Thereadybridgeheadsshouldbe
tentativelyputontheendsofthe
bridgebasestochecktheirexact
seat.
Thesidepartsreachoverthestring-
boardbridgebasesandtouchthe
bottomsideofthebridgecaps.Glue
thebridgeheadsinthisposition.
If allgluedpartsaredry,gluethetwo
3-foldpierunderpartswiththeseg-
mentholdersinthefreespaceinthe
middleofthebridgebasewithcontact
glue.
If youwanttoplacethepylonas-
symetricallyon thebridge (2/3to1/3),
sotheshorttopside bridgebase
wouldbe36 cmlongandthe longtop
sidebridgebasewouldbe64cm
long.
Accordingtothistherouteholders
andthe notched bridge headsareto
be gluedattheside(asdescribed
before).
Thedrillholesbeginontheshort
routesideat5,5cm fromthemiddle
ofthepylon.Thenext4holesare
eachinadistanceof5cm fromeach
other.Atthelongroutesidedrill the
firsthole11,5cm fromthemiddleof
thepier.
Thefollowing4holeshaveadistance

Taketheredrope,the endwiththe
knot, andlock it inplaceasfollows:

boardbridgebaseinfrontofahole
that isnext tothemiddleofthebridge

Nowpulltheropewiththethreadaid
fromthebottomthroughthefirsthole,
thenthrough the lowestholeofthe
rightpiertop,thendowntothefirst
holeafterthemiddleon thesame
bridgeside.
Nowpulltheropefromthebottom
throughthe next hole, up tothe
secondhole ofthepiertop,and then
downtothenext outsidehole.
Fromtherepulltheropeunderthe
undersidebridge basethroughthe
thirdhole andthenthroughthethird
holeinthepiertop.
If you arereadywiththe rightside,
turntothe leftsideandtighten the
ropeinthesameway,butinthe
reversed order.
Theendofthe ropeisin theholethat
isplacednexttothe leftpier(opposite
tothebeginning ofthe rope).
Screwthe second clampstriponthe
undersidebridgebaseandpullthe
endoftheropethroughitbutdonot
lock it inplacebyscrewing yet.
Nowbegintotightentherope.Begin
againatthe firstholeandpullthe
ropein awaysothatitistightbutnot
toostronglytightened.
