The Noztek Fi ament Winder re iab y winds your fi ament onto the spoo , with a the cus-
tomization you need when testing different materia s and to erances. Using a aser to
monitor and contro the fi ament position optima y ined up between the To erance Pu er
and your 3D Printer
P ease note: This machine cannot be used to wind transparent fi ament as the aser sen-
sor wi not detect the fi ament correct y.

QUICK START GUIDE
P ease read through this quick start guide before attempting to use this machinery
1. Power on using switch at the rear of the machine, the home screen wi appear
(image 2)
2. Press Set Guide Limits. Here you can adjust the Guide Position. Use s ider or +/-
buttons to set in a ignment with your spoo . You are a so ab e to set Motor Speed
and set Fi ament to erance here.
3. Press Ca ibrate sensors and grab a sma piece of fi ament, wave this in the sen-
sor whi e the ca ibration performs (progress bar wi appear).
4. Return to home screen using back arrow in top eft corner
5. Insert end of Fi ament through tension whee , sensor and guide, and into the ho e
on whee as photographed on the next page
6. Your settings wi now be ready when Auto Mode is aunched (image 1), these wi
remain the defau t settings unti you reset them.'Testing' wi prompt you create
settings according to the fi ament you are using. This wi ike y not be necessary
un ess you're using an unusua type of fi ament.
