OWNER’S MANUAL
In addion to this model specic manual we also have a generic owner’s
manual. Please download and read the owner’s manual. Cycling can be a
dangerous acvity and the owner’s manual contains important safety,
performance and service informaon. Please read the manual before you
take your new ride for a spin and keep it for reference.
The manual contains many warnings and cauons intended to keep you
safe. Failure to follow these recommendaons can result in a potenally
dangerous situaon, which if not avoided can result in serious injury or
death.

All Noble Bikes come equipped with components from a variety of suppli-
ers. If you are missing any of the component manuals please download
the appropriate manual from the manufacturer’s website.
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
It is crical for your safety that your bike is properly maintained and ser-
viced at all mes. Bicycle technology is advancing at an ever increasing
pace, making bicycle components more complex. In order to minimize the
chances of injury, it is crical that all work on your bike is performed by a
professional mechanic.

REAR DERAILLEUR CABLE REPLACEMENT
The GX5 has internal cable roung and replacing the rear derailleur cable
can go smoothly with the right tools and by following these steps. It’s a
straighorward job that should take around 30 minutes.
STEP 01. With a 2mm allen key,
remove the boom bracket cover.
STEP 02. With a 4mm allen key,
loosen the derailleur cable nut.
STEP 03. Pull housing away from
cable stop and loosen with 2mm
allen key. Do not remove screw.
STEP 04. Pull the cable stop out
of the frame.
STEP 05. Remove the derailleur
housing at the rear derailleur.
STEP 06. Pull the cable out of the
inner liner. Be careful not to pull the
liner out of the frame.
TOOLS NEEDED
-4mm Allen Key -2mm Allen Key
-Cable and Housing Cuer -Adjustable Pliers
-Side Cuers -Hook and Pick Tools
-Oponal Parktool Internal Roung Kit
-For opmal performance, we recommend using high quality shier cables
and housing such as Jagwire, SRAM or Shimano.
NOTE; Installing the Teon liner and new cable is best done with the bike
upside down. Gravity will help to guide the liner and cable to the cable
entries on the down tube and chain stay. A Teon liner must be used to
protect the carbon cable guide through the boom bracket.

STEP 09. Use a pick tool to guide
the cable into the housing. This can
be tricky, take your me.
STEP 10. Install the cable stop onto
the cable housing before feeding it
through the liner.
STEP 11. Feed cable through the
Teon liner.
STEP 13. Carefully remove the cable
stop from the chain stay.
STEP 14. Feed the cable and liner
through the chain stay. This is best
done with the frame upside down.
STEP 06.1. In case the liner pulls
out of the frame, re-insert in the
down tube starng at the Boom
Bracket.
STEP 06.2. With the bike upside
down, use a hook pick to sh the
liner out of the frame. (Gravity is
your Friend)
STEP 07. With the shier in the
biggest gear, push the cable unl it
comes out of the shier and re-
move cable.
STEP 12. Install cable stop and ght-
en with 2mm allen key.
STEP 08. Insert the new cable and
push unl it comes out of the side
of the shier.

STEP 15. Double check to ensure
the liner extends into both the
down tube and the chain stay.
STEP 16. Reinstall the cable stop
onto the chain stay.
STEP 17. Install Derailleur housing
and ghten the cable nut with a
4mm allen key.
STEP 18. With the cable installed,
adjust the derailleur according to
the manufacturer’s specicaons
and install an end cap to prevent
fraying of the cable.
STEP 19. Using a 2mm allen key,
reinstall the boom bracket cover.

All Noble Bikes are manufactured to high quality standards. We stand behind our
products, and we cover our bikes against manufacturing or material defects. Every
product has a useful life cycle and this will vary depending on the materials used and
the type of use the bike is subjected to. For this reason, we oer bike specic war-
ranty terms. The warranty applies to the original owner from the date of the retail
purchase and is not transferable. At the me of a claim, you must be able to present
proof of purchase.
The length of the warranty period for your bike is determined by the category of
use. Our bikes are separated in two categories. We oer a 3-Year, or a 5-Year war-
ranty to the original owner.
