5.0 Product Care
5.1 Cleaning Instructions
Clean regularly, use a general purpose,
neutral detergent and warm water
Please check the suitability of the product
before use. Do not use abrasive cleaners
or cloths as this will permanently damage
the surface and invalidate any warranty.
Do not use any form of solvent as this will
damage the surface and weaken the
product and again invalidate any warranty.
To disinfect, wipe with a dilute bleach
solution, and rinse thoroughly with fresh
water
Dry thoroughly before use.

1.0 Intended Use
This Malvern perching stool is intended to be used
to provide a stable, seated support, where a user is
unable to stand for long periods, the seat slopes
forward to allow the user to achieve a relaxed
"perching" position when sitting and to assist when
rising.
2.0 Safety Precautions
Do not exceed the maximum user weight limit.
Inspect product at regular intervals for signs of
wear or damage
Do not use if you see or suspect a fault.
3.0 Unpacking
Carefully remove the Perching stool from its
packaging and inspect for any signs of damage. If
you suspect a fault, please contact your supplier.
4.0 Height Adjustment
To adjust the stool to the desired height
Remove the plastic clips connecting the stools'
legs and leg extensions.
Slide the leg extensions to the required
position, ensuring that all legs are equal in
height.
Replace the plastic clips ensuring that each clip
is fully connected.
Important: Ensure the floor surface is level and
even to avoid rocking.

to the condition of the ferrules
Check that all fixing clips are inserted
correctly and there is no excessive
movement.
Check for general wear or damage.
