This appliance is intended to operate and function as per the instructions in this manual. It is
not designed to operate outside of the specifications listed and any attempt to do so or tamper
with the unit can cause damage to the unit and/or bodily harm. This unit is not a toy, keep out of
reach from small children. If the unit requires service or repair, please contact your local service
technician or sales representative.
• Please ensure feed water temperature is over 4 °C. Using water below 4 °C can cause ice to
form and damage the unit.
• Please ensure power source is correct before connecting unit. Incorrect voltage could result in
damage to unit and/or fire hazard.
• Do not cause damage to or use unit if the power cord is damaged. A damaged power cord could
cause an electrical shock or fire hazard. If power cord is damaged, unplug and discontinue use
immediately.

In case of special circumstances during installation, you need to use accessories not included in the
packing list of this product. Consumers are asked to purchase quality-guaranteed accessories through
regular channels.
Monarch Water is not responsible for the quality of non-original accessories because of the quality
problems of the accessories purchased by consumers. Monarch Water assumes no responsibility for
any water leakage accident.
/ REGULAR MAINTENANCE
Please ensure you change your filters when recommended. Failure to change your filters regularly may
invalidate your warranty. Regularly check the TDS level of your output water.
Ensure that you change your Reverse Osmosis Membrane when recommended or when the TDS level
starts to rise.
For best performance, supply unit with softened water, as this will achieve maximum life expectancy
of the membrane.
/ TROUBLESHOOTING
/ PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
1. Wash and replace cartridges regularly.
2. Do not disassemble parts randomly, it may cause leakage or damage.
3. Do not use power supply with disproportional rated voltage.
4. Please pull the power plug and cut off the feed water valve if long term storage.
5. Do not store or explore in an environment of O”C or below.
6. Handle with care when discharging, moving and installing.
1. Please turn off the feed water ball valve and cut off the source water to avoid the “water
hammer phenomenon” which may lead to leakage or damage to housings and filters if go out
in daytime or after the last use at night. Our company would not take the responsibility of the
consequence caused by this situation.
2. Please cut off power and source water at once in case troubles occur and ask professional staff
to repair.
3. Professional staff are advised to replace cartridges.
4. In state of insufficient water input, indicator light turns yellow and buzzer keeps ringing for 5
seconds.
Note: in the first time running, make sure the system is installed and operated correctly without
any problem bef ore opening the fa ucet. Keep flushing the filters for 10 to 15 minutes before
collecting the first glass of water for drinking.
PS: please let the system working normally for over 90 minutes bef ore any test.
