È nostro dovere ricordare che eseguite delle operazioni su impianti classificati nella
categoria dei: “Porte e cancelli automatici” considerati quindi macchine particolarmente
“pericolose”.
È vostro compito rendere questi impianti “Sicuri” per quanto sia ragionevolmente
possibile!!
L’installazione e gli interventi di manutenzione devono essere eseguiti solo da
personale qualificato ed esperto, seguendo le migliori indicazioni dettate dalla “Regola
d’arte” ed in conformità a quanto previsto da direttive e normative europee (qui riportiamo
solo le più importanti):
• 89/392/CEE (Direttiva Macchine EN 294; EN 349; EN 1051)
• 73/23/CEE (Direttiva sulla Bassa Tensione)
• EN 60335-1 (Sicurezza degli apparecchi elettrici d’uso domestico e similare,
norme generali ).
• EN 60204-1 Sicurezza del macchinario - equipaggiamento elettrico delle
macchine, regole generali.
• EN 50081-1 Compatibilità elettromagnetica. Norme generali di emissione
• EN 50082-1 Compatibilità elettromagnetica. Norme generali di immunità.
• UNI 8612 Norma Nazionale cancelli e portoni motorizzati - Criteri costruttivi e
dispositivi di protezione contro gli infortuni.
Nella progettazione e realizzazione dei propri prodotti, Nice, rispetta (per quanto compete
alle apparecchiature) tutte le normative richieste, è fondamentale però che anche
l’installatore (per quanto compete agli impianti) prosegua nel rispetto scrupoloso delle
medesime norme.
Personale non qualificato o non a conoscenza delle normative applicabili alla categoria dei
“Porte e cancelli automatici”:
Deve assolutamente astenersi dall’eseguire installazioni ed impianti.
Chi esegue impianti senza rispettare tutte le normative applicabili:

DESCRIZIONE
Le centrali elettroniche A0-A0/R sono state progettate per poter azionare cancelli scorrevoli
ad un’anta, serrande, basculanti, tende e avvolgibili elettrici. La centrale funziona solo in
modo semiautomatico.
La versione A0/R è predisposta per l’inserimento della scheda di regolazione lineare di
coppia AR
Le centrali della serie A0-A0/R possono essere accessoriate con :
A) Ricevitori ad innesto NICE.
B) Regolatore lineare di coppia (solo su versione A0/R)
NOTA: Mentre si effettuano i collegamenti, o si innestano le varie schede, la
centrale non deve essere alimentata.

ISTRUZIONI PER L’INSTALLAZIONE
A) Una volta effettuati i collegamenti come precedentemente elencato, ed aver installato
tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza e segnalazione che le normative prevedono, alimentare la
centrale e controllare che la tensione sui morsetti 9-10 sia compresa fra 22 e 26 Vac.
B) Controllare che i dispositivi di sicurezza siano perfettamente efficenti.
C) Sulla versione A0/R se si desidera effettuare una regolazione di coppia sul motore,
inserire nell’apposito connettore la scheda AR in alternativa al cavallotto gia presente(*)
D) Premere il pulsante passo passo e controllare l’esatto movimento di apertura. Se ciò
non fosse, invertire le fasi APRE\CHIUDE del motore. Verificare l’esatto funzionamento
dei finecorsa, ed eventualmente scambiare il finecorsa apre (FCA) con il finecorsa
chiude (FCC).
E) Effettuare la regolazione per il tempo lavoro.
F) Inserire nell’apposito connettore il ricevitore radio, controllando il corretto funzionamento.
(*) In questo caso bisogna inserire in prossimità della centrale un filtro di rete da almeno 6A con attenuazione
maggiore di 30dB tra i morsetti 1-2-3 per non superare i limiti di emissione elettromagnetica dettati dalla norma
EN 50081-1.

