Inserting Batteries
FEATURES
●Precision position detector with LED indicator for
quickly locating 0-Points.
(※Workpiece has to be conductive for light to operate.)
●For quick set-up and precision 0-Point setting of NC
milling machines, machining centers, etc.
How to Use
Z-Axis Set-up
●Workpiece must be electrically conductive for LED light to operate.
●Do not put any oil or anti-corrosives on any surface other than the base bottom and tool sensor.
●Make sure batteries are inserted with correct polarity (+ side toward Cover.)
●Please use care, instrument's small size makes it easily damaged in machine shop.
●Handle with care. This is a precision instrument; protect from shocks or strong forces.
●Keep away from high voltages or strong magnetic fields, they may cause damage to instrument.
●Keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or hot locations such as inside a motor vehicle.
●Keep away from oil or water.
●Do not disassemble or modify.
●Please remove battery when not in use for long period of time.
●Use only as directed; improper use may cause accident or injury.

●Wipe any chips or debris from the bottom of the
workpiece, cutting tool, and Tool Point before use.
※For best results, please note that high precision
requires a flat, smooth workpiece surface.

1 . Use coin or similar tool to open the bottom Cover.
2 . Insert (2x)LR44 batteries with the (+)side toward
the Cover.
