1.1：Assemble the MIC Module as left picture show

1.6：Connect LVDS Cable to Display Module;

1.8：Assemble the 4 screws (M2.5*4mm)

1.9：Assemble right LCD hinge; Lock the 3 screws
(M2.5*5mm).
Attention: the screw driver torque is 3.0-3.5Kgf-cm

2、UPPER CASE ASSY
2.1：Assemble the T/P module and insert the T/P
cable according to direction of pic shows.

2.2：Assemble the F/P, then lock the 2 screws
(M2*3mm).

3、LOWER CASE ASSY
3.1：Assemble the Speaker module to lower case.

3.2：Assemble the 1 screw (M2.5*4mm) that
stabilize the left LCD hinge.
Attention: the screw driver torque is 2.5-3.0Kgf-cm

stabilize the right LCD hinge.

3、LOWER CASE ASSY
3.4：Assemble the VGA board, then Lock 1
screw (M2.5*4mm).
Attention: the screw driver torque is 2.3Kgf-cm

3、LOWER CASE ASSY
3.7：Assemble the Power cable and the LVDS
cable as pic shows.
3.8：Assemble audio board, then Lock 3 screws
(M2.5*4mm).
Attention: the screw driver torque is 2.0-2.5Kgf-cm

4、SEPARATE UPPER CASE AND LOWER CASE
4.1：Assemble the Upper case with Lower case;
4.2：Assemble Touchpad cable according to the
direction that pic shows;
4.3：Lock the 1 screw (M2.5*4mm).
Attention: the screw driver torque is: 2.0-2.5Kgf-cm

4、SEPARATE UPPER CASE AND LOWER CASE
4.4 ：Before assemble Keyboard, please
assemble the two bosses at first.
4.5：Insert the cable, lock connector according to
the direction as pic shows;

4.6：Firstly assemble the downside, then assemble

5、THERMAL-KIT AND RAM
5.1 ：Assemble the CPU and RAM module
according the direction as pic shows;

5.2：Assemble the thermal module ，after that lock
the 3 screws(M2.5*4mm)

5.3: Assemble the Fan, after that lock the 3 screws

6、ODD MODULE
6.1：Assemble ODD Bracket as below. Lock 2pcs
screws (M2*3mm).
Attention: the screw driver torque: 1.5-1.8Kgf-cm

6.2：Assemble ODD Bezel as below.

7、HDD MODULE
7.1：Assemble the HDD bracket;

7.2：Lock the 2 screws (M3*3.5mm) that stabilize
the bracket.

8.1：Assemble the Bottom door, then lock the 10
screws (M2.5*4mm).

9、BATTERY PACK
9.1：Release the “Release” button and assemble
Battery Pack in the direction of arrow in the left
picture.
