BEFORE FIRST USE:
•Runtheovenemptyfor20minutes to self-clean any foreign elements in your pizza
oven before burn-off.Ensuretheareaiswellventilated as the oven may emit
vapors. These vapors are safe and are not detrimental to the performance ofthe
oven.
1. Remove and safely discard any packing material, promotional labels and tape
from the oven.
2. Remove the pizza stone from its packaging and place the pizza stone in the
ovencavity.
3. Wipe the interior of the oven with a soft, damp sponge.
4. Place the oven on a clean, flat, stable surface. Clear the space before moving
yourovenintoposition.Removeanyflammableobjectsandmaterials from
the immediate area and ensure there is a minimum distance of 4"(10cm)of
spaceonbothsidesoftheovenand6"(15cm)above for ventilation.
5. Unwind the power cord completely and insert the power plug into a grounded
poweroutlet.
6. TurnthedialtoMaxtostarttheoven.
7. Let the oven run for 20 minutes, then it’s ready to go.
NOTES:
IMPORTANT: If you choose to use the included Pizza Oven Door, DO NOT
keep it closed (engaged) longer than 20 minutes while the Pizza Oven is
powered on. DO NOT install the door once you have loaded the Pizza.
•Whenyouintendtotransport your pizza oven, removethepizzastonefrominside
the ovenandpackseparately toavoidbreakage.
• Make sure the oven is preheated before placing the pizza in the cavity.
• For high temperature cooking, stay close to your oven as your food will cook very quickly.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Your pizza oven requires a full 20-amp electric power outlet to operate properly.
Running it on a lower current outlet/circuit breaker may cause the grill and/or circuit
to trip.

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followedincluding:
1. Remove and safely discard any packing materials

2. To avoid choking hazard for young children, remove
and safely dispose of the protectivecoverfittedon
thepowerplug.
3. Do not use the appliance near the edge of a
countertop or table. Ensure the surfaceis stable,
level, heat- resistantandclean.
4. Do not use on a cloth-covered surface, near curtains or other flammable
materials.
5. Afiremayoccuriftheoveniscoveredortouchesflammablematerials,
includingcurtains,draperies,walls,andthelike,wheninoperation.
6. Do not use the appliance on(or close to) a hot gas or electric burner, or where it
couldtouchaheatedovenorsurface.
7. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, touch hot
surfacesorbecome knotted.

8. To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or motor base in water
(or other liquids).
9. The outer housing of the oven may be hot during and after cooking.
Please do not touch hot surfaces. Always keep the power cord of this
oven, and those of other appliances near the oven, clear from the
oven housing.
10. The oven is not suitable to be used in a small appliance enclosure.
Ensure to leave adequate space all around the oven. Minimum space
of 4 inches/10cm is recommended.
11. Do not touch hot surfaces.
12. To avoid burns, use extreme caution when removing the included
pizza stone or a pizza pan as it may be extremely hot.
13. Do not cover any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause the
oven to overheat.
14. We recommend using the dedicated pizza stone with the oven,
although other cast iron / carbon steel pans that fit are also suitable
for usage.
15. Do not use non-stick or coated pans in the oven.
16. Oversized food and metal utensils must not be inserted in the oven as
they may create fire or risk of electric shock.
17. To avoid any direct contact with the oven, a pizza peel should be
used at all times when inserting a pizza into the cavity, unless
cooking a pan pizza.
18. The use of accessories and attachments not recommended or
supplied with this oven may cause injuries.
19. Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer’s recommended
accessories, in this oven when not in use.
20. This appliance is for household use only. Do not use in any type of
vehicle if that vehicle is in motion.
21. Always switch the unit off (and allow it to cool completely) before
unplugging it. Always unplug the unit before attempting to clean,
move, troubleshoot or store the unit.
22. Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad
and touch electrical parts, creating a risk of electric shock.
23. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near
children.
24. Longer, detachable power- supply cords or extension cords are
available and may be used if care is exercised in their use. Be sure to
inspect your power cord regularly for any damage and do not use it if
you find any.
25. If the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any way, stop
use Immediately and call Newair Consumer Support (contact
information on page 6

CLEANING AND CARE
• The appliance should not require any interior cleaning. Any food residue should
burnoffwhenin use.
• Over time the interior of the device may discolor slightly. This is completely
normal.
• Don’t useovencleanersor metalscourerstocleanyourpizzaovenbecause
they will damage the machine. Wipe the outer body with a soft, damp sponge.
Anon-abrasiveliquidcleanseror mildspraysolutionmay be usedtoavoid
build-upofstains.Applythecleansertothesponge,nottheovensurface,
beforecleaning.
• To clean the outside of your pizza oven, wait until it’s cool, unplug it and use a
lightlydampclothto wipetheovenbody.Drywithacleantowelrightaway.
• Letallsurfacesdrythoroughlypriortoinsertingthepowerplugintoapower
outletandturningtheovenon.
Storing
• You can use the pizza oven outside. Store indoors in dry conditions when not
in use.
• Only store the pizza stone inside the oven —don’t store food or other items in
the oven cavity.
• Do not lean on or put items on top of your device. Doing so could damage your
oven.
Pizza Stone
1. DO NOT use the pizza stone over an open flame.
2. Avoid extreme temperature change to the stone. DO NOT place frozen foods
onto the stone if using temperatures in excess of 350°F.

3. The stone is fragile and can break if bumped or dropped.
4. The stone is very hot during use and stays hot for a long time after use.
5. DO NOT cool the stone with water or use it when damp.
6. Tocleanoffburnedfoodmarks,waituntilthestoneiscool,usetwohandsto
carefullytakeit outoftheoven,removeanylooseorlargedebris,thenflipit
overandslideit gentlybackin.Thedebrison theundersideofthe stonewill
burnawaythenexttimeyouuseyourappliance.
7. If your stone breaks: Turn your oven off, let it cool and unplug it before you
removethebrokenbakingstone.