FUNZIONAMENTO STANDARD
Con tutti i dip-swich predisposti in posizione OFF (vedi fig.1), al primo impulso di passo
passo o radiocomando, la centrale A0-A0/R compie la manovra di apertura. Quest’ultima
può essere interrotta dall’intervento del finecorsa apre (FCA), dal termine del tempo lavoro,
da un altro impulso di passo passo o dal radiocomando.
I dispositivi di sicurezza (foto) nella manovra di apertura non vengono considerati.
Per tutto il periodo di apertura il lampeggiante è in funzione, a fine manovra il lampeggiante
si spegne.
Con un altro comando di passo passo o radiocomando avviene la chiusura, questa
manovra può essere interrotta dai dispositivi di sicurezza (Foto), dall’intervento del
finecorsa chiude (FCC), da un altro impulso di passo passo, o dal radiocomando oppure
dal termine del tempo lavoro.
Durante tutta la manovra il lampeggiante è in funzione, al termine il lampeggiante si spegne.
La sequenza del pulsante passo passo o radiocomando è:
• APRE - STOP - CHIUDE - STOP.
FUNZIONI PROGRAMMABILI
Il dip-switch FUNZIONI permette di selezionare i vari modi di funzionamento e di inserire le
funzioni desiderate:
Switch 1 ON : Funzione luce di cortesia.
Switch 2 ON : Teleinversione parziale
Switch 3 ON : Teleinversione completa
Switch 4 ON : Esclusione finecorsa
DESCRIZIONE FUNZIONI PROGRAMMABILI
Switch 1 ON: Funzione luce di cortesia.
Abilitando questa funzione si otterrà che durante tutto il movimento e per altri 45 Sec.
l’uscita 4-5 della centrale rimarrà attiva permettendo di collegare una luce per l’illuminazione
dalla zona.
Switch 2 ON: Teleinversione parziale
Nella manovra di chiusura l’intervento dei dispositivi di sicurezza provoca l’inversione
parziale del moto in apertura per 2 Sec. circa.

Switch 3 ON: Teleinversione completa
Nella manovra di chiusura l’intervento dei dispositivi di sicurezza provoca l’inversione
completa del moto in apertura.
Switch 4 ON: Esclusione finecorsa
Nel caso di non utilizzo dei finecorsa attivare questa funzione al posto di ponticellare i
contatti FCA e FCC.
INFORMAZIONI SULLE MISURE DI TUTELA DELL’AMBIENTE
Questo prodotto è costituito da varie tipologie di materiali che possono essere riciclate.
Informatevi sui sistemi di riciclaggio o smaltimento del prodotto attenendosi alle norme di
legge vigenti a livello locale.

This manual is for use only by technical personnel qualified to carry
out the installation.
No information given in this manual can be considered of any interest to the end
user!
It is our duty to remind you that you are carrying out operations on machine systems
classified in the “Automatic gates and doors” category and as such are considered
particularly “hazardous”.
It is your job to make them as “Safe” as is reasonably possible!
Only qualified personnel should install and service the equipment. It is the
responsibility of the installer to ensure that the equipment is correctly and professionally
installed in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards applicable in the country

Nice products are designed and manufactured to meet all the required standards (as
regards the equipment) but it is essential that the installer also installs (the systems) in strict
accordance with all local and European requirements
Unqualified personnel or those who do not know the standards applicable to the “Automatic
gates and doors” category:
Must under no circumstances carry out installations or implement systems.
Personnel who install or service the equipment without observing all the applicable
standards:
Will be held responsible for any damage the system may cause!

DESCRIPTION
The electronic control units A0-A0/R are designed to operate single sliding gates, roller
shutters, overhead doors, electric blinds and canopies. The unit only works in the semi-
automatic mode.
The AR linear torque regulator card can be used on the A0/R version.
The units of the A0-A0/R series can have the following accessories:
A) NICE plug-in receivers.
B) Linear torque regulator (only on the A0/R version)
NOTE: When you are connecting or plugging in the different cards the unit must
not be powered.

