SC750/SC800 How To
Prepare for use
1
This is how the
machine should look
when you enter the
room.

Unplug battery charger.
Wrap cord accordingly.

Inspect recovery tank
and ball float cage then
lower the lid.

Fill solution tank with
water (do not exceed
130
°
F). Add appropriate
cleaning chemical.

Do not mix detergent in
the tank for EcoFlex
models (fill cartridge).

Inspect squeegee
blade, install squeegee
on machine (attach
recovery hose to the squeegee
inlet).

Inspect and install
brush or pad.
8
Install brush or pad-
holder under the deck.
9
Install brush for
( Cylindrical models ).
10
Safely transport
machine to desired
work location.

Turn on machine. Verify
there is enough battery
life to complete job.
Choose appropriate
controls for the job.
12
Turn on scrub switch,
lower squeegee and
begin scrubbing.

Store the Machine

Empty recovery tank
and solution tank.
Empty water in suitable
drain or bucket.

Wash recovery tank
and solution tank
thoroughly with clean
water.
3
Inspect and clean
vacuum shut off and
debris catch cage.
4
Inspect hoses; replace
if kinked or damaged.
5
Remove, rinse and
inspect squeegee.
Replace if needed.
6
Remove, clean and
inspect brush or pad.
Rinse with warm water.
Hang to dry. Replace if
needed.
7
Lift recovery tank lid.
Allow tank to air dry.
Hang squeegee on the
back of machine.
8
Charge batteries.
9
Wipe down exterior of
the machine.

Daily Maintenance
1
Charge Batteries daily
at the end of the shift.
2
Check/clean tanks and
hoses. Inspect ball float
cage.
3
Inspect and clean
debris catch cage.
4
Check, clean and rotate
the brushes/pads.
5
Clean and check the
squeegee.
6
Clean Hopper on
( Cylindrical models ).
Weekly Maintenance
1
Inspect scrub housing
skirts.
2
Inspect and clean
solution filter.
3
Check each battery cell
water level (does not
apply to gel batteries).
4
Clean solution
manifolds on Cylindrical
models.
5
Purge EcoFlex System:
Disconnect and remove
cartridge, turn machine
ON. Press and hold the
solution switch for 2
seconds.
6
Monthly: Apply light oil
to lubricate machine (see
manual for details). Equalize
batteries
Yearly:
Check carbon brushes
