IPTV
This guide will take you through the process of configuring a VLAN on your modem /
router to work with IPTV.*
1. Open your web browser and go to the address http://192.168.1.1, using admin as the
username and password.
2. Click on “Advanced Setup” from the menu on the lefthandside of the page.
3. Click on “WAN” from underneath this.
4. Click on the “Add” button.
Enter the VPI and VCI information specified by your IPTV provider and click the “Next”
button. (we are using 0 and 35 in the example)
*-If supported by your model of modem / router.

5. Click on “Bridging” and click on the “Next” button.

6. Make sure “Enable Bridge Service” is ticked. You can also enter a name for this
connection and then click the “Next” button to save the VLAN to your modem
configuration.
7. Click “Save” to enable the VLAN you have just added.
8. Click on “LAN” from the menu on the lefthandside of the page.
9. Click on “Advanced Settings” from underneath this.
10. Make sure “Enable IGMP snooping” is ticked.
11. Click "Save/Reboot" to apply the settings.
Your modem / router should now be able to utilise your IPTV service.