Link-out any unused NC contacts!!!.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
A) Once the connections have been made as described previously and after installing all
the safety and signalling devices established by standards, power the unit and check
that voltage on terminals 9 and 10 is between 22 and 26 Vac.
B) Check that all the safety devices are working properly.
C) Plug the AR card into the connector on the A0/R version in place of the clamp (*) if you
wish to adjust motor torque.
D) Press the step-by-step button and check correct opening movement. If direction is
wrong, reverse the OPEN/CLOSE phase wires on the motor. Verify correct operation of
the limit switches and if necessary change the open limit switch (FCA) with the close
limit switch (FCC).
E) Adjust working time.
F) Plug the radio receiver into the connector, checking it is working properly.
(*) In this case it will be necessary to install a filter, of at least 6A, in proximity of the unit with an attenuation higher
than 30dB between terminals 1-2-3 so as not to exceed the electromagnetic emission limits specified by the EN
50081-1 standard.

STANDARD OPERATION
With all the dip switches turned OFF (see Fig. 1), the A0-A0/R will carry out an opening
manoeuvre with the first step-by-step or radio control pulse. This opening manoeuvre can
be stopped with the open limit switch (FCA), from the end of the work time, by another step-
by-step or radio control pulse.
The safety devices (photocell) are not contemplated in the opening manoeuvre.
The flashing light flashes throughout the entire opening manoeuvre, stopping at the end of it.
The gate or door will close when another step-by-step or radio control command is given;
this manoeuvre can be interrupted by the safety devices (Photocell), when the close limit
switch (FCC) trips or when another step-by-step or radio control pulse is given or at the end
of the work time.
The flashing light flashes throughout the entire manoeuvre, stopping at the end of it.
The sequence of the step-by-step button or radio control is:
• OPEN - STOP - CLOSE - STOP.
PROGRAMMABLE FUNCTIONS
The different functioning modes can be selected and switched on with the FUNCTIONS dip
switch:
Switch 1 ON : Courtesy light function.
Switch 2 ON : Partial remote reversal
Switch 3 ON : Complete remote reversal
Switch 4 ON : Limit switch excluded
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAMMABLE FUNCTIONS
Switch 1 ON: Courtesy light function.
When this function is enabled the unit’s 4-5 output will remain active for the entire duration
of the movement plus an additional 45 seconds so a light can be connected to illuminate the
area.
Switch 2 ON: Partial remote reversal
If the safety device triggers when the gate or door is closing, movement will be reversed
partially for about 2 seconds.

Switch 3 ON: Complete remote reversal
If the safety device triggers when the gate or door is closing, movement will be reversed
completely.
Switch 4 ON: Limit switch excluded
If this function is not going to be used, activate this function instead of linking out the FCA
and FCC contacts.
INFORMATION ON MEASURES TO SAFEGUARD THE ENVIRONMENT
This product is made with different materials that can be recycled.
Inquire about the recycling or disposal systems for the product, in accordance with local
laws.

DESCRIPTION
Les centrales électroniques A0-A0/R ont été projetées pour pouvoir actionner des portails
coulissants d’un seul tenant, des portes basculantes, des rideaux et volets roulants
électriques. La centrale fonctionne seulement en mode semi-automatique.
La version A0/R est prévue pour pouvoir recevoir la carte de réglage linéaire de couple AR.
Les centrales de la série A0-A0/R peuvent être complétées par les accessoires suivants :
A) Récepteurs embrochables NICE.
B) Régulateur linéaire de couple (seulement sur version A0/R)
NOTE: Durant les opérations de connexion ou d’introduction des différentes
cartes, la centrale ne doit pas être alimentée

