Viper Fang 15B How To
Machine Operation

Please read the
Owner’s Manual before
operating this machine.

Sweep or dust mop the
surface to be cleaned.
Make sure the recovery
tank is locked.

Check battery status.
Make sure ball float is
clean.

Fill solution tank with
water (do not exceed
130
°
F).

Inspect squeegee blade
and install squeegee.

Inspect squeegee blade
and install squeegee.

Mount brush or pad driver
on the drive wheel hub
(rotate counterclockwise
until it locks).

Lower squeegee to the
floor.
9
Turn on switches.

Adjust water flow by
manually turning the
ball valve

Press handle button to
engage brush. Repeat
this step if necessary.

Adjust handle (squeeze
lever below handlebar) to
desired position. Begin
cleaning.

Daily Maintenance
1
Empty recovery tank
and solution tank in
slop sink or proper
drain.

Rinse, inspect and
clean solution and
recovery tank with
clean water.

Inspect and clean,
cover gasket, vacuum
screen and automatic
shut-off float.

Re-install the recovery
tank and lock lid in
place.
5
Remove, rinse and
inspect squeegee.
Replace if needed.
6
Remove, clean and
inspect brush/pad.
Clean and wash with
warm water and
detergent. Replace if
needed.
7
Charge batteries.
8
Store machine in a
clean and dry place
with brush/pad-holder
and squeegee up.
9
Perform occasional
maintenance. Annual
maintenance should
only be performed by
an Authorized Service
Technician.
