contents.

Screw on Pro Extractor
Blades Assembly
clockwise until you
have a tight seal.

Select
any of the
illuminated
programs
to begin
blending.
2.
Flip cup
upside down
and lower
it onto base.

When blending is
complete, turn cup
counterclockwise
and lift to remove.
WARNING: Handle the Pro Extractor Blades Assembly with care, as the blades are sharp.

Turn cup
clockwise to
lock in place.

Turn blade
assembly
counterclockwise
to remove.

Place Spout
Lid on top of
cup and turn
clockwise to
lock in place.

Crushing Pitcher
on base and turn
clockwise to lock
in place.

Holding Stacked
Blade Assembly by
the top of the shaft,
insert it into pitcher.

Select any of
the illuminated
programs to begin.
3.
To pour out thinner
mixtures, ensure lid is
locked in place, then
open pour spout.

Align arrows on
pitcher lid and
handle, then lower
handle to lock in
place.

When blending is
complete, turn pitcher
counterclockwise and lift
to remove.
4.
For thicker mixtures, press
RELEASE button and lift
handle to remove lid, then
carefully lif t out blade
assembly before pouring.

pitcher before pouring. If pouring without lid, carefully remove Stacked Blade Assembly first. Failure

Remove lid by
pressing the RELEASE
button on side of front
tab and lifting up.

Align arrows on
bowl lid and handle,
then lower handle
to lock in place.
Trim ingredients so they are
no taller than the Feed Chute (4").
For butternut squash and potatoes,
the max recommended height is 3".
Cut ingredient so it is no more than
3" wide. Trim evenly from all sides to
maintain a roughly cylindrical shape.

FOR BEST RESULTS, PREPARE YOUR
INGREDIENTS BEFORE SPIRALIZING
Peel ingredients with tough
skin, like sweet potatoes and
butternut squash.
Cut both ends o ingredient to
create flat surfaces, helping to
secure ingredient to both the
Blade Disc pin and Food Pusher.
Trim tapered ingredients like
carrots to make them more
symmetrical. Ingredients must
be larger than 1.5" in diameter.

it onto top of Collecting
Bowl. Rim of Blade Disc
should sit flush against
top of bowl.

Place Feed Chute Lid
on top of Spiralizer
Bowl. Turn lid clockwise,
aligning gray tabs on lid
with front of bowl.

Place Collecting Bowl
inside Spiralizer Bowl,
aligning it over gear shaft.

Place Spiralizer Bowl on
base and turn clockwise
to lock in place.

Insert ingredient
through opening
in top of Feed
Chute Lid.

Place Food
Pusher on top of
ingredient and
press down firmly
to hold in place.
4.
Select GO to begin
spiralizing. Continue
to press firmly with
Food Pusher to guide
ingredient through
Feed Chute.
5.
Spiralizing is complete
when Food Pusher sits
flat atop Feed Chute
Lid. Press STOP to end
the process.

down, securing

QUICK ASSEMBLY
CLEANING
Dishwasher: The containers, lids, blade discs,
and blade assemblies are all dishwasher safe.
The lids, blade discs, and blade assemblies are
top-rack dishwasher safe. Ensure the blade
assemblies are removed from the containers
before placing in the dishwasher.
Hand-Washing: Wash containers, lids, and blade
assemblies in warm, soapy water. When washing
the blade assemblies, use a dishwashing utensil with
a handle to avoid direct hand contact with blades.
Handle blade assemblies with care to avoid contact
with sharp edges. Rinse and air-dry thoroughly.

To remove residue from the screen, you may use an all-purpose cleaner.

as the blades are sharp. Contact with the blades’ edges can result in laceration.
WARNING: Always unplug your blender base before cleaning.