Les contacts NF non utilisés doivent être shuntés !!!
INSTRUCTIONS POUR L’INSTALLATION
A) Une fois que les connexions énumérées plus haut ont été effectuées et après avoir
installé tous les dispositifs de sécurité et de signalisation prévus par les normes,
alimenter la centrale et contrôler que la tension sur les bornes 9-10 est comprise entre
22 et 26 Vca.
B) Contrôler que les dispositifs de sécurité fonctionnent parfaitement.
C) Sur la version A0/R si l’on désire effectuer un réglage de couple sur le moteur, introduire
dans le connecteur prévu à cet effet la carteAR en alternative au cavalier qui s’y trouve (*).
D) Appuyer sur la touche pas-à-pas et contrôler que le mouvement d’ouverture s’effectue
correctement. Si ce n’est pas le cas, inverser les phases OUVRE/FERME du moteur.
Vérifier le fonctionnement correct du microinterrupteur de fin de course et inverser
éventuellement le microinterrupteur de fin de course ouvre (FCA) avec le
microinterrupteur de fin de course ferme (FCC).
E) Effectuer le réglage du temps de travail.
F) Introduire le récepteur radio dans le connecteur prévu à cet effet en contrôlant le
fonctionnement correct.
(*) Dans ce cas, il faut prévoir à proximité de la centrale un filtre de circuit d’au moins 6A avec une atténuation
supérieure à 30 dB entre les bornes 1-2-3 pour ne pas dépasser les limites d’émission électromagnétique dictées par
la norme EN 50081-1.

FONCTIONNEMENT STANDARD
Avec tous les dip-switchs positionnés sur OFF (voir fig.1), à la première impulsion de pas-
à-pas ou radiocommande, la centrale A0-A0/R effectue la manúuvre d’ouverture. Celle-ci
peut être interrompue par l’intervention du microinterrupteur de fin de course ouvre (FCA),
par la fin du temps de travail, par une autre impulsion de pas-à-pas ou par la
radiocommande.
Les dispositifs de sécurité (photocellules) n’ont aucune influence dans la manúuvre
d’ouverture.
Pendant toute la période d’ouverture, le clignotant est en fonction, en fin de manúuvre le
clignotant s’éteint.
Avec une autre commande de pas-à-pas ou radiocommande, la fermeture a lieu, cette
manúuvre peut être interrompue par les dispositifs de sécurité (Photocellules), par
l’intervention du microinterrupteur de fin de course ferme (FCC), par une autre impulsion de
pas-à-pas, par la radio commande ou par la fin du temps de travail.
Durant toute la manúuvre, le clignotant est en fonction, à la fin de la manúuvre le clignotant
s’éteint.
La séquence de la touche pas-à-pas ou radiocommande est:
• OUVRE - STOP - FERME - STOP.

et de valider les fonctions désirées.

En validant cette fonction, on obtiendra que durant tout le mouvement et pendant encore
45 secondes, la sortie 4-5 de la centrale restera active en permettant la connexion d’une
lumière pour l’éclairage de la zone.

Switch 2 ON: Téléinversion partielle
Dans la manúuvre de fermeture, l’intervention des dispositifs de sécurité provoque
l’inversion partielle du mouvement en ouverture pendant environ 2 secondes.
Switch 3 ON: Téléinversion complète
Dans la manúuvre de fermeture, l’intervention des dispositifs de sécurité provoque
l’inversion complète du mouvement en ouverture.
Switch 4 ON: Exclusion microinterrupteurs de fin de course
En cas de non utilisation des microinterrupteurs de fin de course, activer cette fonction au
lieu de shunter les contacts FCA et FCC.

