6. Safety
•Never let the power cord come into contact with the other cables! Be careful with the power
cord and all connections to the mains!
•Never remove warning or informative labels from the device.
•Never use anything to cover contact with the ground.
•Never lift the fixture to the projector button, as it can damage the mechanism.
•Never place material over the lens.
•Never look directly into the light source.
•Never leave cables lying around.
•Do not connect this device to dimmers.
•Do not turn the device on and off with a short break between breaks, this will shorten the life
of the device.
•Do not touch the device's housing with bare hands during operation (the housing gets very
bad). Allow the fixture to cool for at least 5 minutes before use.
•Do not shake the device.
•Avoid brute force when installing or operating the device.
•Use the device only indoors, avoid contact with water or other liquids.
•Use the fixture only after you have checked that the housing is properly closed and that all
screws are securely attached.
•Use the device only after you are familiar with its features.
•Avoid fire and do not place the appliance near flammable liquids or gases.
•Always keep the housing closed while in use
Keep this device away from rain and moisture! Unplug before you
open the case!

•Always provide a free airspace of at least 50 cm around the device for ventilation.
•Always disconnect the power supply when the device is not in use.
7. Maintenance
The operator must ensure that safety related and machine technical installations must be inspected
by an expert after each year in the course of acceptance.
The following instructions should be considered during the inspection:
1. All screws used to install the device or parts of the device must be properly connected and
should not be corroded.
2. There may be no distortions on the enclosures, fasteners and installation areas.
3. Mechanically moving parts such as axes, eyes and others may not show signs of wear.
4. The electrical power cables must not show any damage or material fatigue.
The LED UV Blacklight requires almost no maintenance. However, you must keep the device clean.
Otherwise, the light output of the apprture will be significantly reduced. Unplug and wipe the lid
clean with a damp cloth, do not dip it in a liquid. Wipe the lens clean with glass cleaner and a soft
cloth. Do not use alcohol or solvents. The front lens needs to be cleaned weekly, as smoke fluid tends
to build up residue, reducing light output very quickly. Clean the internal components once a year
with a light brush and a vacuum cleaner.
8. Troubleshooting
This troubleshooting guide is designed to solve simple problems. If a problem occurs, follow the steps
below in the color until a solution is found. After the device works correctly, do not follow the
following steps.
No light
If the light effect is not working properly, contact a technician. Think of two possible problem areas
such as: power supply and LEDs
1. Nutrition. Make sure the device is connected to a suitable power supply.
2. The LEDs. Return the UVLED bar to your dealer.
3. Reconnect the unit if both turn out to be okay.
4. If you can't figure out the cause of the problem, don't open the UVLED bar because it could
damage the device and invalidate the warranty.
5. Return the device to your dealer.

9. Put into service
•This device is not designed for permanent use. Consistent operating breaks will ensure that
the device will serve you for a long time without defects.
•The minimum distance between the light output and the illuminated surface shall be greater
than 1 metre.
•The maximum ambient temperature of 40 °C should never be exceeded.
•The relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at an ambient temperature of 40 °C..
•Any other action can lead to hazards such as short circuit, burns, electric shocks, crash, etc.
Procedure:
•If the UV LED bar is brought down from the ceiling or high beams, professional truss systems
should be used.
•The UV-LED beam should never hang around freely in the room.
•The installation must always be secured with a safety connection, for example a suitable
safety net or safety cable.
•When rigging, rigging or maintaining the UV LED bar, always make sure that the area below
the installation site is secured and that there are no personsaround.
10. Installation
Remove all packaging material from the UV LED bar. Make sure all foam and plastic have been
removed. Connect all cables.

Do not power until the entire system is set up and connected correctly. Always disconnect from
the grid's power supply before cleaning or maintaining the appliance. Damage caused by non-
compliance is not covered by thewarranty.
Set up and operate
Follow the instructions below, as they relate to your preferred modeof service. Before connecting
the unit, make sure that the power supply matches the spanning of the product specification. Do not
try to use a 120V specification product on 230Vproducts, or vice versa. Connect the device to the
main power supply.
TURN UV LED bar ON/OFF
1. Plug it (05) into the correct power source.
2. Turn the on/off switch (06) to ONposition.
3. To turn off the UV LED bar, turn the on/off switch (06) off.
Mounting bracket Adjustment
1. Turn the screws of the attachment bracket (03) on one or both mounting brackets.
2. Slide the bracket (s) to the desired position.
3. Tighten the screws (03).
Kantelhoekaanpassing
1. Loosen the inclination bolts (01) on both mounting brackets.
2. Tilt the UV bar to the desired position. The setting range is 270°.
3. Tighten both ramp screws (01).
