Two year guarantee
This guarantee is valid in the UK and Ireland
only. It is in your interest to retain the retailers receipt
as proof of purchase. Please quote the following
information if the product develops a fault. These
numbers can be found on the motor housing of the
product.
Model No. Serial No.
All Morphy Richards products are individually tested
before leaving the factory. In the unlikely event of any
appliance proving to be faulty within 28 days of
purchase it should be returned to the place of purchase
for it to be replaced.
If the fault develops after 28 days and within 24
months of original purchase, you should contact the
Helpline number quoting Model number and Serial
number on the product, or write to the address below.
You will be asked to return the product (in secure,
adequate packaging) to the address below along
with a copy of proof of purchase. Subject to the
exclusions set out below (see ‘Exclusions’) the faulty
appliance will then be repaired or replaced and
dispatched usually within 7 working days of receipt.
If for any reason this item is replaced during the 2
year guarantee period, the guarantee on the new
item will be calculated from original purchase date.
Therefore it is vital to retain your original till receipt or
invoice to indicate the date of initial purchase.
To qualify for the 2 year guarantee the appliance
must have been used according to the
manufacturers instructions. For example kettles
should have been regularly descaled or an iron cord
should have been stored as recommended by the
instructions.
EXCLUSIONS
Morphy Richards shall not be liable to replace
or repair the goods under the terms of the
Guarantee where:
1 The fault has been caused or is attributable to
accidental use, misuse, negligent use or used
contrary to the manufacturers recommendations
or where the fault has been caused by power
surges or damage caused in transit.
2 The appliance has been used on a voltage
supply other than that stamped on the
products.
3 Repairs have been attempted by persons other
than our service staff (or authorised dealer).
4 Where the appliance has been used for hire
purposes or non-domestic use.
5 Morphy Richards are not liable to carry out any
type of servicing work, under the guarantee.
6 Plastic filters for all Morphy Richards kettles
and coffee makers are not covered by the
guarantee.
This guarantee does not confer any rights other
than those expressly set out above and does not
cover any claims for consequential loss or damage.
This guarantee is offered as an additional benefit
and does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.

Beforeusingyourmulti-chopper, wash the
glassbowl,chopping blade, anti-spill coverand
whisk attachment in warm soapy water. Dry
thoroughly.
YourToledo multi-functionchoppercanchop,
whiskand blend.

1 Place the nonslip pad (flat face up) on
a flat surface and position the glass bowl
on top of it.
2 Placethe chopping blade overthe
shaft in the centre of the glass
bowl.
3 Place the food items to be chopped or
blended in the glass bowl . Refer to
theprocessingguide(page 7) for
quantities.
Thecover should fitsecurely inside the rim
whencorrectlypositioned.
5 Place the motor housing on top of the
bowl so that the on/off switch is
either in line with the handles of the bowl
or at 90o. The motor housing will drop
down and will not rotate when correctly
positioned.
6 Insert the plug into the power outlet and
then turnthepower on.
7 Hold down the motor housing with
onehand,and press down ontheon/off
switch with the other hand to activate
the chopper. Use short pulses until the
desiredconsistency is achieved.
TheToledoisapowerful400w multi-chopper
which is designed for intermittent use.
Do not operate non-stop for more than 10
seconds. Allow unit to cool down
between pulses.
If the ingredients stick to the sides of the
bowlduring chopping, scrape down thesides
of the bowl with a spatula, then continue
chopping.
CAUTION : Do not operate the appliance
when the bowl is empty.
8 Whenyouhavefinishedchoppingor
blendingturnthepower off at the power
outlet.Remove the motor housing and
anti-spillcover from the bowl. Carefully
removethe chopping blade . Youcannow
empty the contents of the bowl.
4 Place the anti-spill cover inside the rim
of the glass bowl aligning the ridges in
the rim with the indents in the cover.
Whisking
1 Place the nonslip pad on a flat surface
(flat face up) and position the glass bowl
on top of it.
2 Place the whisk attachment over the shaft
in the centre of the glass bowl.
3 Pour the liquid to be whisked/aerated into the
glass bowl . Do not exceed the maximum
level200mlonly.
4 Place the anti-spill cover inside the rim
of the glass bowl , aligning the ridges in
the rim with the indents in the cover. The
covershould fit securely inside the rim when
correctlypositioned.

5 Place the motor housing on top of the
bowl so that the on/off switch is
either in line with the handles of the bowl or at
90o. Themotor housing will dropdown
and will not rotate when correctly positioned.
6 Insert the plug into the power outlet and then
turnthepower on.
7 Hold down the motor housing with
onehand,and press down ontheon/off
switch with the other hand to activate
the whisk attachment. Use short pulses
until the desired consistency is achieved.

Thetable below provides aguide to processingtimes for a varietyof foods. Werecommend you use
shortburstsor pulses to avoid over-processing.
Do not hold the on/off switch down to process continuously for more than 10 seconds at
any one time. Allow the motor to cool between 10 second pulses.

1 Makesure the Toledomulti-chopper is
unpluggedbefore cleaning.
2 Wash the glass bowl , whisk attachment
, cover and blade in warm soapy
water or place on the top basket of a
dishwasher.
3 Clean the motor housing and nonslip
pad with a damp cloth.
4 Thecentre shaft of thechopping blade may
becomestained over time particularlyif you
arechoppingcoloured foods such as carrots.
This discoloration is quite normal, and will not
affecttheperformanceofyourmulti-chopper.
To reduce staining, clean the shaft with a
papertowelmoistenedwithvegetable oil.
Usecaution when handling the blades, as
they are extremely sharp.
Whencleaning the bowl donotuse abrasive
scouring materials. Do not use if the glass bowl
is chipped or cracked.

Melt butter until bubbling. Add butter to egg and
lemonmixture and blend untilwell combined.
Serveoverfreshly cooked asparagus, seafood, or
broccolli.

3 lemons, juiced and rind sliced

Usingthe chopping blade, combinelemon juice,
rind, shallots, garlic and sauce, and pulse until

Preheatoven to 150oC.Line a baking traywith

ingredientsfor 10 seconds or untilstiff and
glossy.
Pile onto prepared tray and bake for 20 minutes.
Reducetemperatureto120oC and continue
baking for 40 minutes, or until crisp and dry.
Turnoven off, and allow pavlovatocoolinoven.
