoriami, jeśli zachodzi taka konieczność. Odpowiedzialność za uszkodzenia wynikające
z użycia opakowania zastępczego lub braku odpowiedniego zabezpieczenia Produktu na czas transportu
do Serwisu MoMi ponosi Klient.
16. Gwarant zastrzega sobie prawo do nieodebrania Produktu w sytuacji, gdy Produkt zapakowany jest
w sposób nieprawidłowy, do czasu usunięcia wskazanych nieprawidłowości.
17. Gwarancja nie obejmuje:
1) roszczeń z tytułu parametrów technicznych Produktu, o ile są one zgodne z podanymi przez
producenta w instrukcji obsługi lub innych dokumentach o charakterze normatywnym;
2) uszkodzeń Produktu powstałych w wyniku niewłaściwej konserwacji lub stosowania niewła-
ściwych środków chemicznych;
3) zmiany koloru (odbarwienia) przy wystawieniu Produktu wbrew wskazówkom z instrukcji na
silne nasłonecznienie;
4) rozdarcia, przetarcia, pęknięcia tkaniny/tworzywa sztucznego wynikającego z winy klienta;
5) obniżenia jakości produktu spowodowanego normalnym procesem zużycia oraz naturalnego
zużycia materiałów eksploatacyjnych;
6) Produktów, które były użytkowane niezgodnie z przeznaczeniem;
7) Celowych lub mechanicznych uszkodzeń produktów marki MoMi.
18. W przypadku, gdy naprawa gwarancyjna wymaga wymiany części, element wymieniony pozosta-
je własnością Gwaranta. W przypadku braku części zamiennych tego samego producenta, Gwarant
zastrzega możliwość użycia części zamiennych o parametrach technicznych, co najmniej równoważ-
nych, wykonanych przez innego producenta.
19. W przypadku, gdy naprawa gwarancyjna nie jest możliwa z powodów niezależnych od Gwaranta
(np. wycofanie produktu z aktywnej sprzedaży, brak dostępu do części zamiennych), Gwarant zastrze-
ga możliwość utylizacji produktu na własny koszt oraz zwrot kosztów zakupu produktu dla Klienta.
W przypadku, gdy Produkt nie został zakupiony bezpośrednio u Gwaranta, Gwarant zastrzega możli-
wość wydania „protokołu nienaprawialności”, który uprawnia Klienta do otrzymania zwrotu kosztów
zakupu od sprzedawcy.

20. Klient traci prawa gwarancyjne w przypadku naruszenia postanowień gwarancyjnych lub zerwania
etykiety z numerem produktu lub stwierdzenia przez serwis Gwaranta dokonywania nieautoryzowa-
nych napraw lub zmian systemowych bądź konstrukcyjnych Produktu.
21. Producent ani Autoryzowany Serwis nie odpowiada za szkody i straty powstałe w wyniku niemoż-
ności korzystania z produktu będącego w naprawie.
22. Produkt nieodebrany z serwisu w ciągu 3 miesięcy może skutkować naliczeniem kosztów magazy-
nowania urządzenia do czasu odbioru przez Zgłaszającego.
Usługa Door-To-Door
23. W ramach gwarancji, o której mowa w sekcji „Gwarancja”, Klient według własnego uznania może
skorzystać z usługi Door-To-Door (D2D) na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
24. Usługa Door-To-Door (D2D) oznacza usługę serwisową „od drzwi do drzwi”. Jest to rodzaj usługi
polegającej na całkowicie darmowej obsłudze transportu wadliwego Produktu zgłoszonego w ramach
gwarancji od drzwi Klienta do serwisu i z powrotem (na koszt Gwaranta).
25. Kurier dokonuje odbioru Produktu i dostarcza go do autoryzowanego serwisu Gwaranta. Uspraw-
niony lub wymieniony Produkt zostanie doręczony pod adres wskazany przez Klienta.
26. Gwarant odbiera Produkt z dowolnie wskazanego miejsca na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
27. Usługa Door-To-Door (D2D) dotyczy Produktów marki MoMi i obowiązuje przez cały okres Gwarancji.