Für den Endbenutzer ist keine der in diesem Band enthaltenen Informationen von
Wichtigkeit!
Es ist unsere Pflicht, Sie daran zu erinnern, dass Sie Arbeiten an Anlagen ausführen, die in
die Kategorie der “automatischen Tore und Türen” eingeordnet worden sind und daher als
besonders “gefährliche” Maschinen betrachtet werden.
Ihre Aufgabe ist es, diese Anlagen so gut wie möglich “Sicher” zu machen!!
Die Installation und Wartungsarbeiten dürfen nur von erfahrenem Fachpersonal
ausgeführt werden, das die besten, fachgemässen Anweisungen zu befolgen und in
Übereinstimmung mit den Verordnungen europäischer Richtlinien und Normen vorzugehen
hat (wir geben hier nur die wichtigsten an):
• 89/392/CEE (Maschinenrichtlinie EN 294; EN 349; EN 1051)
• 73/23/CEE (Richtlinie für Niederspannung)
• EN 60335-1 (Sicherheit der Haushaltelektrogeräte und ähnlicher, allgemeine Normen).

Bei der Projektierung und Konstruktion ihrer Produkte beachtet Nice (was die Apparaturen
betrifft) alle erforderlichen Vorschriften, es ist jedoch grundlegend, dass die gleichen Normen
auch vom Installateur (was die Anlagen betrifft) mit der gleichen Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt
beachtet werden.
Personal, das kein Fachpersonal ist oder die für die Kategorie “Automatische Tore und
Türen” anwendbaren Vorschriften nicht kennt,
darf absolut keine Installationen und Anlagen ausführen.
Wer Anlagen ausführt, ohne alle anwendbaren Vorschriften zu beachten:
haftet immer für eventuelle Schäden, welche die Anlage verursachen kann!

BESCHREIBUNG
Die elektronischen Zentralen A0-A0/R wurden konstruiert, um Schiebetore mit einem
Torflügel, Falltüren, Schwingtore, Sonnendächer und elektrische Rolläden betätigen zu
können. Der Betrieb der Zentrale ist nur halbautomatisch.
Die Version A0/R ist für die Einfügung der linearen Drehmomentregelkarte AR vorbereitet.
Die Zentralen der Serie A0-A0/R können mit folgendem Zubehör ausgestattet werden :
A) Steckempfänger NICE.
B) Linearer Drehmomentregler (nur für die Version A0/R)
ANMERKUNG: Während der Ausführung der Verbindungen oder des
Einsteckens der verschiedenen Karten darf die Zentrale nicht gespeist sein.

Die nicht benutzten NC-Kontakte müssen überbrückt werden !!!.
ANLEITUNGEN FÜR DIE INSTALLATION
A) Die Zentrale nach Ausführung der Verbindungen wie vorher verzeichnet und nach der
Installation aller von den Vorschriften vorgesehenen Sicherheits- und
Meldevorrichtungen speisen und überprüfen, dass die Spannung an den Klemmen 9-10
zwischen einschließlich 22 und 26 Vac ist.
B) Prüfen, dass die Sicherheitsvorrichtungen perfekt leistungsfähig sind.
C) Für die Version A0/R: falls eine Drehmomentregelung am Motor ausgeführt werden soll,
die Karte AR anstelle des bereits vorhandenen Bügelbolzens (*) in ihren Verbinder
einstecken.
D) Die Taste schrittweiser Betrieb drücken und die exakte Öffnungsbewegung
kontrollieren, andernfalls die Phasen ÖFFNET/SCHLIEßT des Motors umkehren. Den
korrekten Betrieb der Endschalter überprüfen, gegebenenfalls den Endschalter Öffnet
(ESÖ) mit dem Endschalter Schließt (ESS) austauschen.
E) Die Einstellung der Arbeitszeit ausführen.
F) Den Funkempfänger in seinen Verbinder einsetzen und den korrekten Betrieb
überprüfen.
(*) In diesem Fall muss in das Stromnetz in der Nähe der Zentrale ein Filter mit mindestens 6Aund mit Schwächung
von mehr als 30dB zwischen die Klemmen 1-2-3 eingefügt werden, damit die elektromagnetischen
Emissionsgrenzen gemäß Norm EN 50081-1 nicht überschritten werden.
