INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the ELECTRIC SLIDER MAKER! Now you can cook six delicious
slider burgers in just a few minutes! The non-stick surface enables the user to cook a
variety of meats, including sirloin, chicken, turkey, veggie burgers, crab cakes, and more.
Features include:

PARTS & ASSEMBLY
Your ELECTRIC SLIDER MAKER comes fully assembled.
Before using for the rst time, follow the CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
directions to clean the inside and outside of the unit.

HOW TO OPERATE
1. Before plugging in the unit, make sure the Drip Tray is
fully inserted into the tray support guides.
2. Place the unit on a at, stable surface in an area that is well ventilated.
3. Lightly coat the upper and lower Grill Plates with vegetable oil.
4. Plug unit into a power source.
5. When plugged in, the Indicator Light will illuminate to conrm that the power is on and the
unit is preheating. Wait about 3-5 minutes for the unit to preheat.
NOTE: The light will extinguish when the unit is fully preheated.
6. While unit is preheating, use the back end of the Burger-Forming Spatula to scoop meat and
form into mini slider patties.
CAUTION: Unit will get hot! Always use an oven mitt or potholder while operating.
7. Open the Lid of the unit and place meat on the lower Grill Plate.
NOTE: If meat sticks to the Burger-Forming Spatula, carefully push out
through the hole in the back, or remove using a fork or your ngers.
8. Close the Lid by lifting straight up rst, and then allow Lid to come down. Never force the
lid shut. (See photos under PARTS & ASSEMBLY for directions on Using the Floating Hinge.)
9. Allow patty to cook as thoroughly as desired. Cooking times will vary depending on the type
of meat used. If burger patty sticks to upper Grill Plate, leave the Lid in the opened position
and use the Burger-Forming Spatula to guide the patty back on to the lower Grill Plate.
10. When burgers are done, lift the Lid and remove burger using the Burger-Forming Spatula.
Remove and rinse the Drip Tray, then insert back into place before cooking more food.

HELPFUL TIPS
NEVER leave the unit unattended while operating.
Preparing Sliders
• First, prepare the ground meat you will be using. Room
temperature or slightly cool meats work best.
• Use the patty forming tool on the back end of the Burger-
Forming Spatula to make perfectly formed balls.
• Place each ball directly on the center dot of each of the 6 spaces on the lower Grill Plate.
• Close the Lid, grill until cooked to your liking, then enjoy your slider burgers.
Cooking Tips
• Prior to putting meat on the Grill, put chopped or grated onions on the lower
Grill plate. When done, top your slider burgers with fried onions.
• To melt cheese on your sliders, make sure meat is done cooking, open Lid and layer
cheese on top of meat. Allow heat to melt the cheese while Lid stays open.
• To put slider burgers into the buns, use the Forming Tool Spatula. Use
small dinner rolls, or cut hot dog buns into thirds, as slider buns.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Please take care of your ELECTRIC SLIDER MAKER by following
these simple instructions and precautions.
• Disconnect from the electrical outlet by unplugging the appliance.
• Make sure the appliance is completely cool before cleaning.
• Clean the upper and lower Non-Stick Grill Plates with a damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry.
• Wipe the exterior with a damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry.

RECIPES
The ELECTRIC SLIDER MAKER can cook ground beef, turkey,
chicken, pork and veggie burgers, and more!
To kick up the avor, put meat in a bowl and add salt, pepper, seasoning salts,
Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, eggs or whatever you like to make a great tasting slider.
Chop up onions, peppers, chilies or other nely chopped and minced vegetables
and allow to grill for a few minutes to add avor to your sliders.
Below are some gourmet slider recipe ideas for you to try. In each recipe, meats
may be substituted with ground turkey, soy, etc. Toppings, including cheese and
condiments, may be eliminated or added to taste. Have fun, be creative, and enjoy!
INSIDE-OUT SLIDERS
• 1 lb. Ground Beef
• ¼ cup Chopped
Onions
• ½ cup Small Cubed
Cheddar Cheese
• Lettuce
• Tomato
• Pickle Chips
• Mayonnaise
• Slider-sized Buns
Preheat the ELECTRIC SLIDER MAKER as directed.
Grill chopped onions for 4 minutes on the
ALL-LEAGUE SLIDERS™ electric grill.
Take onions o grill and mix into the ground
beef with ½ cup small cubed cheese and
salt and pepper or seasoning salt.
Use the Forming Tool Spatula to make slider-sized patties.
Cook patties to desired thoroughness, making
sure the cheese inside has melted.
Assemble the sliders using toppings and condiments.
Makes about 6 to 8 sliders.
FAJITA SLIDERS
• 1 lb. Ground Beef
• 1 lb. Packet of
Taco Seasoning or
Salt, Pepper and
Chili Powder
• Sliced or Chopped
Yellow or White
Onion
• Sliced Green, Red or
Yellow Bell Peppers
• Pico de Gallo
• Slider-sized Buns
Preheat the ELECTRIC SLIDER MAKER as directed.
Chop onions and thinly slice peppers. Cook onions
and peppers with Grill closed for 3-5 minutes.
Remove peppers from the Grill and set aside.
Season ground beef with taco seasoning OR add
salt, pepper, and a 1/4 tsp chili powder.
Form slider-sized meat patties with Forming Tool
Spatula and grill to desired thoroughness.
While the meat is still on the Grill, place cheese
on each patty until it melts. Leave the Lid open
for this step. Remove meat from the Grill and
assemble the sliders. Makes about 6 to 8 sliders.
